Friendly kept our drinks filled we split a fajita dinner for one there was more than enough to go around!

Worst service ever! Waited 30 minutes for hostess, only to have her take my name for her list of people who already left angry. Finally got seated at a dirty table, requested it wiped off. Looked at menu 20 minutes, no wait staff acknowledged us sitting there waiting for service. Got up to leave and another table told me they had been waiting for their food they ordered 45 minutes earlier. Hostess was very rude to other customers who also left! Waste of time, Donot stop here!!! read more

This Chili's is just ok compared to others. We were seated quickly. Our waitress was attentive. It took awhile for our food. Our waitress kept apologizing for the wait saying they were short on chefs and kitchen help. Chips and salsa were great. Food was ok. Nothing to brag about but not terrible. read more

I was here with my hubby for a rare lunch date. We had excellent service. Good burger. Had an issue with the salad but the manager took care of it right away (tossed it all out - haha) . I'll probably be back for dinner rather than lunch though, better menu selection. read more

I'm about to say something completely pretentious: I hate chain restaurants. It grinds against pretty much everything I am. When you travel to new and interesting places in America, much of the urban landscape looks exactly like the town you left ten hours ago. And it's because of chain restaurants. There's no adventure there. WITH THAT OUT OF THE WAY, I have to say that the carryout grilled chicken fajitas on the evening of 2/25/2020 were some of the best fajitas I've ever had. This from a food snob from out of town. (But you already know that.) The chicken was nicely marinated and delicious, the peppers and onions were fresh and nicely grilled, the guacamole was delicious and very fresh, the salsa and pico was also fresh and very tangy, the black beans were nicely prepped with a little splash of pico de gallo on top, and there was plenty of fresh zip from the lime and cilantro on top. No wilted cilantro here! I gave my brief experience, again this was takeout, 4 out of five stars. I might have done 4.5 but yelp don't play that way. But here is the thing, I can't give 5 stars with those tortillas. They actually looked like they were really good when they weren't slightly stale. All in all, props to Chili's in Scottsbluff. You have someone in the kitchen who cares about feeding people good food. Okay never mind, I gave you guys 5 stars because of my epic dis of chain restaurants at the top. read more

I've eaten here a couple times when traveling for business, with no real problems except that they don't participate in the rewards program. Today, however, was a much different experience. I was quickly seated then waited almost 20 minutes. None of the wait staff showed up. I asked the hostess about it, she said she'd get someone. Five more minutes pass, still no one shows up. During my wait, I watched a couple come in, then leave without anyone acknowledging they were there. Finally, I decided they didn't want my business, so I left. I tried the chili's to go. Placed my order 5:50 I got the confirmation and told the time it would be done was at 6:27. I got in and paid for my food at 6:34, I didn't get my food till 7. I wasn't impressed at all. The guy Jacob was very nice and apologized. read more

This is the worst run restaraunt I have ever eaten at. The kitchen is slow & management is absoulutely terrible. We have tried several times to eat here & our food takes forever & when it is served it's obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. Management has been either absent of unapologetic when we have made complaints. We will never eat here again. read more

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could! First of all we had to wait an hour for our food... appetizers and a salad. Then when we FINALLY got our food there was hair in two separate items. The manager said they would comp the plate with the hair and we told them we weren't paying for any of it! The bartender kept telling us he had a lot of pull there but the reality is he had a lot of excuses. It was the most disgusting experience at a restaurant I have ever had! Stopped by on Sunday, July 16th about 12:40. My husband & I sat at the bar and we left without being acknowledged or served. I thought I must have been invisible - two other groups of people came in and sat at the bar after us and were acknowledged with orders taken. We sat & sat - the female bartender kept on about her business. We have been here before with slow service but, this was completely unacceptable. Not enough staff / underwhelming to say the least. Driving from MI to CA, we stopped to visit my sister in her tiny town! Had a large group with ROWDY peeps, me being the ringleader! "Amber" waited on us; we were loud, talking over each other, needy, asking and demanding. Boys (9 and 13) wanted crayons, bbq sauce, napkins, dessert, etc. We were impossible and Amber just SHINED: SWEEEEEEEET, cheerful, knowledgable, professional, fast, etc. I wait tables so I know good service and she was as good as ANY fine-dining place. Another girl brought the dessert and helped out a couple times and was really awesome too. Food was pretty good. Good choices. But GREAT service MADE IT! read more

