Rack of ribs no meat on it!!
    Cece A.

This were the ribs I was given after complaining twice that the ribs had hardly any meat on it they never made the effort to replace them and the manager never came to apologize or offered to take it out from the bill. I paid anyway and brought them to my dog.

We always experience great service here!! The food at this branch is also always amazing and tastes wonderful, unlike other branches I've been to. I think this Chili's is one of the best. No matter the time and busy crowds, the staff here handle the people well and get food coming quickly too. Drinks are served immediately and refilled. Have no complaints here, parking is usually found in the lot nearby. Also pretty cool to mention that the chefs cook steak according to your preference perfectly! Whether well done or medium rare, the chef nails it every time.

Chili's has long been my favorite sit down restaurant. I usually always get the cajun chicken pasta. This time I tried the spicy chicken sandwich. I'm a fan of spicy chicken sandwiches and make it a challenge to try them everywhere they are served. I really enjoyed Chili's version! I would definitely order it again. My only complaint which is the same complaint every time I go, it's SO COLD inside this restaurant! Like subarctic! I have to remind myself to grab a parka jacket before I go. If not for that fact, this would've been a five star review.

My friend picked here for dinner. I have only been to a Chili's maybe once in 15 years, Just not a place I ever think of. It was a good choice. Daniel was our server, and he was awesome. He took our order right away and continued to check on us for refills. He was great! Food was yummy; we shared a Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla and a sampler platter. Everything was good, but my favorite was the quesadilla. I also had a watermelon ice tea, it was yummy. I will have to remember this restaurant when I am in the area. They have lots of TV's playing, so my friend was able to watch the Dodger game. 8/12/25

Everything went well. The service was timely, accommodating, attentive, and kind. I ordered my guiltless 6oz sirloin mid-rare and it came out exactly that way. The asparagus that came with it was really good. My kids loved their food, as well. One of their meals came with an entire Mexican corn on the cob. Presentation was awesome. It was a packed Friday dinner shift and the place was lively. There was a wait, which is the usual for this place. They were playing the women's college softball world series, which was super cool.

Good location good atmosphere very busy place with a lot going on. Very clean and very well kept and good decoration. Typical chillis good vibes Service was ok girl was here and there and made ok suggestions. Other servers came and filled in when she didn't. Asian zing wings and honey bbq wings wer amazing amazing to be honest similar taste to BBW but extra juice and thick definitely winners. Burger was ok just missing that spark spark. Fries wer good. The Nashville hot chicken tenders wer amazing And the sliders wer also a hit. Chips and guac and salsa was fire fire fire!! Good spot had a good time definitely a good chillis will return.

Not a bad deal, not a bad location, not bad service, not bad quality. I can say chilis could be good or bad in whatever area but our chilis is particularly good for quality and level of service. I've been twice now and it was quick, fresh, generous and a great experience. Cheaper than McDonald's now and more food too! It's not bad, I would say to go on off course between lunch and dinner because perhaps some types of folks could be there in busy times that make it less of an easy experience.

There was plenty of parking in this lot. The entrance is located through their patio, which can be a bit counter intuitive. We came at opening and the restaurant got really busy during our time there. Initially we were looking at the sandwiches because it was lunch time, but then we were going to a wedding that night so we decided to eat something more filling since the ceremony and speeches always delay the eating. All entrees here are served with black beans and rice or congri, and 3 fried plantains. My boyfriend had the Ropa Vieja ($28) with the congri and I had the Lechon Asado ($25) with the rice and beans. Our food came out pretty fast after we ordered. My boyfriend's Ropa Vieja is a Cuban braised beef. The congri is basically a mix of the rice and beans. This dish was super tasty and the shredded beef was so tender with the bell peppers and onions. I can really taste the red wine and tomato sauce in the base. I took a few bites but in general I preferred my dish more, and vis versa he enjoyed his dish more. My lechon asado is a roasted pork that is super super tenderrrrrr. It was so sweet with the grilled onions and it had the perfect amount of fattiness without being over bearing. SO GOOD! Love the plaintains too. I'm glad I got the rice and beans option because I would have gotten too full too quick with the congri. I barely touched my beans and only got through half of my rice. Both dishes came with this super tasty garlic butter sauce that I poured on my rice and made it even tastier. It was so good. One thing I didn't enjoy about the experience was the flies attacking us and our food. Since the door is open and connected to their outdoor space, it leaves the opportunities for flies to come in. We had to play defense with the flies the whole time. The service here is a little slow. Especially when I was trying to get back on the road I wasn't feeling too patient. I waived down multiple staff members too. Also I got hit with an undisclosed 3% surcharge for using my credit card. I only found out after I got the receipt. I would have paid in cash if I knew. *dislike* LOVE LOVE LOVE the food. Might be the best Cuban food I've ever had... and I've been to Florida where there was a lot of Cuban spots. Room for improvement with service, flies prevention, and the disclosure of the credit card fee.

