My family and I had been traveling all day and we were hungry, tired and had a hungry 2 year old in tow. We were sat down quickly however the young man that sat us down was mumbling and unprofessional. Our waitress was not great either. She was very, very friendly however she did not know how to waitress. When we ordered our food, she says that the kids meal didn't come with a free drink. Which the menu clearly stated it did. She came back to the table able said, well, the manager said it doesn't, but I'm going to give you the juice anyways. When we received the meal, the kids Mac and cheese was disgusting, the bacon was raw on the bacon cheeseburger and the manager came to our table and stated they ran out of baked potato soup that we ordered. We had to ask for utensils and napkins. In the end, the manager took a percentage off the bill. If you're traveling and in the Florence area, I wouldn't eat at this restaurant. read more

Well this ones hit or mis. From the top seated fast the lady at the door very nice. She seated me where I preferred away from the bar. Antwon was my waiter very nice. I placed my drink order and starter chips and Queso. Drink was brought quickly. Starter not for a while. Instead brought a salad witch I told the server it was not mine. He took it back. Waited a while and chips and Queso and chicken crispers all came at once. By that time the bill was dropped at the table too. The food was ok but by the time it got to the table I had finished my tea. Antwon passed by three times before I had to raise my glass for him to bring me a refill. While I was waiting for my tea I was looking at the bill and there was a two dollar charge for premium game charge. I guess it's for the games on the computer device at the table which I had not touched. Told Antwon when he brought my tea back. He looked at me like it's two dollars. Then he went and took it off. The table in-front of me was having a hard time getting drink refills. The guy across from me order was messed up too. I really like Chili's and hope Antwon was just having a bad day. I did give Antwon a 20% tip because waiters do have a hard job and put up with a lot from us the public. All in all I will give it another try next time in town. Hope this helps. read more

Came in this restaurant last week a little after lunch on Friday. Waited a bit at the hostess table before some guy dressed way down tells us that there is not a hostess, barks at us to grab our own menus and have a seat anywhere. After we grabbed our own menus, we sat down. A couple minutes after this, we soon left as the restaurant seemed really unprepared and definitely won't give a place my money when we aren't treated as guests. The first time it was average. The next time, took forever to get seated. When we finally did get seated took the waitress forever to even come take our drink order, when she returned with the drinks the left them and didnt take our food order and took her awhile to return to do that. My fiancé and I have been here many times. My last experience food wise was mediocre. The manager this time randomly approached us as if he had somehow known what happened the last time we were there. I told him of how my chicken bacon ranch quesadilla was hard and super crunchy. He assured us it would be perfect this time. He actually went to the back and made us our food and asked our approval before leaving. It was absolutely perfect and he was very professional. I visited this chili's today with my family. We were on the road back to our home when we decided to take a dinner break. We went to the chilis and we were seated quickly and our drink order was taken quickly also everything was good. Our family had the chili's rewards so we decided to get the free nachos and salsa. Come to find out they don't have nachos we said that's ok but later on it gets worse. The kids ordered mac and cheese off the kids menu and they didn't have any of that either. They order chicken tenders they didn't have that either. So one of them orders grilled cheese and the other orders a cheese and chicken quesadilla. My parents and another adult order fajitas and there tortillas were served extremely cold and they were eating and waiting to be brought there side of guacamole salsa cheese and pico de Gallo. It was finally brought later on practically when we were finished eating. While we were eating one of the kids grilled cheese was never brought. It was brought almost the same time the bill came. While all this was happening we asked for napkins at least 7 times, yet we were told that they didn't have any of that. The in store manager was very nice and so was the waitress. When the manager came to apologize and give us discounts on our meals because of all the mistakes and confusions, we come to find out he's only been in the store for 5 days. The previous manager who was currently on vacation left the store a mess. With nothing in stock or ordered. The in store manager was very sweet and felt very bad about our experience and told us he was left with a disaster of a store. The waitress was very patient and tried her best. I feel bad for this manager he was left with a disaster that wasn't his. read more

The place is empty but the service is so slow. The servers are friendly and the food is good but for a restaurant on the side of interstate 95 they Dont seem to understand the time frames of travelers. It is a franchise store so maybe the bar is set lower than corporate stores. read more

