We gave it three trys. We're done. My husband really likes Chili's, especially their ribs. This particular location has very poor service. All three times we were disappointed in the service. We have had everything from being ignored while standing at the front door to waiting too long for our food, to getting the wrong food. read more

I had to give it one star for the hostess at the door because she was the only positive part of the experience. We had to catch a waitress in passing just to order. We had already been there for 15 minutes at that point. We received our salad and chips 10 minutes later. I have never finished a salad before the main course ever. The food was not fresh, tasted like it was reheated. The "oh my" moment came when we heard a man and woman yelling/cussing in the kitchen. We languished through the whole experience for approximately an hour and a half. In that time frame, we discussed our mutual displeasure with the couple at the table beside us. My baked potatoe soup was cold and to cheesy wasn't like I had it a couple weeks ago there was no bacon on it or anything just a sprinkle of shredded cheese . My boyfriends fries were cold like they were just left overs .. His burger didn't seem like it was well done it was to greasy and tastes raw. The only upside was the cookie skillet we enjoyed that. Chilis was very disappointing tonight. First the cilantro was old and had brown liquid sitting in the bowl and then when our skillet cookie came it was good at first. Then half way through there was a good size piece of wax paper cooked into the cookie. Nasty. The manager only comped the dessert. This place has gone to pot! read more

Typically , fine dining restaurants tend to be on the more expensive side, but at Chilis bar and grill you receive a more casual style with low to moderate prices for dependably fine food and friendly , gracious service. Ideal atmosphere for a special occasion, such as a 50th wedding anniversary or Valentine's Day celebration. Order a craft beer , specialty drink , fine wine or classic margarita at the bar . The bartenders here are customer focused , skilled and knowledgeable ! I would vote this the best bar in all the region . read more

Is there any way to give a negative star rating?!?! Worst service I've ever had! Got there, got seated and waited 20 minutes before we ever met our server. She took our order, which was the $35 for 2 then upped it for 4 extra dollars for the patron plus a kids meal... waited 20 minutes for our chips and salsa and had to ask for a glass of water because we still had not received our drinks... so another 10 or 15 minutes later we finally got our margaritas that tasted like nothing but water. So we got up and walked out... we had already been there a hour and just gotten our drink and still had not gotten our entree's... a lady followed us out I'm assuming she was the manager and asked us to pay for our drinks... we told her that we had only taken a few sips, they tasted like water and we were not paying for anything. She said something about calling the cops and turned around so we just left. We will not be going back! read more

Though the food was extremely well prepared , and the service was'nt that bad their could definently be some signifigant changes done. Mainly the staff having temper tantrums about tips is totally unacceptable. If you do not feel fairly compensated for services rendered there are definently ways of expressing your feelings without making customers feel uncomfortable. Consequently, I dont think I will ever eat at his facility again despite the incredibly tasteful dishes they serve. read more

I would like to say that I do love Chili's and normally have an overall good experience. "Our motto is "You can never go wrong with Chili's." Last night my husband and I went for a special occasion. We advised the girl up front of our small party of two. She said "okay" and I noticed she did not write our names down. She seated a party of five. Then a couple of what appeared to be friends of hers came in after us and she seated them immediately....meanwhile we continued to wait...it was obvious that we were the last and only ones needing to be seated yet she walked around us like we were invisible. We left and went to Long Horns not out of the being insulted as much as it seemed we had no choice if we wanted to eat something. I could clearly see that there was available seating. Note to Chili's oversights happen but people remember you by the way you make them feel....we could not have felt more unimportant than we did last night. Long Horn met us by opening the door with a "Welcome, we hope you enjoy your meal with us tonight" and seated us right away. The good news is that we did. read more

We LOVE Chili's. They have a wonderful warm and friendly atmosphere. All six of my children enjoy the chips and salsa as well as the cheese fries. Being vegetarian,our food choices are often limited,but not here. We always find delicious meals for everyone and never leave hungry. We get to sit in the big corner booth and enjoy coloring,talking and being together over good food and service. The managers always greet us or check on our table. There is a sense of family here and Chilis is great for the community and schools for fundraising. If you are looking for a family environment,and very kid friendly,this is the place to go. read more

