I had an excellent experience while having a late lunch at this Chili's location. I'd been wanting to check out the great 3 for me deal and got a house salad, old Tymer burger with a side of broccoli and a drink. My dad had the Southwest egg rolls. Our beverages came out instantly. Literally seems like someone brought them out right after the words of what we wanted came out of our mouths. My dad commented that they always bring the drinks out super fast. That is greatly appreciated, especially given the west TX heat. I wish I had caught our server's name. He was excellent. He got our order down correctly and easily made our requested modifications without any issues. The salad and ranch dressing I ordered were both perfect. The salad was crispy and fresh and the dressing tasted freshly house made. My Old Tymer burger was exactly what I hoped it would be. Cooked perfectly at a medium temperature, well seasoned and tasty. My broccoli was also on point. I tried one of my dad's Southwest egg rolls and it was also delicious. The dipping sauce for those, so good. My dad had wanted regular ranch with his egg rolls but after trying the sauce that typically comes with it, he ended up preferring it over the ranch. As far as the ambiance, it was clean inside. The wife & I randomly stoped here for dinner unplanned & unexpected. Once we were inside we noticed it wasn't a busy night. We were promptly seated with no wait. Huge win! Unfortunately once we were seated we were forgotten. A sold 15min went by and no one came to help us. Finally a manger saw we hadn't been attended to and she quickly came to take our drinks. As soon as she took our drinks we were greeted by our waiter by the name of Steelo (hope I spelled that right). He politely apologized and explained why he hadn't seen us come in. Completely understandable. We decided to order burgers. I ordered the Bacon Rancher burger with 2 Pattie's and the wife got the Alexis Santa Fe, both with fries. On other win! Burgers were on point and was overall happy with this meal. Portion size was great, taste was amazing and fries were really good too. Steelo did a great job attending us with everything we need. Very courteous & professional. Would highly recommend asking for him when dining in. Overall it was a great night for us. Upon entering the establishment we're seated by the hostess with an obvious disdain for our presence. She literally threw the menus and straws on the table before we were seated, mumbling as she passed in close proximity between me and my wife...with no "excuse me." Call me old school nonetheless manners are always in style... especially when one is a paying customer. I took her actions as a sign. Sitting in a section, alone, while other patrons were seated in sections with people, we sat patiently awaiting a server who never showed up. No explanation from anyone about the wait time or verbal promise someone would be right with us. Nada. We decided to leave after an ample minute. The same hostess who sat us, who was not busy , struggled to say something pleasant while we exited. I was nice enough to thank her NOTHING! Never ever going back. That's the sad part. I saw the reviews but didn't heed the warning. The food took forever to come out, was ice cold- literally- and one person didn't get their food for another 15 mins. To add insult to injury, the last person only got half their order. The manager came out and apologized for the food issue and said she would adjust the ticket, which she did not do. Waitress didn't want to wait on us. Hostess was very nice and we got in right away because I joined the line through the app. After waiting for no one to show for 10 minutes and then seeing a waitress help a table nearby who got seated after us, we asked the hostess if we could sit in the bar area because they didn't want to wait on us at our table. After a few minutes, sitting in the bar, a waitress showed up and gave us silverware and said she'd be right back. Then we saw her at our old table conferring with the hostess who was pointing at us, so we got up and left, not trusting what they might do to our food. Not sure how I'm supposed to use my Christmas gift cards when they don't even want to work. Went out for dinner with hubby and chose Chili's since he wanted a burger. Sure! No problem.. There was a 20-30min wait for a table. You can tell it was due to staff shortage as there were still a few open tables. Once we got seated, Terrell was very attentive and was working hard to take care of us. I would give him a 5 stars if I could. Very kind man. Reason for the low ratings was that our food was cold. We ordered queso and chips. Queso took a bit longer, but Terrell got us going on chips and salsa. The queso was luke warm at best. I ordered a potato soup to start, which also was cold and watery. The shredded cheese on top didn't even melt into my soup. No chunks of potato. The only chunks were the added bacon. My husband got the burger, which was huge and filling for him. I got the carne asadas, a new item on their menu. It was pretty good, not great. I think the fajitas are a better option. The meat was a bit chewy. I think we will stick to To-Go orders in the future. Our meals are usually hotter, ironically. My wife and I along with another couple showed up to have drinks and food at happy hour here at Chilis.! This place is anything but happy during Happy hour..! Our waitress was constantly on her phone at the bar, slamming Red Bulls, while talking shit about all the customers loud enough for everyone to hear! Only two beers are on the menu during "happy hour", ridiculous! And I guess food now is full price during happy hour.. avoid Chilis..! I can't speak on the food because I didn't stay to eat my food. The experience was the worse I've had at a chili's. When we entered we were not greeted we saw the bar was empty and went and sat at a both with my son asleep in his stroller. We waited about 10 mins still without a greeting from any employee there including the bartender who could clearly see us. I then asked her if someone would be taking care of us because we had not been acknowledged as of yet all she did was give attitude and ask what do yall want to drink. We placed order for drinks and food with her my boyfriend got 2 drinks before a manger came to our table and said he needed to move us because the baby in the stroller. It seemed like this bartender complained to him for whatever reason and he had us move out of the bar area that was completely EMPTY! I explained that they should be more concerned about the customer service and the manager stated they were busy which was completely false it was probably one of the least busy chilis I've been to. We ordered food and they neglected to put the food in the bag and offered nothing in the way of replacement nor any way to make it right. The young man who answered the phone admitted they screwed up by not putting it in bad, knew exactly what order it was for. The manager said we could come pick it up or we could contact the delivery service for a refund. According to the manager it was Door Dashes fault for not checking the order. This Chili's was a little bit of a disappointment. While the chips and salsa came in clutch, we waited 45 minutes for them and then another 25 minutes before being asked what we wanted to order. When we got our meals and drinks, my glass still had the last user's lipstick on it. I'm disabled and had back surgery 7 wks ago. They tried to tell me City mandate is to wait outside. It is not,, I called the city.. it's just chili's policy.. I can't sit on rock and explained that. My son is also is HF Autistic and 3 yrs old. So I can't have him thinking it's playtime outside. I told her the parking was full I could not walk all the way back out to the car and all the way back in. Reviews were not too good when we decided to try this Chili's; 2 Stars. Inspite of the ratings we chose it because the other option we wanted was closed on Sundays. We arrived about 3 PM. My general experience for servers during off hours hasn't been good. I seem to get better service during busier hours. Amber was our server. Absolutely no improvement could have been made in service. She patiently walked us through the menu. My wife had a lot of questions. She checked often to see if we needed anything. We never had to ask for a drink refill because she kept our glasses full. My wife and cousin ordered the classic ribs and they opted for the full order. We took leftovers with us. They both thought they were excellent. I ate my wife's corn and it was delicious. I ordered the Bacon Burger and it too, was delicious. I couldn't find any reason to rate our experience less than 5 Stars. read more

Kudos to every employee at this Chili's. We went at a busy lunch rush. The hostess too 3 table reservations at the same time, ran off to wipe tables & get everyone seated. She told us who our server would be and we settled in for a wait, but our server was there in 90 seconds, brought our drinks back & took our lunch orders 3 minutes later.
