This is the worst Chili's I have ever been to. We only came here because the wait for Mexico Joes was over an hour but we should have just stayed because we would have finished at the same time. When we got to Chili's they said the wait was 5-10 minutes for 3 people but it was actually 15 minutes, but that's no big deal. However the server took a few minutes to come get our drink order. When we placed our food order my mother told her she wanted tacos but nothing spicy. She was very clear on that. The waitress said if the sauce was left off it wouldn't be spicy. Then once we ordered our food it took almost an hour to come out. A couple sat down at the bar across from us after we ordered our food and they somehow managed to get their food before us. When we finally got our food my food was barely warm borderline cold, my mothers food was spicy even though she asked specifically for it not to be spicy. After 30 minutes of standing in the back drinking soda, talking and deliberately ignoring us, the waitress came back to check on the food. Since it had taken so long to get the food in the first place that we didn't want to wait another hour to get food that may not come out right again. We asked for a togo cup and she brought one out that was dirty. I had to get up and ask the bartender for a new one because our waitress had once again disappeared. We had also asked for a togo order but she forgot to put that order in and we did not want to wait any longer. Over all if I could give this place a negative rating I would. read more

I got absolutely horrible food poisoning from some steak and shrimp while out on my first date after getting my vaccine with my boyfriend. Service was just fine, management allowed a party of 5 into the restaurant without masks and they treated their bartender like garbage. Day 3 of food poisoning and I'm still throwing up. First time here in Stilly. Nice welcoming and very good ambience. It's very good for kids as they will have access to game station right on the table. Service is good and prompt As there wee very few people present. Food is very good and tasty but not really worth for money as the prices are comparatively very high. Where to begin? A 20 minute wait on silverware after we had our appetizer and food which was promptly dropped off without a word said or a chance to ask for it. Never checked on once we got our food, had to wave down the server to get the silverware. Then proceeded to get up and get our own napkins. The cheesecake was frozen to the point that we couldn't get a fork through it. Paid in cash and was supposed to have $12.92 in change... our waiter put $7 down on the table and left. We waited to try and talk to him about it, but he never came back. Oh and did I mention there was a total of 7 tables in the restaurant at this time? Absolutely ridiculous. I understand it's still just post-Covid closures etc so there is some latitude given. Bit this is the worst service and food I've gotten from Chili's o. A long time. Order what should've been a pretty quick lunch item off their lunch menu and not only did it take about 25 minutes to get it out is, but my husbands cheese for his fajitas were still frozen. My corn was barely warm as well as fries and chicken. I don't know if the waitress forgot to put our order in on a timely fashion, or kitchen lost the ticket for a bit or the waitress was busy doing other stuff and forgot about our order on the warmer. Who knows. A different person finally delivered the food. Had to ask for refills etc etc. I think we will wait for quite a while before we come back to this location in case it was due to shortage of employees. read more

We love Chilis burgers and usually all the food is pretty reliable, but this time it was a little all over the place. My hubby liked the fish tacos and we love the thin fresh fried tortilla chips with salsa as well as the house salad, but the baked potato soup was lacking potatos LOL and the flavor was pretty lackluster. My parents and I came to Chili's for dinner and this was definitely an interesting experience for me. Our waiter had told us it would be just a few minutes until our meals were out, so when he brought them out, I was honestly in shock at what I had received. I ordered the old timer with cheese and mayo only and when I got it, there was literally a dot of mayo and no cheese. I asked him about it wondering where my cheese was and he brought me a very thick, cold slice of cheese to put on it. Now when I say cold, I mean straight out of the fridge. Putting a cold piece of cheese on my warm burger was probably the worst thing I had tasted in awhile, I had to spit it out. When I said it was terrible, our waiter had a second burger made for me. This one was made correctly, but I put my mayo on it and it tasted so sour. Evidently, it was the garlic aioli that I was given, and I quickly leaned I am definitely not a fan of that. So a third burger was made for me by the general manager, and third time definitely is the charm. Yelp was interesting this evening - when searching for restaurants in Stillwater, most of the restaurants listed were, in fact, in Stillwater - Stillwater, Minnesota that is! I wasn't sure if I should blame Yelp or Siri. Since Stillwater, OK is a rather small town we hopped in the van to see what we could find. Somewhat disappointed in the Stillwater dining options, we finally landed at Chili's. You know what I really appreciate about Chili's? They have Coors Light on tap and it is always ice cold. And those baby-back ribs they tout on TV are really quite good. Our server, an OSU student, was terrific and our meals hit the spot. While our quest for local fare didn't pan out, our Chili's Stillwater experience was great all-around. read more

