Nachos served like a corporate penny-pincher made them. A ring of 8, maybe 10 chips lining the outside of a plate, 12 bucks - lol. Boneless wings were flavorless and mushy. We thought we would go have some comfort food but this backfired. We were served shrimp quesadillas with one shrimp in each quesadilla. The brisket quesadillas were just as bad. One bite and you were done with the brisket. I mean you couldn't get much cheaper then this place. It was embarrassingly small portions for the price. 3 stars are for the customer service and the drinks which usually are good, the food also isn't so bad for the price as I rarely leave miserable but tonight was not a good one for us. My burger was sub par but I always make exceptions with that since med rare burger eaters like myself are sometimes disappointed haha but The brisket/ chicken combo my wife had was barely edible with mostly fat on the brisket. The good thing out of all of this was the refund of her item when we told the manager and was handled very well. Our waiter was very inattentive which I could understand in a situation where the restaurant was busy but there was barely anyone in our section. After ordering our drinks they asked if we wanted any appetizers which we said no and that we were ready to order our entrees and then they just walked away without saying anything ?? and then took forever to get back to us. I would give them zero stars if I could. we asked for a table on the opposite side of the bar as it was completely empty on that side and the manager kept sending everybody into the bar area. he told us it would be a few minutes to clean a table on that side. We decided to have lunch at chilis today. I can't even remember when was the last time I ate at a chilis. Being a typical chain restaurant, I wasn't expecting much. We were seated within a min. The waitress was very nice and gave us enough time to go through the menu. They had a lot of options, almost too much. I decided to just go to the lunch combo page after a bit. I chose the chicken fajitas lunch combo with Chicken tortilla soup. The soup was very tasty. I was surprised that I would enjoy it so much. The sizzling grilled chicken fajitas with peppers, onions, chipotle-garlic butter & cilantro was served nice and hot. The chicken was very moist and tasty. The side plate of pico de gallo, cheddar cheese & cumin-lime sour cream was just enough for the fajita. Overall a good meal for $8 plus tax and tips. read more

This was an overall disappointment. Our first issue was that the light directly over our table flickered like crazy and was annoying during dinner. We did bring it to the attention of the server, but he couldn't do anything and there was no effort on his part to inform the manager, which was what should have been done. From the food we ordered, the Quesadilla Explosion was eh, nothing to write home about. The ribs and steak were good, but the mashed potatoes were dry. The kids Mac and Cheese was not good for my kid, however, my dad liked it. Which means it's loaded with salt. When I tasted it, all I tasted was salt too. Long story, short, my family took in two meals in the past month or so here and both times, the service, food, and experience was dreadful :-( and given what had happened this past time, we won't be back. My wife's salad was served with a nice, long hair mixed in with the lettuce, my son's broccoli was served raw and cold as the day is long, our fries were equally cold, our drinks weren't filled up until I flagged down a server (and when I saw ours, she was just standing around). Our food plates where piling up so high, we could literally play a game of dish Jenga with them, and to top it all off, we had a free dessert coupon and it took forever to get the server to come and take our order. The ironic part of this whole experience was the last time we came here, we endured a very long wait.. VERY long wait - which was one of the issues the time before. So, we decided to come earlier and beat the rush and we were still there for a very long time waiting on food, drinks, service, etc. It wasn't just our table... You could see and hear others complaining... The service here really needs an upgrade and the servers need to be retrained on how to actually serve their customers. Funny thing is, every time I drive by this restaurant, the parking lot is full. This is the closest Chili's to my house, but I think after this trip and experience, we won't be back - for a family meal at least. I love chain places like this that are outside New York City because the people who work there are so much nicer, the food is better made and the prices aren't ridiculous. What is that about? This place was really nice. I've come here twice - each time after visiting Mountain Creek waterpark. Went tonight to grab a quick bite with the family and right off the bat, the manager was great. She was playing peekaboo with my son from across the restaurant. My usual spot I come for lunch. Super convenient with the new tablet system that allows fast service. I like that they have a rewards membership that you can sign up and ear points towards free items. I usually get the lunch specials and pick the house salad and the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas with fries that are really good and at a good price. Everything comes out super quick and is really fresh. I love their chips and salsa as well as their guacamole as well. Being able to pay on the tablet eliminates having to chase down the waitress for your check and makes leaving to get back to work on time a much easier obstacle. read more

Sadly, Chili's is off the menu. I went there about a week ago and ordered the burger with Swiss and mushroom but this is how it went downhill. I ended up getting very sick from the burger that night. I gave this place a second try, yet sadly the results didn't change. We just ordered appetizers and some of the chicken was cold on the inside but hot outside(microwaved). The margaritas didn't have any alcohol hit seems as you could just taste the juice and that straight doesn't taste great. I wouldn't recommend this place at all unless change is taken in the kitchen and bar area. Friendly staff but step up the game. read more

This place is a joke. We walked in at about 3PM on a Sunday and it took ten minutes for our waitress, Tracy, to come to our table after we sat down. It took almost twenty minutes to get our appetizers and damn near 45 minutes to get our entrees. Our orders were incorrect but since our waitress never came to check on us we did not bother correcting them. Noone walking by could be bothered to take our dirty dishes. I couldn't help but notice dirty dishes on the bar that sat there my entire visit, & drinks the bartender set out that serves let sit for twenty minutes. During my meal, a large group walkedin and waited for ten minutes at the host stand before one of them had to walk to the bar to ask who he had to see to get a table. From the kitchen to the management, every single aspect of this place is a joke. They did not deserve the money we paid for our meal, and even though we are typically generous tippers, the waitress did not deserve the little tip we decided to give her. read more

Some things on the menu aren't that bad and are done really well, and other things are done terribly. I usually never have a problem with this particular location but lately their quality in food has dropped massively. The staff are all sweet people but the food is awful sometimes. 1. Their tortilla chips are great, until you can't eat half your batch because they're chewy and soft instead of crunchy. 2. Their quesadillas look and smells disgusting. Maybe they weren't paying attention to quality because I came in later, but they looked like trash and smelt like it too.