Let's see, wait for them to fix the salad they forgot on your takeout--while the food gets cold. And, they make you go inside to pick it up in the cold. Update: food was cold from sitting. No avocado slices on tacos as described. Didn't get extras that we paid extra for like sour cream and guacamole. Fresco salad is some spring mix with a very bare amount of cheese crumbles. I was cheated on the measurement of wine. Wine was terrible. I was also cheated on the measurement of beef. Manager only offered a pathetic dessert that I didn't even eat, it was so bad. We phoned our order in for pick up. We ordered a classic bacon burger, fresh mex pairings - picked two, and fish tacos. My husband left to pick the order up and called me and said they don't have our order. I gave him the number I called and it was the correct Chilis. They they rattled off an order that they had that was ours. (and he had given our name already - go figure) Anyway, he was told at that time that they don't have the fish tacos anymore. I wasn't told that on the phone when I ordered them. So, he had to wait for a different order to replace the fish tacos. When he got home with the orders, the fresh mex pairing was TWO separate meals! He wondered why it was so expensive and didn't really know what I had ordered. Somebody here was clearly "out to lunch", so to speak. The only reason that I gave a star more than one is the food wasn't bad. Not the greatest but wasn't bad. This restaurant really needs to have someone know what they are doing to answer and take an order over the phone. Seems simple, doesn't it? My family and I love the the Chilis chain and have eaten at them from Texas to North Carolina but...if you go to Florence SC don't eat there. The service there is consistently bad. Their corporate office needs to step in and run it. Please. read more

Food and service was great! Table top machine had unlimited games for $.99 which also allowed you to pay your bill when you were ready. Almost didn't go because of the bad rating. Glad we did. read more

worst dinner that I ever paid for...I must have been too tired to argue. i ordered a Buffalo Chicken salad and it was the worst salad that I have ever seen!! Frozen breaded chicken and a plate full of tortilla strips- barely any lettuce. Like another review, my food arrived 5 minutes before the silverware. Very frustrating. How is this place in business? The worst Chili's location I have ever been to. We ended up waiting 1.5 hours to get our food right, and another half hour to get the tickets right. The manager was rude and was nowhere to be found when needed. I highly recommend that if you don't want to wait 2 hours, that you go somewhere else.. We have been having a Girl's Night Out at Chili's every other week for about 2 months now. Everytime the Frozen Margaritas have been great! The food and service couldn't have been better. The waitress is helpful and courteous and always around when we need her. So nice to go somewhere with such great customer service!! read more

I really like the food at Chilis. However, I HATE their seating. The booths are very close to the table (in an effort to pack more patrons in, I'm sure) which makes for a most uncomfortable and claustrophobic dining experience. I could hear all the parties at the surrounding tables complaining of the same thing. If something doesn't change, I'm afraid my visits are going to become much less frequent. read more

Worst place ever. Really slow service. They got multiple parts of our order wrong TWICE. The fixed burger order was obviously just the same burger. They put the avocado on the side but the bun had avocado green marks on it from the previous attempt. I imagine they spit in it or some such. I'll be lucky not to get sick. Very, very slow service. Took about 25 minutes to be able to put in an appetizer. Apparently endless chips are not endless, did not get a refill. The food itself took a very long time to come out to us. Put in our order at around 7:25, did not get it until 8:15. All we ordered were 3 burgers. I wanted to get the Dry Rub ribs, but although it is advertised in both the menu and digital menu, they do not do dry rub anymore. Waitress was sassy when I questioned this, and seemed aggravated when my friend asked about sides other than fries. I assume it was because they were out of a number of them, as I found because the table behind ours had to change their side order 3 times. When the food did finally come out, my order was wrong. This site closes at 10pm on Thursday. I called in my to go order at 9:54pm which to me means that the establishment is still open. I ordered chili queso and street tacos. I arrived at the establishment at 9:59pm. I went to the bar to order a beer and was told that the bar was no longer serving. So I set there for 15 minutes waiting on my order while watching the Clemson game without anything to drink or being offered anything to drink. So I asked the bartender his name. The bartender said "My name is Dan" and then he walked off. Dan came back in a few minutes to ask if there was an issue which I replied "Yes, I just don't understand why you can't serve me a beer while I am waiting?". Dan replied "Let me go ask my manager". After a few minutes I see Dan cleaning up walking past me multiple times acting as if Im not even there and my food has still yet to come out. I walked out by thanking Dan the bartender for the great service with no food in hand. read more

Went today about 3:30, plenty of employees working (or I should say present), very nice greeting from host. We were a party of 2 and sat outside. 2 other tables were occupied. The waiter was nice but not very attentive. He took our order and did deliver our food. The host brought the drinks and I had to go inside and get napkins. I must say, having waited tables to put myself through school and pay all expenses, he must not need the money. The food was good and we enjoyed our afternoon. But after food was delivered, we only saw the waiter when he went out the side door and around to the back of restaurant with other employees, I guess a party was going on. lol Being outside we watched employees go in and out to the back. My friend had to go inside to find someone to pay the bill, and did leave a tip. I wouldn't have left but $2 this time and I never leave less than 20%. It is sad, but hey, I know if I ever return I can save money. Don't have to tip here, service is awful! 2 ladies were seated next to us, and after sitting for 15 minutes got up and left. No one came to take their order. Most of the tables were soiled and not been bused. Good location, you could make a ton of money, but not like this. No wonder I do not see the parking lot as full as it used to be. read more
