We always kinda avoided this place based on the reviews and previous bad experiences from years ago. We caved and have gone 4 times so far and each time was either excellent or decent. They are always willing to fix something if there is a problem. We have never felt rushed or had an encounter with any kind of attitude. Whoever manages this store should find a new line of work. We checked in online, showed up and were told 10 minutes to wait, I stared at 7 empty tables while 37 people stood in the entrance of the store, waiting to be seated or even acknowledged by the hostess to get on the list. After 20 minutes some guy came out and said he was going fix the empty table problem. He proceeded to fill them at a rate of 1/5 minutes. I left after waiting for 30 minutes just out of spite for how horribly this place is ran. There were 6 empty tables I could see just from the front door when I left. Whoever owns this store is loosing thousands in lost revenue due to incompetence. I counted 32 people who came and left including myself in 30 minutes, all while there were enough tables to seat and then turn them over. 1 last thing, it's a Saturday night with NCAA basketball, a Jazz Game, and NFL playoffs all on TV, the bar TV was tuned to channel 4 news. Who watches the news without volume or closed captioning at a bar? This speaks to the incompetence of this store. read more

Well over the years I have noticed an obvious trend with these chain restaurants that is the prices keep rising, and the quality keeps falling. For years I have been ordering the same meal whenever I ate at Chili's. Steak Fajitas are a favorite of mine, and I know it almost seems like a crime to order something like that from a place like this, but they've always been ok in the past. Tonight the meat that was placed in front of me was cooked to a mere thirty degrees past well done. I think they intentionally try to overcook it so you can't see how much of it is not meat. Just gristle and fat. I mean it was tough enough that when it came out the slices where rough and torn because they couldn't be cut through. I did my best to eat some, but I ended up dropping my napkin over the plate paying my bill and leaving hungry and disgusted. Nasty horrible gristle chunks aside the servers were very friendly and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. So if you're looking to make friends who are financially obligated to be nice to you more than you're looking for what could reasonably be considered food, Chili's in Logan is the place for you. read more

My favorites things to order here are the quesadilla explosion salad, the blue pacific margarita, and their chocolate shakes. I like a LOT of their food, but those are my favorites. The environment is friendly and relaxing, their waiters and waitresses are very friendly, at the overall atmosphere is just neat. When ordering take out, they are fast and friendly, and when ordering in they are pretty fast as well. Overall, I'd have to say that this is one of my favorite restaurants here in the valley. read more

Pretty irritated. I placed my order online an hour and a half before I was going to be picking it up. I ordered a gallon of the iced tea to go with the food. I even arrived a little after the time i specified to pickup the food. The girl handed me a small iced tea, she said "that's not what it said on the order" I asked her to check it again. "Oh you're right, that's going to take JUST A MIN to make I'll have it right out" sweet no worries. 45 minutes later and I still don't have my tea. I keep trying to get her attention so I can ask for refund, I have my daughter in the car and I need to go, I had a meeting to get to and now the food is cold and my daughter is irritated. I had to holler over to get her to come over and ask for a refund, she has to get a manager. The manager comes over and says he will have to submit my refund later and I won't get it for a few days seriously. Got home without a refund. Without any iced tea. And cold food. Came to Chilis with a big group of people and were entertained by the manager until our table was ready. Our waitress was attentive and the manager came by to check on us several times. Visited Saturday, January 7th for dinner. We were told it was a 25-30 minute wait, ended up being more than 40. Would have been longer except my wife went to ask what was up. They said, "Oh we just texted you..." Text never came, they had the right number she saw it on the screen... Seated next to the door to the kitchen after which they started to plunk the menus down on top of the food scraps of the last customer. (Asked to have table cleaned, which they did...) Found out no more complimentary tasty chips and salsa. :( Oh well, things change. I ordered a grilled chicken salad, my wife the 6 oz sirloin (medium well) and my son a burger. Order took a while to come out and when it did, the steak and burger came minus the side. (Mashed and french fried potatoes...) Those made it out after the burger and steak were nearly gone. Steak was cooked well done, very over done. Burger was okay according to my son. The chicken on my salad was okay but a bit on the rubbery side, can make it better at home... Also, the quantity of salad seems to be much less than it used to be in previous visits. Was down nearly to the bottom of the salad when I noticed the green slime stuck to some of the greens. Looked like spinach that has spent too long in the fridge. Kinda lost my appetite after that. In the past, we have found Chili's hit and miss, This was a huge miss.