Went here with my girlfriend and had a horrible dining experience. Our server and the manager were both lovely, and we made sure to tip the server well, but the food was horrible. My girlfriend's steak came out overcooked twice (she didn't have the heart to ask for a third), but somehow still looked grey and tasted odd, plus it smelled awful literally the next day in the fridge, so we suspect there was something going on with the meat. On top of that, she has been suffering from severe food poisoning for 3 days now, although we are beginning to suspect it may be Salmonella due to cross contamination and will be seeking medical attention very soon. And to top it all off, the patrons that showed up towards the end of our meal where horrible. A rough, rowdy, and loud bunch of grown ass, middle-aged adults stormed in and started barking orders at the poor bartender and waitstaff, while also saying disgusting and crass things, bordering on complete sexual harassment. While this isn't directly the restaurant's fault, it would have been nice if they would have been politely told to calm down or thrown out all together. read more

Every single time for 2 years we have come on a Friday night there are many empty tables but they won't seat you because the kitchen is backed up. Stopped in by myself last Tuesday afternoon. It was not busy at all. I ordered a hamburger done medium and steak fries. The fries were so cold I didn't eat them. The burger was very unappetizing. The only reason I'm even leaving one star is because that is the lowest it would let me rate. After three times of horrible service and long waits my fiancé and I decided to try one last time today. Eh it's Chili's. I wouldn't say it's a bad restaurant, it's just average. Pretty much like every other Chili's. We normally get the triple dipper appetizer for our meal. It's pretty good. I really enjoy the big mouth bites and southwest egg rolls. Tonight we ate there and got the fried cheese sticks for an appetizer. They were good, but the marinara sauce was cold. I'm not that big of a fan of cold marinara sauce, so that was kind of down putting. One thing I do really like the flavor of is the paradise pie. I'd definitely recommend that for a dessert if you are there. Is it the best dessert in the world? No, but it's pretty good. Overall, it's Chili's. read more

Let me preface this by saying I like Chili's. I visited on a Sunday afternoon. I sat in the bar and noticed half the restaurant wasn't being seated because there wasn't enough staff. My bartender was taking orders from the entire bar and was the waiter/ server for the seating area surrounding the bar. In between running back and forth from his tables to the bar, he also was making drinks for the entire restaurant, My food took forever to come out, once the food arrived (burger), I noticed my fries were cold ( I can hardly blame the bartender who was stretched beyond being physically able to do his job), and the burger did not have the onion rings it was supposed to have nor the side of sauce that came with it. probably one of the worst chili experiences i had. the waiter was kind and patient with us because it took us awhile to order. we ordered chips and salsa with our drinks in the beginning. we then realized we could do the 2 for $25 and just put our chips and salsa towards that so that's what he decided and then we both ordered the quesadillas. it took quit a while for them to come out. when our food came out we realized that they mixed our order up with the $8 lunch and gave us the wrong sides. we also only got 4 little quesadilla pieces each. the flavor honestly wasn't that great and the rice was terrible to be honest. i could have made better rice at home. we also got the cheesecake, this took quit a while as well considering all they probably had to do was pull it out of the fridge. it tasted like straight up vanilla, no cream cheese. it also took about 15 min for our waitress to realize we did not have a self-serve kiosk. when we got our dessert she also took away my boyfriend drink for some reason but left me with my water. honestly the food was just off, the waitress told us it was only her second week so i don't blame everything on her. but i don't know i've been to better chili's. read more

I really liked this Chili's once upon a time until time after time they don't fail to disappoint, I don't know if it's the lazy management or the employees or what but I about had the last straw with this last experience. I got chips and salsa to go and when I opened it at home I noticed there was a soggy used chip in my salsa which made me come to the conclusion that they in fact re-use their salsa, absolutely disgusting.