The food quality is spectacular! I always get the Baracoa Cubano sandwich and it never disappoints. The ingredients are fresh and organic with each dish I've ordered. Since I have allergies to ingredients used to preserve frozen food, it's always been so hard finding a restaurant with a menu that doesn't cause me issues--and Baracoa has never compromised with their ingredients! The organic quality of their food is something you'll taste on your first bite. And finally--the service is impeccable and I have yet to see such excellent hospitality at any restaurant I've visited, even in Los Angeles! The waiters are always kind, attentive, and energetic with their behavior and service. It's very easy to tell they love the work they do and it shows in their work ethic. In addition to that, the managers are always making sure we're having an excellent night and have transformed it to a level of service we've never seen! My parents and I went a week ago and talked to Daniel the Manager about how much we missed a Piña Colada from a closed restaurant which would make it in the pineapple itself--and he said if we promised to be there in a week he's make it himself. We came on Friday, and the joy that my family felt was palpable when Daniel came out with the drinks we've wished for years now since that restaurant closed! Honestly, I've never heard of someone caring for their guests so much to do that--truly everyone should visit this establishment and experience true fine dining. I don't think I'll ever eat anywhere else for a special occasion ever again.

Also got the 6 pieces Bone In Wings with Fries for $11 on Wednesdays. We chose the Buffalo and Honey Garlic sauces. The Buffalo sauce was better than then Honey Garlic sauce. Would not get again since the wings were flavorless. The fries were hot and crispy, but too salty. Also got the Nachos Supreme for $7 during Happy Hour. We added beef to the nachos for another $3. We were used to the original, original (more on this later) Coach's in Lancaster. We decided to…read morecheck out the new one in Palmdale, since it was Mother's Day and my wife had been craving their wings. It was mid-afternoon, so they were not busy at all. We waited maybe about 10 minutes before being sat at our table. Coach's reputation in the area is being a sports bar and grill. What I noticed in the main seating area was the lack of TVs to be viewed. The design of the area is really poor if one wants to watch their sports programming while enjoying a meal and/or libations. The next thing I noticed was their increase on prices. Restaurants don't generally raise their prices because they expanded their operations. They expand because they are doing well and can afford to. It seems like Coach's raised theirs to help pay for their new building. We decided to order their dozen wings, splitting them between us. I love spicy! The hotter the better. My wife on the other hand went with the mild wings. The other preference between us: I like the drums, while she likes the flats. So, six "as hot as you can make them" drums and six mild flats, extra wet on both. I mentioned to the waiter the point that a dozen wings will generally contain six of each, but I had experienced issues with them wanting to double up-charge us in the past for separating them per flavor profile, so could he please relay our request to the cooks. Easy enough for the kitchen staff to handle, right? Obviously not so much. Additionally, the waiter informed us that the only way he could get the drums and flats separated was to up-charge us $3 per request (+$6 total), otherwise the kitchen staff wouldn't understand. I guess it takes too much of an effort to tell the cooks that order "X" needs this done? Remember, they were not busy...It took approximately forty-five minutes before our wings were brought out to us, ALL PILED TOGETHER! ????!!!! Who the F would look at this order of two profiles from completely opposite ends of the heat spectrum, including the separation of drums and flats per flavor, and extra wet, and think it is a smart idea to pile them all together?! This was immediately brought to the attention of the waiter who took them back for a resolution. The second attempt did have the flavors separated, but "extra wet" was now a light drizzle and the six "flats" were a combination of drums and flats. Seriously? Over an hour of wait and two failed attempts for an order of one dozen wings. PATHETIC! We asked to speak with a manger. She came out and we explained our experience with her. Her replies were:, "Well that's how the dozen wings are normally served; you shouldn't have been up-charged for splitting the dozen wings, the waiter could have informed the kitchen staff; and, we will remove the order of wings from your ticket." No sincere apologies. No offer to comp us our two beers. NOTHING! The original, original Coach's used to have fried green beans and pretzels on their menu. These were both a huge hit, and were two items you would associate to Coach's, before new owners took over. We asked each following visit if they had been added back to the menu. We were constantly told by the wait staff that this (the green beans) had been a continuous ask by many Coach's patrons, and they had relayed this to the new owners on several occasions. We asked again today, with the unfamiliar waiter having no clue of what we were inquiring about. This tells me that the new owners have no interest in what longtime Coach's patrons would like to have back, or the people that made Coach's successful, prior to their acquisition. They are obviously all about greed and poor decisions. This will be their demise, as they are causing many customers, like ourselves, to find more deserving places to spend our money. We had not heard the best reviews, from other friends, about this new Coach's, but we unfortunately decided to give it a try. FAILURE AT IT'S FINEST!
