Ten years later here's an update to my recent visit to Moe's! Upon entering, I was quickly greeted "Welcome to Moe's" by one worker who I thought might be the manager running the line during the late lunch hour. There wasn't anyone in line so I placed my order quickly, couldn't decide on the protein and was suggested the Spicy Chicken is quite popular however I went with the steak. The Stack is a Crunchwrap on Steriods, filled your way and runs about $13.89 add a drink and your at $16 after tax! The food is a bit expensive however it does fill you up nicely, bummed out there no free chips anymore nor add chips and drink for a minimal fee, anyhow I'll probably be back if I'm feeling spendy and in need of a filling Stack made my way. We were meeting our relatives who drive a 16-wheeler at this Moe's (conveniently located in a truck stop). We arrived at 5pm on a Wednesday. Unfortunately, (virtually) all the food was gone... there wasn't any chicken, only one scoop of steak left and ground beef that looked as though it's seen better days. We asked when more would be coming out, we were told that everyhting was still frozen and they were in the process of thawing it out. Our relatives said that they had arrived about an hour earlier and the place was slammed. So maybe everything was used up during the previous rush but it was so unusual for there to be NOTHING left at 5pm... and who knows how long it was going to take to thaw out the frozen stuff and then to cook it. I didn't realize Moe's used frozen bagged food. I thought they were similar to Chipotle and cooked food fresh... it kind of "put me off" from wanting to eat at a Moe's from here on out. Made me a little uneasy about the freshness of their other items/ salsas, etc. We had put in an order for a cheese quesadilla for our child before we decided that there wasn't going to be enough for the rest of us that we decided to head to a different place to eat. read more

Very polite staff, the Spanish food is delicious and fresh, and great with flavors, I had the Adobo Chicken with black beans, with onions, peppers and sour cream . Waw these location sucks big time the Latina woman that was making my burrito kept talking to other female worker while making my food and I had to wait for them to finish talking before I could tell what I want in my burrito pretty much between every ingredient the weirdest thing is she stopped in the middle and gave me a long stare looked away and than gave me another long stare wich was kind of rude tbh Her shirt looked like she didn't wash it for atleast a week and while Leaning against the table her shirt and her stomach was pretty much in the burrito when dome angerly folded the burrito and swung it to the cashier Rude employees idk what is their deal but overall was an odd unprofessional and nasty experience read more

I usually love Moe's but i think I'll not go to this one any longer. The bigger white girl was rude as hell like I was bothering her being there. They were out of menu items and the drink fountain only had three or four options. Non of which were the popular brands. read more

Moe's was at the Pilot truck stop where I parked and I figured I'd give it a try. I had the home wrecker Jr steak burrito without anything extra. I must say, they test the tensile strength of the tortilla. It was overflowing by the time I made it down the bar full of veggies to add to it. I wasn't going to add a drink to it, but the cashier said it was "Moe Monday" and it's cheaper. Sold. There were several different flavors of salsa on the salsa bar, I didn't try them all, but the seasonal Guacamole one was very bland. The one marked ultra spicy or what ever was just that! read more

Having never tried Moe's before, I was very impressed with the food. The service is always great. They say hi to you when you walk in and acknowledge that they may be busy with a customer but that they would be with you in just a moment. The steak has always been tender and very well seasoned. The rice is hit or miss however, hence the 4 stars instead of five. The queso is fantastic and the chips are always warm and very good. read more

I've eaten at dozens of Moe's all over the country and have enjoyed their food. On Saturday, I ate here & it was a good experience. I came back the next day and encountered a young lady tattoed all over who gave me the stink eye as I walked up to place my order for a quesodia. I ordered it just like I did the day before & the dozens of other times around the country. The lady was obviously in a bad mood. When I got to the register a young man was processing my payment when the lady barged him out of the way anf punched in something on the regester then left. I was first told to pay $7.70 then told $9.80. I questioned the cashier. The lady lit in to me that my side of sour cream and pico was extra. I asked, is this something new? She barked, NO! I wasn't charged yesterday or the dozens of other times. That's the way it is. I told her she obviously wanted that queso more than me. Told them to enjoy it. I left and went 5 miles down the road and bought a sandwich at Loves from happy people then purchased $400.00 worth of fuel from them (Loves).