I went to this place a couple times a year or two ago and tried to give it a chance, but back then the service was bad. The servers were trying to do numerous tables at once. They did not have enough staff. I kept having to "catch" my server to get service. She actually ran from table to table.The chips were stale and the food did not taste crisp or fresh. We did not come back until today to give it another try. Someone gave us a gift card so we decided to use it here instead of driving to On the border in Fayetteville or the Macaroni grill in Cary. We sat down after the greeter (female) gave us a look over. My husband noticed the table where we were seated had food smeared on it although our silverware had already been placed on it. As he said this, I noticed the menu was sticky with food also and i could see food stains on it. We told the waitress and she cleaned another table and we were moved to it. The table was fairly cleaner but somehow I still got something soft and gooey stuck to my hand when I put it on the table. I washed my hands trying to be patient as I just wanted to relax and enjoy a good meal. It didn't get better. My husband's napkin which was wrapped around the utensils was dirty on the inside. The avocado in his shrimp tacos was very brown on the edges. My big mouth mini burgers came without a side of ranch dressing and literally ONE string and scraps of crispy onions strings. I've ordered it at other better chili's and I had a handfull for crispy onion strings and avocado ranch dressing on the side. I didn't order them as an appetizer as i thought i would get some with my meal.I asked the waitress about it, she said that is how it is supposed to be. It's only a garnish not a actual side. I checked the menu and it says it's served with crispy onions strings and ranch dressing. If something is served with fries, do they put two or three fries as a garnish? I've ordered this meal before at this chili's and other chili's and I always get plenty of onion strings without having to ask. The waitress also mentionned I could have ranch with my meal like it didn't come with it. At first when we mentionned about the table being dirty and asked for new napkins, the waitress seemed like she was questionning why we were so demanding but as time went on, she was accomodating. She did bring me a portion of crispy onion rings and avocado ranch. She did try to do her best to help us. She did seem busy also as I only saw two waitresses. Needless to say, my husband does not want to come here again and I will not be able to get my favorite mini burgers for a while unless we go to another town. This chili's feels unsanitary. If the front is dirty, how is the kitchen? I was hoping after all this time, this place would improve. A lot of competition has been coming up as restaurants in the area. Is this place going to go away after a while like some of the businesses in the area. I believe if you like Chili's, you'll come back no matter the competition, however if it's dirty and everything signals that the place doesn't care about giving its customers a clean environment and quality food with good service, why is this place still here? We, customers, pay attention. There is a difference between serving your dog and a human. Standards need to be kept up no matter what. read more

Debris in drinks!!!!!! Vengeful children playing in your food. Absolutely horrible. After receiving my appetizer it took over 10 minutes to get a refill. Waitress (Shauna) and staff were more concerned with taking your order and then disappearing into kitchen entry way to gossip, while poking their heads out to take a quick look. After holding an empty glass in the air as their poking their heads out, with no acknowledgement I verbally asked for a refill from across the room. Upon receiving 3 full refills at once with an attitude I noticed debris in my glass. It looked like pink snot and sesame seeds. Then the food came out, I could not eat because of the thought of what was done to it. I proceeded to carefully collect all the debris in the glass and place on a napkin to bring to Shauna's attention. She said she informed her manager Ashton and that they would comp my appetizer. Ashton did not even attempt to come to our table and speak with us personally, which shows true unprofessionalism and a lack of caring or responsibility for their service. After leaving I proceeded to go to their website and answer their survey. In my survey I asked to be contacted by Ashton or their area management or owner to discuss my visit. It's been a month and no contact has been attempted. Do not go there, and if you do watch what's in your food!!! Shauna, find another career. Ashton, stay away from the service industry you obviously do not care. read more

The third time was absolutely not a charm! During my first visit the service was very slow and the waitress seemed like she had way better things to be doing with her time. I get it, working can suck sometimes but It would have been nice to at least get a smile. I quickly disregarded that experience and went in for round two. My second time dining the service was a little better, although the waitress kept forgetting things and thankfully before I took a huge bite of my food I looked at it because there was a big ole hair just chilling in my chicken. The manager handled the situation very professionally but I didn't have much of an appetite after that. So when my date decided he wanted to go to Chilis for my third visit I was a little apprehensive but said okay. We waited 5 minutes and no one greeted us. I waved down another server and she told me that she would grab our server. We sat there for another 10 minutes talking and no one came so we left. This is very upsetting for me because Chilis is one of my favorite places to eat, but I will not be visiting this location again. read more
