Picked up my wife at the airport and stopped here for a quick bite to eat last night with the kids. Location was medium busy around 7pm. We were seated within a few moments. Our server was Tia. I honestly think she was the only waitress working with about 10 tables seated. More power to her. She definitely seemed experienced and was able to manage. She memorized our order and it arrived exactly as we requested. Skills. I ordered the southwest eggrolls and a street corn on the cob. Both were good. I must have come on a bad day, Friday afternoon. To-go meal was supposed to be ready at 7:14, didn't come out until 7:35 ish. Then my guac was missing, that took another 10 min. The burger was decent. Could have been better, could have been worse. The white queso was watery in my opinion, and the salsa was very settled (sitting for a very long time). The corn on the cob was honestly horrible. Like soggy baby food. It must have boiled for 20-30 minutes, then sat in water. It had absolutely no seasoning. The soda was also lacking sweetness/flavor which is probably a result of being busy all day. Chili's seemed like a solid decision for a work lunch. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. One coworker ordered a bacon avocado sandwich, another ordered a chicken sandwich, and one ordered shrimp tacos. I always get the same thing--shrimp tacos which comes with rice and beans on the side. Our food arrived promptly. My tacos were delicious like always. The prices are reasonable. They have a monthly $5 margarita special which varies by the month/season. It can be difficult to navigate in and out of the parking lot because of the location. read more

Honestly, had we not gotten a gift card for Christmas, I'd not be writing this review. We have tried this location and hated it every time! So glad we used it and it was a great visit! I noticed the A rating posted on the front door and was happy to see! A welcome sign from the manager Chris was a nice touch outside also. The host sat us immediately and while next to the entrance to the kitchen,it was a great location. We ordered drinks and the Skillet Queso. It comes with chips that are so light almost like not having chips so a good cheat on diet note. The salsa was good but a bit like just tomato sauce for me but hubs loved it. That brings us to the Queso. Okay I'm in love with this mix beans, burger and cheese and spices! Must have! Both my daughter and husband had burgers but I love a good salad! I chose the Caribbean Chicken and it was not a disappointment. Wow! On my list of top salads. The dressing was amazing! Crisp and lots of flavors and textures! Just like a salad should be. Old timers with cheese for the girl and she almost ate half. That's a compliment in itself. She didn't talk much so I'd say it was good. She only said that the pickles were still cucumbers posing as pickles and didn't eat those. Pst, I ate one and liked it. On places like this I label Applebee's as the criteria. Above Applebee's we can go towards four stars below we can go towards three or two. There a little below Applebee's standards. They usually have a decent crowd so they are in a good location. But the food is very basic. I think they go with a Mexican theme for the menu and there's no last for influence here. My son ordered some ribs that were extremely fatty and clearly came out of a bag and not fresh. I had shrimp that taste like water on my fajitas. A lower standard from great values from which I thought was impossible. Lions and peppers were a little burnt. And a spicy chicken sandwich that was extremely basic and drenched in sauce. It's a good place to go to when you want something right quick other than that you may be better going to a drive-thru. I also don't remember any deals. A few of us went here after the hockey game the other night. The server and other employees were polite and friendly. It was a little dirty though with a few spots that had trash swept into a pile and left. Service was fast and the food was good. My wife had some small slider style burgers that she enjoyed. She said that they had good flavor and were cooked perfectly. I had chocolate lava cake since I had already eaten at the hockey game. The lava cake was very good and super chocolaty and was served with vanilla ice cream. The other people with is enjoyed their drinks and food that they had ordered. Theses guys were super nice. It's been a good minute since I've been in a Chili's but my sister was in town and she loves this place. Their tables have. A tablet for entertaining and paying your bill. We ordered the Triple App Platter which was pretty good. The service was nice and friendly. Seats are pretty much first come first served. This is the first time I had been to this location. We met a friend for lunch on Saturday around 330ish. I have to echo what others are saying, even at significantly less than capacity, they are STILL sitting people right on top of each other. I truly do not understand that. The service here is hit or miss and tonight it was a definite hit! Soon as we walked up, there was a guy there holding the door open and greeting us, which I thought was a nice touch for a quick sit down place. We were seated immediately (even though the parking lot was full) and our server came only a few minutes later to take our drink orders. I had a water and seasonal watermelon cooler (vodka, watermelon slush, and sour mix) and Chad had a sweet tea. We started with the triple dipper with original crispers, southwestern egg rolls and the new onion petals. Chad raves about how the chicken crispers are the best chicken tenders in the world....so I let him eat them all. I like the egg rolls with their corn and black beans. The onion petals however were very oily and not a table favorite. For my entree, I had the spicy shrimp tacos, sub mashed potatoes and broccoli for the beans and rice. Sadly, no spiciness whatsoever, but still delicious. Chad got the grilled alternatives steak with avocado cooked medium rare. Both our dishes arrived within 10 minutes and we promptly dug in. It was hard flagging down our server for drink refills (her manager had her cleaning her area at the same time as serving, which I thought