I got a gift card for Christmas here so I'd figure I'd give it a shot. Ordered online and when I went to pick it up they informed me they where out of one of the appetizers I had ordered. To their credit, they did offer free chips and salsa. Got home and opened my cheeseburger and they forgot the fries along with the ranch that was suppose to come with the wings. Called the resturant and was informed I could come back for the fries. Other than that there "wasn't much they could do for me". Definitely won't be going back again. read more

It was okay, nothing special, but edible. We ordered an appetizer and asked for it to come out first. It came out after our dinner, I always hate that. Maybe that is just me but I even asked for it to come first, got a lame apology about the kitchen but that's all. Food was just okay, what I expected, nothing too Wow, but good. I hate the kiosk things on the table. I much prefer a person. The waitress insisted that I used it to pay my bill. I ordered online. They were running late when I arrived at the restaurant they gave me a free drink. Their attitudes were friendly.

Went there last night for dinner. Mind you I haven't been there for probably a year because of the food etc. Well much to my surprise NOTHING has changed except the menu. I think you are having an identity crisis as you can't figure out if you are American, Mexican, or something else. We were "kinda" greeted at the door by a "kid" and he just pointed around and said sit wherever. Didn't even have the courtesy to sit us let alone give us a menu!!! Our waitress was pretty good outside of the fact that she did not listen to what I ordered and I got grilled onions on my sandwich. And of course they are melted under the cheese so I can't pick them off. So I spoke to the "manager" who needs to check himself before he comes to work. Shirt half way tucked in, over all appearance very dis shoveled. Then the "kid" that was supposed to seat us did nothing but walk around the whole time we were there on his cell phone. ARGH!!!! What has happened to customer service???? Thanks but no thanks!!! I won't be coming back there any time soon and I will be sure to let me friends in Torrington know how bad you guys still are!!!! read more

Picked up lunch to go and it was just okay. Got the quesadilla (steak), and the flavor was good, but the beef was so tough I couldn't chew much of it. Again, if they were a little more careful about the meat, this would be a four or five star rating. I also got some chips and salsa, and the chips were brown/overcooked. They had a burnt taste that really interfered with the flavor. I try this place every time I am in town, and they are pretty consistent, but as Chili's go, it is way below par. read more

It's OK for Chill's. I will say the place is clean. The food is typical of Chill's. The service was OK, not bad not great. One of the better stops in Scottsbluff, which is limited. They try hard, it's just not that wonderful of food. read more

We went to Chili's early (about 4:00pm) and figured we could get in and out in a decent amount of time. I went with two other adults and 2 small children (5, 1) and we were all very hungry. We walked in, and the restaurant wasn't crowded at all. We waited only a few minutes for a table, however, once we got to the table we sat for about 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us (that should have been the obvious sign to walk out right?). The manager finally came over and got our drink orders, which we waited another 15 min for drinks. The booth directly behind us was seated at this point in which they had a tall, dark haired waiter that walked out and immediately took their orders. This waiter assumed that because the manager was getting our drinks that he would be our waiter as well. Every time this waiter walked passed our table and I tried to ask him for a drink refill, more chips and salsa, or the ticket he would blatantly ignore me and just walk on by. I WAS MORTIFIED!!! 2 out of the 4 orders were incorrect, but at this point the restaurant was packed, we didn't want to wait any longer, and we didn't really have a waiter to report this to. Finally I had enough!!! Our waiter that continually ignored me, was walking by and I practically threw myself in front of him so I could get my ever loving ticket and get the hell out of there! He looked at me and said he would find the manager so that HE could give me the ticket (WTF?!? Is that a management issue?) Finally he came over, acting all put out, and said he couldn't find him and so here's the ticket. I got EXACT CHANGE and found some Chili's employee (at this point I didn't really care) and gave them my ticket. This all ended just past 6:30pm. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS CHILI'S EVER!!! KUDOS TO THE MANAGER, HE IS WORKING VERY HARD TO GET THIS PLACE HEADED IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION- BUT I WON'T SEE IT IN MY LIFETIME!! read more
