Upon arrival the parking lot seemed pretty busy, but we were seated immediately. We were able to browse the menu a bit before we were greeted and once we placed our food order it took about 15-20 minutes. The waiter was very nice and attentive. The mozz sticks and egg rolls were the star of the show. I was a little upset about the steak plate as it seemed to have been sitting a while, nothing was piping hot. The restaurant could've been a bit cleaner but overall the experience was good.

I came here for a birthday dinner and 5pm was a great time. We were seated immediately and Em was our server. Friendly, alert and smiling. Drink order taken and delivered in a good amount of time. Food orders came out just as quick. Chicken wings were good ( buffalo and honey chipotle) chipotle fresh med bowl with added Salmon delicious, sirloin and sides, roasted corn and house salad were ordered as well. Cookie skillet was fresh , warm and delicious. Drinks were margarita of the month Resolution Breaker , not strong , watered down . Expresso was just ok. My aunt did receive a birthday song which made her smile so that was awesome. Building well lit, clean and clear of clutter. Private parking lot. Restroom was in need of tlc. Prices are reasonable and plenty of items on the menu to choose from . Overall this was a good visit . Kudos to management!

Chilis has always been one of my favorite chain spots. The drinks are always good and the food is typically pretty good. The honey chipotle crispers had always been my go-to with that tasty corn on the cob they have. Also, the chips and salsa is always crispy and fresh. The service was pretty good for it to be packed as it was. It was also nice to see the manager jump in and help! Booth and table seating options and lighting is perfect. Highly recommend!

SMH I'll start off by saying I don't even eat McDonald's but I probably should have went to McDonald's. I might have had a better experience. I placed a Togo order online. Order was ready on time. Ordered a steak Philly sandwich and fries for someone and ordered the chicken rice bowl that they have on the menu for myself. I got home and my bf started eating the Philly, once he was half way through the the sandwich and found hair on the inside the food container . I took all the food back to the location and was told " morjority of the staff is Hispanic and all kitchen staff wear hairnets" I was offered a refund for the food that I did not eat but was told I could only receive a 5 dollar promotion card to Chili's due to half of the sandwich had ben eaten. The lady who said they all wear hairnets did not have on a hairnet and two other young ladies, did not have on a hair net. The young ladies said "We don't go into the kitchen". Although they went into the kitchen to get the manager, and apart of their job is to grab the food from under the hot lamp to bag the orders once the food is ready. This should require a hairnet but doesnt. This was a really bad experience.

Absolutely disgraceful to the chili's restaurant chains. Paid so much money to get this crap. It's infuriating to know that some restaurants out there don't care about the quality of the food they sell to paying customers. I will never order again from the New halls ferry rd. I suggest other people do the same.

I had Chili's with my family of 5 for the first time in years. They didn't have any of the alcoholic drinks I wanted from the menu in stock so our poor waitress kept coming back with bad news with each alternative ask. We ordered the infamous Southwest Egg Rolls as appetizers o share but they didn't provide us with small plates to eat them on. It also came with ONE Jello shot plastic cup with lid serving of the dipping sauce for 6 rolls. After we were done dribbling the insides of the egg rolls on our shirts and using napkins as a plate, our waitress put our used dishes on a neighboring empty table which was starting to look like a junk yard for Chinaware. Our salads were brought out and the Caesar Salad looked like it had lettuce from when Julius Caesar was alive. It was half wilted and half fresh but drowned in dressing. I was so glad I ordered a garden salad and not that! The runners brought our entrees out. The plate felt pretty hot because even one guy gasped as he let the plate go. My steak was fine on the medium rare cook I asked for. My loaded mashed potatoes tasted like buttermilk biscuits disguised as mashed potatoes that wae reheated in the microwave topped with cheese with bacon and scallions thrown on at the end for flare.. But that broccoli was clearly the frozen kind and possibly microwaved (mushy and lack of vibrant green color). Oh and they gave me my house red wine in a shot glass because they "didn't have any wine glasses". It was not the experience I was hoping for but sadly felt like we have to settle for these days. I'll just make my own Chilli's favorites at home after this weird experience ‍

The food is always plentiful for my smaller tummy and the ambiance allows me to hide away and get some well needed break time to relax or do school work. Service is usually always good during the times I come in as well, with friendly servers and runners. I love the chips and queso and the ribeye!

The food was better than I expected. The server was a lil overwhelmed by his tables. However , he handled it with grace, professionalism and tact! Southwest Egg rolls flavourful hot and good. Avocado sauce was great. Only think better would have been a lil more chicken or maybe one more eggroll 4/5 Old timer burger was cooked med well as I asked. juicy but still needed ketchup. Fries were on point and hot 3.5/5

In addition to their regular menu, DPH always has a Weekly Special Menu. Once I saw what the weekly special pasta was, I had to have it. I am a huge fan of Smoked Salmon and they did theirs in house. The pasta not only had the smoked salmon, it also had sautéed red onion, a tangy European style cream cheese sauce and cavatappi pasta with fried cappers and fresh dill. The cream sauce was perfect. It was just a light covering, enough for flavor without being overwhelming. As always, the portion was healthy, so I had leftovers for the next days lunch. I enjoyed it chilled and it was like eating a cold pasta salad. DPH always gets bonus points from me for having eco-friendly to-go vessels. My adult beverage of choice for the seafood pasta, was a glass of Pinot Gris. I prefer a Grigio, but they only had the Gris. Gris is fairly similar to Grigio. Knowledge and willing to share ingredients and labels as she helped me order Gluten/Dairy/Sugar free. We had yummy greens with eggs and turkey sausage (hold the croutons). Troy had pizza and he loved the crust ( he had regular but they DO offer GF crust AND vegan cheese!). Sam's French Toast looked amazing in all its gluten-filled glory. We also tried the immunity shots from CJ's Juicery and they were dynamite. If we still lived here full time I'd be making the drive over from STL once a week for that breakfast salad and matcha. The menu is varied and thoughtful, altho I would love to see them find a way to offer at least one gluten free bread (I bet their avocado toast rocks!). I understand it is not an easy undertaking for small kitchens to manage proper handling of GF if it's not their focus.
