This has been my go to whenever we make our way back to the states. I kind of enjoy the slower service. Not rushed and the few times we've came the service has been great. I came super early for my flight and I was able to sit at a booth get work done have a few drinks and a meal and they were super attentive the whole time I was there. Not once did I feel like I was getting rushed out. Seeing that i was there for a few hours. The vibes are pretty chill only down fall I would say it was a little hot in the corner I was sitting at but once I took my sweater off I could off pretty quickly. You must try the chipotle bbq wings the sauce was amazing! I wash it down with a Jamaica mojito the best mojito I've had in a really long time! Grilled chicken was nice and juicy and the veggies and Parmesan cheese was a nice balance. Prices are typical for the airport slightly under that most other options. Hope you all give them a shot! Had a layover here and decided to stop by for some margaritas and food. Drinks - The pours here aren't as great as the California locations. Food - Wasn't too bad pretty good skillet did the works. Venue - Typical Chillis setup but pretty slow. Service - Service wasn't as great as the service was very slow and took forever to get checked on and the bill. Overall not the place if your on a rush between flights. read more

Please. Don't. Eat. Here. I hope you read this before making it in. You will not be acknowledged until you call someone over. And even then they'll ask you to wait xD. I wish I would've gone with my instinct to keep wandering in the airport and eat at any other restaurant. (Terminal C is where it's at). The margarita I ordered contained zero alcohol. I'm a light light light weight and this huge jar just didn't do it. Not only that but the Ancho Salmon was probably the worst plate I could've picked. Tell me why the ancho sauce tasted like bbq. And why the salmon has white cheese on top?? The rice? Tasted like cardboard. the only thing that kept me eating was the fact that this was the last meal I'd have until landing. NEVER AGAIN. We thought the "slow service" was due to being short staffed. NO. The reviews demonstrate that slow service is the norm at this Chilis. But they were quick to bring the check lol. The food was good and it was a busy day didn't have very much good seating. I ordered two president margaritas and I heard the bartender tell his other coworker to not put that much alcohol on the second one. While I was seating in front and could hear everything. I just ate at this location while waiting for my flight and had a very poor customer service experience. First, there was no one to greet you and although the staff saw me standing, they ignored me. I was finally greeted and seated only to hosted by a waitress that had an attitude and after our food was served, not once did she checked on us and I needed a refill. To top it off, the other staff that appeared t be on their break, decided to just have dinner at one of the tables and blocked some of the way when I was walking out. Worst Chilis I have ever been to, the waitress had a very bad attitude, did not make us feel welcomed at all, our strawberry lemonades sat empty on our table for about 20 mins until I finally requested refills. The food was very bad, chicken tenders looked like they had been deep fried multiple times since the day before maybe.
