Chilis Quesadilla Explosion Salad
Gail C.

The server and service were wonderful. I enjoy the upbeat atmosphere here. However the Quesadilla Explosion Salad was not good at all. It was all iceberg lettuce and corn. The lettuce tasted very mushy and warm. The flour tortillas were hard. Really a terrible salad. I took it home to see if my husband would eat it (he eats anything :)) and he ended up throwing it away. Don't order this salad.

Cold tacos but bomb black beans
Carley E.

Well tacos sounded great for lunch but.... the best part were the black beans. Tacos were cold and and I wish could have tried them warmer. Now the beans... stupid good. Disappointed for sure

The Chili's coconut State of Mind drink was amazing. Alcohol was not overly strong so I enjoyed it very much.

Went here for dinner with my daughter the other day. We both had chicken crispers. I had the buffalo and she had the original. I do not like blue cheese so I asked them if I could have Ranch on the side. I guess normally they drizzle the dressing on top along with the buffalo sauce but since I wanted the ranch on the side they offered to toss the chicken in the buffalo sauce. I had broccoli and fries for a side and my daughter opted to have just fries. We both found our meals to be quite good. The portions were plentiful and the feud came out in a reasonable amount of time. We found the server that we had to be very courteous and he went out of his way to make sure that we were happy. He came back two or three times during our meal to make sure we didn't need anything else. The restaurant was clean and the decor was relaxing. All in all we enjoyed our experience here.

This is a pretty typical Chili's franchise. The staff are friendly and the speed of service is always good. It's just nothing out of the ordinary. The music in the dining room is a little bit loud. I'd imagine it's loud in the bar too (which is fine). Chili's has gotten a little bit better as a whole as far as menu choices in the past years.

Nachos!!!!!!!

Got nachos on my break and was just very disappointed ! I work less than a mile away and they were so soggy and all the chips were sticking together!

Oh yummy look at how colorful this looks!

Love this Chili's. Spinach quest is very good. Recommend the ribs and burgers. Mango ice tea is always delicious. Good prices for good food!

The last three times we've gotten takeout from Margaritas they got our order wrong. Better…read moreexperience in person.

I don't write many negative reviews, and I'm pretty easygoing, but this experience earned it…read more I'm in Keene for business for about a week, and I figured a margarita and some Mexican food would be a safe, consistent choice. My first visit wasn't terrible, but it was obvious the bar was understaffed. That's a management issue, not a bartender issue. I stayed patient, but it took an incredibly long time to get any attention. The food was mediocre at best, but I wasn't expecting fine dining--just a decent meal and reasonable service. I decided to give them another chance a few days later because everyone can have an off night. This time it was a Saturday. The restaurant wasn't busy, and the bar had plenty of open seats. As I sat down, the bartender's greeting was, "I have a lot to do, so get comfortable." Not exactly a welcoming first impression. I tried to be understanding, but after sitting there for about 15 minutes without anyone coming over, I noticed someone who appeared to be the manager walking around without stepping in to help. At that point I decided it was time to leave. As I got up, both the bartender and the manager made eye contact with me, and neither made the slightest effort to acknowledge the wait, apologize, or ask me to stay. Looking back, I should have read the reviews before going. There are plenty of similar complaints, followed by the same generic management responses saying they're sorry and will do better. Based on my experience, those responses feel like lip service. If the same problems keep happening, it doesn't seem like there's much interest in actually fixing them. There are too many restaurants competing for people's business to treat customers this way. I won't be back.

I really liked the vibe of this place, small but good music, not too loud. Very amazing service!…read more Their enchiladas de pollo y chorizo really hit the spot! Such good filling, I did think the menu said queso fresco and if I'm not mistaken I didn't receive that. They were a bit spicy, but I really enjoy spicy food. The rice was fluffy and the beans had such good flavor. My drinks were good but the one that was supposed to be super spicy was on the sweater side. I do think the big cups = more juice/ mix, which I do not prefer. Tacos were good. There is free parking in the back on the weekends!!

Mexican food! Finally! Yes!…read more So my hometown is Zacatecas, Mexico and I couldn't believe there was a restaurant in New Hampshire named after my hometown! So of course I had to try it! The restaurant is super cute and quaint with a nice bar. They have a huge margarita menu which is overwhelming so I had to ask which one was the most popular one and got that one. The menu looked good but I was really craving tacos so I order some tacos Al Pastor which came with a side of beans and rice. My boyfriend got one of their meat platters which also looked good. The tacos were very good! The tortillas especially stood out because they tasted legit! The rice and beans also tasted authentic so I was very satisfied with my choice. My boyfriends meat dish was very tasty and he was kind enough to share a few bites. My margarita was huge and tasted very strong but I was ok with that. The nice waitress made sure we were taken care, she was very attentive. What a great find! I can't wait to come back! Both our entrees were very good
