The waitress Jen was awful she left us waiting for the refills of our drinks for ten minutes and we ordered bottomless soup and salad and she had us waiting for that too. The worst part was that we could hear her giggling with one of the other Waite staff around the corner. The manager was worse. He didn't even ask how he could help make her dumb mistakes better. Visited Saturday, January 7th for dinner. We were told it was a 25-30 minute wait, ended up being more than 40. Would have been longer except my wife went to ask what was up. They said, "Oh we just texted you..." Text never came, they had the right number she saw it on the screen... Seated next to the door to the kitchen after which they started to plunk the menus down on top of the food scraps of the last customer. (Asked to have table cleaned, which they did...) Found out no more complimentary tasty chips and salsa. :( Oh well, things change. I ordered a grilled chicken salad, my wife the 6 oz sirloin (medium well) and my son a burger. Order took a while to come out and when it did, the steak and burger came minus the side. (Mashed and french fried potatoes...) Those made it out after the burger and steak were nearly gone. Steak was cooked well done, very over done. Burger was okay according to my son. The chicken on my salad was okay but a bit on the rubbery side, can make it better at home... Also, the quantity of salad seems to be much less than it used to be in previous visits. Was down nearly to the bottom of the salad when I noticed the green slime stuck to some of the greens. Looked like spinach that has spent too long in the fridge. Kinda lost my appetite after that. In the past, we have found Chili's hit and miss, This was a huge miss. If you want to be there for three hours (this is actually how long we were there, timed and without exaggeration) waiting for your food, have your utensils and napkins forgotten, have overpriced, mediocre food with waiters that act like they wish you weren't there, then this is the place for you! Also, don't play the games on the machine on the table... because they'll charge you $2+ for it. read more

Wish zero stars was an option. Went there the other night with friends. Was seated in the bar area because it looked like they were closing the rest of the restaurant even though they were hours away from closing. We sat there for 25 minutes and no one even came to take our drink order. While waiting, another table went and grabbed a pitcher themselves and refilled their drinks. We even saw what appeared to be a manager walk through and than without helping out go back in the kitchen. We finally just left after repeatedly trying to grab a server. We've always had to wait an extremely long time for a table when going to this location so we went in expecting that. But we had never been completely ignored even after being seated like this before. I think the food is delicious, but I will never be returning. read more

I love eating at Chili's! It's my go-to place when we want good food for a decent price. I know that I will always get something good! I love the chicken fried steak, and it's big enough that I get to take some home and enjoy it again. Give me some queso dip to go with it and I'm happy! My only regret is that we can't eat there more often. read more

The service here is subpar at best and the food is horrendous. The new Tex-Mex scene they are trying is failing horribly. It's not only outrageously bad but the price for the horrid food makes me want to gag. The servers would rather chitchat in the back than refill my drink halfway through dinner and don't care if the food tastes like garbage. Not good Chilis. read more

Tried this location three times and the same results , under managed and over worked waiters and waitresses , always open tables and no bus kids to clean stuff up and seems there is never enough help. And the place just seems to take forever to get a seat , when you see empty tables and a crowded place it makes you want to put up a help wanted sign . However the food coming for the kitchen is always been good. This location needs help in the management department . read more

This was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had eating any where! We check in expecting a 30 minute wait. We waited for well over an hour and people who got there after us got seated before us and left before we were even asked to be seated! sunday, Jan 18...went in the back door...thought the place was closed...trash all over the floor...6 unbussed tables...went to hostess stand...she stared at me for awhile and then asked "how many I was" she then said I could sit in the bar but it would b a while till they had a table...I did not want to sit in the bar...the entire south section was empty and I said a table in thabt area would be fine. She told me that they didn't have enough servers, and I should just wait....finally got a table. Ordered dinner...waited forever for chili app and when it came it was cold...no check back...empty beer bottle, empty beer glass and empty chili cup stayed on my table until AFTER the entree plate was cleared and I left...checked back on entree...I said the steak was good, the asparagus was good, but the smoked potato wedges were not good...she said, "I know, I don't like them either." I had eaten one of the wedges, no offer to exchange or replace or remove from menu. She then told me to take care of my check with the table top computer. I had a ten dollar gift certificate from previous meal where food and service were bad and I didn't know how to process the payment...she was pissed and said she would handle the check. She was always in a hurry to get away from me and talk to her fellow server about how much they disliked their jobs and their schedules...restaurant was trashed. Logan has little to offer diners...now, even Chili's can stay on the list...so sad.... read more

Let's start with the pros, the food! The food at this Chili's for us has been consistent. I'd give it an 8 out of 10. I usually order the Fajitas and they are always served hot, the guac and pico nice and flavorful. My husband orders the burgers and they are delicious. The meat is nice and moist and full of flavor, the toppings taste great all together. The only issues we've had would be getting old cold fries or overly salty chips. Other than that the food is perfect. The cons would be the service. On a scale of 1-10 the average would be a 5. If you order to go always always check your bag! I have never had one to go order that was completed correctly. I have had to drive back many times because they forgot something, if I didn't check the bag. If I do, I always find something missing. We've had to wait for tables multiple times, even on slow days. We have even been seated at a table, wait for a waitress, with no one showing up. We sat for a good 10-20 min before the waitress even came to say hello. In that time no one stopped by. At a lot of other restaurants, we've had other server and the manager just stop at our table to make sure everything was ok. It's now our inside joke and we wonder every time we stop in how long we'll have to wait. But we keep coming back because of the food. If you love Chili's food, this one won't disappoint. Just be prepared to wait, have something missing, or not get your order taken at all. read more

The service was terrible! Had to wait 20 minutes for water and by the time the waitress brought it it was warm! We had to ask for our bread, and it took forever to get our order. When we were paying the waitress added 18% gratuity when there was only two of us! The menu says that is only added if there is a party of 6 or more not 2 people! Will NEVER go back. May 7. Mothers Day & Graduation weekend. Went at 11 am THE TIME CHILIS opens to avoid the crowd.They had 1 table seated w 9 people.They could not sit us because the waitress was not there yet.There were two waitress in the bar visiting and the manager walking around for 15 MINUTES. They made no effort to seat us and take drink orders. 20 minutes, we left and we to Texas Roadhouse where they were ready to seat us at the time THEY OPENED. I expect a place to be ready to wait on me when they open, not 30 minutes later. They acted like they didn't even care. If I were the manager I would have immediately sat down my customers & took their drink orders. This is not the first time this Chilis has not been functioning when they open. When people are standing around visiting & not waiting on customers the manager should FIX THAT! Chilis corporation should fix that. read more

This Chilis stands out from the others in this chain and other chains as well. Service is the key here. They have the friendliest and most attentive staff I've seen in quite a while. The food is what you'd expect from a Chilis or any chain. It's consistant and served hot. I know not all the choices are healthy but it's BAR FOOD!