was weird) but there was another guy who happily brought us our drinks. We finished with the molten chocolate cake. A lava cake topped with vanilla ice cream, and chocolate and caramel sauces. So rich, so good, so can't ever finish it. I have now been in true quarantine for about a month. little known fact: if someone in your home tests positive for VOVID-19, they get out of quarantine before YOU do. That said, I have been jonesing for a Chili's Old Timer burger ever since the shutdown. Always seemed to be stuck, but not today. Wife is out of her quarantine, and picked us up two burgers. She placed the order on-line. Did not see where you could request toppings be left off, do we got them all-the-way, with tomato, lettuce, pickle, mustard, cheese, and that wonder patty of custom blend ground beef. When she arrived at Chili's she was about 20 minutes ahead of the order ready time given when she placed the order. But, as she settled into the reserved to-go parking space, a young lady came out with the good, welcomed Her by name, and waved goodbye! The Old Timer burger was still hot and juicy when she got back home. I do not particularly like mustard, tomato or pickle on a burger, but hey, I am a big boy and now how to take them off. The mustard is hard to remove, so I left it. Thankfully it is not applied with a spatula, and I still enjoyed it If you are still getting take-out and looking for places that get the order right, I recommend Chili's to-go. read more

We went last night bc we were starving and needed something fast and reliable. My burger was so well done it was inedible, my bfs steak on his fajitas was more fat than meat, his tortillas weren't warm. The French fries were chunks of cold potato... wtf. Our server was way overworked which isn't her fault but also affects our experience. Our drinks were empty the entire time. Didn't get more chips and salsa. This place. Wow. Tried goin here twice! The first time we got as far as drinks and appetizer. Wife ordered a margarita. The drink comes out in normal time, BUT the cup itself is just disgusting. We informed our waitress we wanted nothing else and we were leaving so she got us our bill. Guess what? The Margarita was on there! The manager then came out to debate that the drink was made for her and they were willing to remake it...dude don't get it. Finally after my wife flexed her military health inspector muscle they removed the drink from our bill. Second visit-I take the family to try again. Get to ordering our food this time! Lol we order our appetizer and kids food and drinks then our waitress leaves to put that order in and give adults more time. Waitress comes back with drinks and to take orders. After 30 mins WE GET ALL FOOD AT ONCE. And even better my wife's food is barely over room temp. So waitress says her apologies and the manager comes out. Offers to remake her plate. The rest of us are eating and their food is just lackluster. Bland ribs that are scalding hot on the outside and cool closer to the bone. Another 15 mins later after we are all basically done eating my wife gets her plate back. And while the manager told us he would remove her plate from our bill- he simply added it back on. Well I really enjoyed my dinner! Had chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and seriously, that was one of the top 3 I've had. Traditional frozen margarita was fab and a good price for the size! Got the cheesecake to go because I was stuffed, and it was enjoyable. The service was good, place was clean and we walked away full.. or more like rolled away! Just a note, don't get fooled by the little computer table games, I've seen those before and usually it lets you click things before committing to pay for it then it plays the games. Great service today! Had never been to this location before. Right by the airport though, so it was convenient. We had an app, chicken tenders-boneless chicken wings -bot with delicious honey chipotle sauce and some onion blossoms. A bowl of chili and a Caribbean salad. All as delicious as you're ever gonna get at Chili's. Did I mention the service was great? Told them there was a flight to catch so they were very attentive. When I arrived to pick up my order, I found that the ranch dressing spilled all over the crispers. I ordered a to go meal online and from the minute I called to confirm order and ask for a simple modification to picking up the order it was an argument with both employees and managers. Always telling me, "well it doesn't show on our receipt so...or online orders don't always come through correctly " I had to wait over 15 minutes for them to remake my order because the online system didn't have the order come through correctly on their side. No apologies, no understanding on my wait. Just "oh well." Then when I finally had it and asked for my money back I got a "well it's going to take 7-10 business days to go through so." Then while I'm arguing with the manager to get said money back and letting them know I now have no time to go anywhere else, my food comes and he's just "here's your food do you want it now or not?" From the manager no less. Along with a few other remarks he made to me as well. Used my entire 30 minute break waiting on food I had pre-ordered for a specific time so that I wouldn't have to wait. The managers could care less. I will NEVER give Chili's my business again. If I could have given them zero stars I would. If it weren't for their desserts, I would take away one star however. I have visited Chili's various locations and the one thing that remains consistent is their dessert. Food: My last experience I ordered the Shrimp Tex Mex....it was brought out luke warm, and the rice was crunchy. The time before that my food was a great temperature but it was overly seasoned (extra spicy) Drinks: My last experience I ordered the Hennessy Harvest which is the $5 margarita drink of the month...it was watery. The time before that I ordered the same drink and it was perfect, so much so that I had a second one. Hospitality: Hostess has always been nice, servers are sometimes polite...my name is () and I will be serving you today and others walk up without saying hello and ask directly to take your order.
