I haven't been to a Chili's in FOREVER, but I got sucked in by all the recent marketing touting a cheaper and better experience compared to the fast food joints (which have gotten out of control on pricing). I'll start with the bad which was only one thing. We started with the skillet beef queso and I don't know what that was, but it was so weird. I've eaten plenty of questionable cheeses in my life, but this is where I draw the line. Okay, now the good stuff... I love that they still do free chips and salsa as a started. I ordered the Big Crispy Chicken Sandwich and I have to say it was excellent... plus it was huge. I think I ordered wrong to get the special price deal, but the way I got it came with fries and I got mac and cheese. The service was great, the meal was solid, and the price was right. I would love to tell you the food was great. I would love to tell you the service was fantastic. Alas, I can do neither since we were seated, and after fifteen minutes not a soul acknowledged our presence despite several people huddled at the back appearing to have seen us. When a restaurant is so empty that only four tables are occupied, and you're on a deadline to catch a flight, then fifteen minutes is my limit for waiting. We left and explained why to the hostess. Boyfriend and I wanted to try Chili's for the first time together and we did it. Got the triple dipper with the eggrolls, mozz sticks, and sliders and an order of crispers. Not bad but not fantastic. The best item was def the fried mozz - it had a CRAZY cheese pull. The crisper were good but really wet when you bit, not just juicy but wet which was off putting. The eggrolls had decent flavor but didn't seem to be fully cooked on some sides and sliders were meh. Our waitress was kind and attentive. Wouldn't come back but fun to try out!! read more

I placed a pickup order through the app. Knowing that the order would likely be ready sooner than the estimated time shown in the app, I arrived early to pick up my food. When I entered through the pickup side door, I was immediately hit by a very strong and unpleasant smell. I then had to wait approximately five minutes before an employee came to the unmanned takeout station. When I provided my name, she immediately grabbed my order from the shelf, where it had apparently been sitting for some time. As you can probably guess, the food was cold. To make matters worse, one of my sides--broccoli--was missing. Additionally, two of the four chicken tenders were extremely chewy and inedible, so I had to throw them away. I contacted Chili's through Facebook Messenger to report the issue. The representative I spoke with told me that I should receive an email regarding my complaint. I never received that email, and the representative has since stopped responding to my messages. This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Between the condition of the food, the missing side, the poor quality of the chicken, and the lack of follow-up from customer service, I feel that a full refund is warranted. I am requesting a full refund for my order as well as a courtesy call from the General Manager to discuss what happened. read more

Went in with a group of ten people and all the hostess including a few servers immediately started giving each other looks, and commenting about the group that just walked in. Not a single attempt to hide their remarks we were sat and immediately felt uncomfortable as staff kept loudly complaining about the group i walked in with. We were sat and the hostess who walked us to our table stated "your server is Puerto Rican i'm sure you guys will like him" although we are hispanic and would typically not have any issue with such comment everything said to us from the moment we stepped in was said with hostility or with annoyance in their voice. Due to the clear sings that our group was an inconvenience for staff, we decided it'd be best to find somewhere else to dine, we told the same hostess who sat us down that we were just going to leave and she told another coworker who was across the room that we were leaving, announcing it to everyone else in the restaurant. Staff was clearly upset of our big group arrival, not once trying to hide it, and even more upset and judgmental about our decision to leave. Since the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out staff gave each other looks and remarks about me and my group. One of the most unpleasant restaurant services i've encountered. read more

This is located very close to the airport, and tons of shopping. We were seated as soon as we walked in for a late lunch. The food came quickly, as did refills. The staff worked as a team and no less than 3 people assisted me. The host was friendly and inviting and southern. We love chilis everywhere we go but this experience was too notch! I feel like I have relatively low expectations for chain restaurants but tonight was especially brutal. My kids wanted to come because their teenage cousin introduced them to Chilis about a month ago and I do love their chips and salsa so off we went. We walked in the door and the hostess announced to my kids that they were out of the kids packs (which if she didn't say they probably wouldn't notice). My 5 year old likes the queso and he hates spice. It's very bland but perfect for a kid who doesn't like spice. I enjoy the salsa. The guac is just okay. I got a burger and fries. Gave the kids the fries and they shared a Mac n cheese kids meal because they won't even finish that. I do appreciate that they offer chocolate milk with the kids meals. The fries tastes a bit freezer burnt and the burger was meh. And the server at the tables next to us apologized in a big dramatic way to the table like 15 times even after the customers said it was fine, it wasn't her fault, yadda yadda. Well over the years Chili's has kind of gone down in service and in food portions but this visit was pretty decent. On arrival we were sat pretty quickly and our waitress started off pretty attentive. Throughout the visit though she became more scarce to find and the number of times I looked around to see if she had any other tables with it appearing that we were the only one didn't give me a good feeling about her disappearance. I will say the food was good and we did snag a couple other servers to assist us with refills for drinks as well as those chips and salsa. When it came time to pay the bill I had to get up and go find her so that I could speak to her about some discrepancies. About my third time visiting this Chili's location, and yet again had another good experience. Took the wifey for her b-day. Service was good and staff friendly. Food was fairly quick and tasty. Plenty of free parking and no problem getting a table. They tend to keep the lights dimmed a little at night for a more intimate feel (Bring your reading glasses if you're small print impaired like me; it's even harder in the dark). We both got burgers and fries, and we definitely enjoyed them. Their potato soup was delicious; although they did forget the green onions on top (Why do restaurants/servers insist on trying to remember every detail of your order? Write it down!). The house margarita is also pretty tasty I must say. Overall another really good experience at this Chili's. Will definitely visit again. read more

I've been here twice recently and you just can't beat their 3 for Me deal. I get a drink, house side salad and an Old Timer burger with cheese for $10.99. I'm also a Chili's Rewards member so I get free chips and salsa too for an appetizer. Both visits we have had great servers and the hostess has been helpful too by getting drink orders going. This was a pleasant experience. We were hungry and tired so we found a place close to our room. The restaurant is a standard family/ bar atmosphere. I'm guessing if it's alot of people it could get pretty loud. When we entered, the staff was in the kitchen door in group having their own conversation. They looked at us and continued their conversation. Took the host a moment for the host to arrive to sit us. Our waitress was standard, she didn't make an impression. We ordered and our food came out hot. The waitress did take a moment to get items we asked for, she would disappear. I stopped by last night and I immediately got a different, positive vibe. I was seated quickly, got my drink order and meal quickly. Hot, well prepared, it was really quite good. I know. You are asking "it's Chili's how are you giving it 5 stars?" Is it the best burger ever? No prob not. Is the food good quality ? Yes. Everything came out hot and the chicken was not only tastey but juicy. It is really easy to mess chicken up. Now why 5 stars? The service. The staff here is among the best we have seen around. I must have come on a bad day, Friday afternoon. To-go meal was supposed to be ready at 7:14, didn't come out until 7:35 ish. Then my guac was missing, that took another 10 min. The burger was decent. Could have been better, could have been worse. The white queso was watery in my opinion, and the salsa was very settled (sitting for a very long time). The corn on the cob was honestly horrible. Like soggy baby food. It must have boiled for 20-30 minutes, then sat in water. It had absolutely no seasoning. The soda was also lacking sweetness/flavor which is probably a result of being busy all day.
