We were set at a table top right by the bar and it was definitely a bit louder than the "restaurant" side. Our waiter was with us within seconds of us sitting down to bring us water. He continuously came to check on us throughout the night despite the place, again, being packed. We got their mozzarella sticks, and I got there buffalo chicken sandwich. We also signed up for their rewards and got chips and salsa for free, I believe you get these for free every time you go into the restaurant if you have an account. The mozzarella sticks were great. I can't complain. They were very cheesy nicely fried and not as oily as I expected them to be. The chicken sandwich was OK, I wasn't a fan of the buffalo it had on, or the bun , with the chicken was nicely cooked, and there was a lot of it! Went in on a week night for dinner and overall its the typical restaurant chain vibes. It was not crowded at all and the staff were friendly! Our waiter was attentive without being over bearing. We ordered their Halloween themed margaritas both were good but I liked the dragon fruit flavor better as it was less sweet than the apple marg version. My daughter got their triple dipper and I thought the sliders were great! She enjoyed their boneless wings and mozz sticks. Their bone in wings are decent, they are cooked well but you can tell its pre frozen wings. I've grown out of chilis but my dining companions have not, so off I went. This location is clean and staff is friendly. How this corporation charges $15 for things like mozzarella sticks and southwest egg rolls is beyond me. I came to the chilis cause I had a $25 gift card. This is really the only reason we came to this Chilis and it's not a normal place we go to eat. When I went to run the gift card at the end to pay, there were issues which I why I'm writing the review. First I'll start by saying Greg the server was very nice and it was not his fault. We had no complaints about the food or his service. When Greg could not solve the issue with the gift card he asked the manager Michele to help out. Michelle said she knows a lot about these cards and deals with this all the time and told me to go online and activate the card. So I followed her directions and it did not work, she told me to call them. (She told me to call them, she didn't call them, she told me to even though she deals with this all the time). When I called the chilis card, the reason they said it did not work was because they ran the card through 3 times and depleted the balance. So she said the Chilis should have a record of this., I told the manager Michelle and she said it did not work. And she said this is normal and it happens all the time. At this point, I told my wife and two kids to go wait in the car cause they were getting a bit antsy at the table and then asked Michelle the manager what to do. She once again said, "yeah that happens all the time and then just stares at me" and offered nothing to fix it or take the card off the check. I said fine and in frustration said I would pay the full amount. At that point I think she knew I was frustrated and came back and tried to take off a kids meal to solve the gift card issue (an offer of $12) . I told her no, she has not been helpful and I would pay the full price. Here's what I don't understand. We are two educated people who brought our children out to dinner. We are respectful, we didn't return any food, we didn't complain and I would think we are the type of customer you would want returning to your establishment. My wife and I both worked as managers in the service industry back in college and we don't understand Michelle's thought process. She said this is a common issue, it happens all the time, and these cars always give a problem yet she apparently has not learned how to solve the problem of these cards. She did nothing to rectify the situation and told me, in a patronizing way, to solve the issue on my own. Michelle probably comps full meals all day to complainers, she had a table of high school kids next to us who were loud, rude, and probably left no tip. Yet, she didn't want to help our family out and be understanding of the situation? Isn't that the customer you want to earn back to your restaurant? Once again, we only came to Chili's cause we had this gift card.. it's your job to make us have a nice time and make us want to come back and you didn't achieve it Michelle. Once again, Greg the server was very nice. The host and hostess were very polite. The food runner was very sweet. Michelle, act more like them, acting patronizing or talking down to a customer did nothing to solve the issue. It just gets a review like this and customers that won't come back. We sat at the bar and was greeted by a friendly bartender who was working bar and service so we waited a little but had opportunity to study drink menu. CONS: This place is way smaller than normal chilis restaurants which made the wait time 30 minutes despite hardly anyone in there. They also don't turn over tables fast and the BBQ sauce for the wings was not good at all. Three and one half stars. It has been a minute since I last dined at Chili's. A minute in this case equates to about 10 years. The menu seems to be pretty much how I remember it. Wings, burgers, fajitas, ribs, sandwiches, etc. The thing that has changed fairly dramatically are the prices. We split a dozen wings. I had a mushroom Swiss burger with a Miller Lite. My wife ordered the chicken fajitas. Everything was pretty much as good as ever. However, the check came to $65.00 before tip. Of course I realize that prices have gone up since 2014. But Chili's used to be a place where you could have a decent meal at a relatively fair price. I would say that these prices are considerably higher than what one would pay at a local "real" restaurant or tavern in this area for which there are many. I think this may prove to be a problem for Chili's business model. Back in the day Chili's would be jamming late on a Sunday afternoon. However, there were only 4 or 5 tables seated when we were there. The service was OK for this type of place. But the waiter brought our apps and mains to us all at once which was a bit overwhelming. I don't know that I will return to Chili's any time soon given that there are many options in the area with better food at more affordable prices. read more

My grilled asparagus was perfectly done and tender, right to the cut end. Their drinks are generally up to par, but It took a second try, for the bartender to make a dry gin martini. We have not been to Chilis in a while. We ate at the bar there and our bartender, Brian was awesome! He was chatting with us and handling all the customers with sincere care. As we were sitting there we observed the manager, Floyd McDonald washing drink glasses and speaking so kindly to the wait staff. Just went to this chili's after not going for the past year, use to be a great place to go in the area. Service was poor, understaffed, waitress after just taking our order came back about 2-minutes later and asked if she took our order already "Really" The place wasn't even busy (about 1/3 full). Margarita was heavily mix and tasted like syrup. Food was bland. What happened to the old menu (it got reduced to a small section in the back of the menu. The menu is now loaded with burgers and deep fried crap that you can get anywhere. Everything looked premade, and the ribs were 50% fat, worst ribs ever. As for cleanliness, forget it, everything has that chain restaurant kitchen floor oil film on it table, seats and the bathroom floor you can go skating on it it's so slippery. This chain has gone severely downhill. Never again will we be going here. read more

So to start this was the worst experience I've ever had at a chilis restaurant. First thing when we walked into the place there was employees around. Just one guy at the bar and that was it. No waiters or waitresses. We stood there for about 5 minutes then I decided to grab menus and sit down at the table I wanted to since there was nobody. Then we waiter another 10 minutes before even seeing a waitress to take our order. So after we got our drinks we ordered food which took awhile to come out. I ordered another drink when she came back out and never got it so when the guy came out with the food he got me a drink. When I picked up my drink a strong chemical smell hit me like a train and my glass stunk like bleach. My steak was cooked to well done and not medium rare like I ordered. Also only say my waitress 2 times the whole time we were there. Some other women that worked there ended up helping us the rest of the night. Well I have a running list of restaurants that are so awful that I won't eat at them. After tonight, Chili's, my favorite restaurant growing up as a young boy, is added to that last. I quite literally had to stop eating, cut my $28 in losses, and go pick up drive-thru, which tasted more fresh than my chili's order. My (to-go) order: (1) classic chicken crispers; (2) sliders; and (3) house salad with buffalo chicken added; This had to be the worst meal I have ever had. The chicken crispers were so hard and stale, it tasted like the frozen chicken tenders you buy from the grocery store, microwaves, left out all night m, and then reheated the following day. Same goes for the fries. The sliders weren't as bad. Those might have been a product of being a to go order, but had to scrape the bacon bits off, because they tasted like they were out of a bag. Finally, the house salad with buffalo chicken, had blue cheese, tortilla strips, buffalo sauce, but it just so happened to lack the buffalo chicken. The lady taking my order was nice. read more
