0 stars. My mother and I loved to go here to get their Pick 3 deal. We would go about 3 or 4 times a month. We'd usually get chips and salsa, a burger, a soup, fries, and a drink each. It was a normal visit today. It was about 12:30 pm when we came in. We were seated and ordered like normal. The ambiance of the restaurant was casual and relaxed as usual. We were brought our drinks, chips and salsa, and we also got queso this time. Then we were brought our soup, we then ate our soup. Our waiter was very nice and reassured us that our food was coming very soon. Then came our burgers and fries. And... I'm so happy my mother suggested we cut them in the middle. They were both so pink, and not just in the middle, in most of the burger. I wish we took pictures but we were more worried about letting a staff member nearby know immediately. My mother politely let a nice young man walking by know that the burgers were raw and when he saw the raw pink in the cut in half burger he said "ewww." He took them, apologized and walked away letting us know it would be fixed right away. Our waiter was told about this and came to let us know that they are on it and cooking more burgers as fast as they can. My mother let her know politely that she had somewhere to be and simply did not have time to wait on more burgers to be cooked, and asked to leave. The server assured us that she was going to take the burgers off of the ticket right away for us and then we'd go from there but as soon as she walked away, we had to leave the restaurant as we would have missed an appointment we had to get to. I don't think I have an appetite for another Chili's burger at the moment. It is such a shame that this happened because that used to be a very good deal for very good food. This place is a hit and miss. Sometimes the food is great and sometimes it is not fit to eat. I really think they have one bad cook that is ruining the food. This Chili's was a nicer experience than the one in my old town. Staff is friendly, food was done quickly and very good for the type of food it is. Appetizers came out quickly, but the chips were mostly smashed. Still tasted good with the salsa and Queso. Somehow, our table's computer had another table's receipt on it. The server passed all the screens and told me to swipe my card, so I was not able to see what I was being charged for. I felt that nearly $80 was very high for what we ordered, but she passed the receipt page and ran off. In retrospect it seemed intentional. The bartender seemed like she knew exactly what had happened. The manager came out to "fix it", still charged me for things we didn't purchase, and RAN OFF BEFORE I COULD REVIEW IT, TOO. Terrible location. Was hesitant to come to this location because of the bad reviews, but I decided to come anyways. Worse decision I could've made. The food was terrible. The steak was horribly seasoned, and over cooked. We also ordered chips and guacamole. How bad could it be, right? Well the guacamole was brown in areas and looked as if had been sitting out, and the chips were stale. Our server went to our table exactly TWO times. Once to take our order and another time to bring our drinks. We had to keep asking other servers passing by for things we needed. She also forgot to bring out my daughters children's plate. When I waved her down to ask for attention, she rudely "wait", and continued to walk past me. I tried to get in an word to tell her she had simply forgotten to bring my daughters plate , and she interrupted me from finishing my sentence and said "I'm busy", and continued to walk away. Let me just note that the restaurant was not at all busy, there were two other servers on the floor and maybe only two other tables that were occupied. I was so angry that we didn't even finish our meal. I asked another employee for my check, shortly after our server came back to the table with my daughters food, extremely late. She didn't offer to plate her meal, she just came back with a to go box and set it on the table. I will NEVER return to this location. Do yourself a favor and dine somewhere else. Well it appears that the Chili's in Louisiana is as bad as those in Texas. We stopped for the night and my son ordered curbside pickup. We were told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Arriving on time he waited another 30 minutes and was told everything was bagged. Wrong. After returning to the motel we discover items missing like the soup part of soup and salad and other sides. How can food be cold when it is 30 minutes late? Is this how Chili's plans to make an economic recovery since they exposed everyone's credit card numbers years ago. When you pay for something and they don't give it to you, that's theft whether intentional or not. It has been several years since I have not left at least a 10% tip. Usually it's 20% or higher. Today however I was forced to do something I have only ever done twice before in my life. I left zero tip!!! After waiting 40 minutes and not receiving our food I asked the waitress to please check on our food. She came back a few minutes later and said it would be right up. Mind you we were one of the first tables seated during lunch (11:00 AM). My daughter ordered the enchiladas and I ordered the triple dipper, a fricken appetizer. I have been sitting there for 55 minutes by this time and need to get back to work so I tell her to just box it up, I'll take it to go. I hear her in the back yelling box up table 52 he doesn't have time to wait. So by now an hour has gone by and she finally brings my food to me. It's not boxed up as requested and she puts it on the table with a to go box.....really? You don't even have the common courtesy to box it up after you've made me wait an hour to get an appetizer. So here's the real topper. There are only 4 boneless wings on the plate and the fried pickles are just one big clump. They're not even separated out. It looks like they had all been just dipped in batter together and thrown in the deep fryer. There was one lone pickle but it was submerged in a cup of ranch dressing. The sad part is this was my daughters first time ever visiting a Chili's. I usually get good service as well. My daughter said she will never go to Chili's again. I will continue to visit the store in Lake Charles but I doubt I'll ever visit the Sulphur location again. Way to make an impression Chili's. read more

This is our local Chilis. Usually good but since virus and everything take out, I guess the managers think they can just be rude to people. I ordered online and drove to the location for pick up at the allotted time. Once there I called to check on my order status. I was informed on the phone from the parking lot that they item I ordered and payed for was not available. Since that is what I wanted I asked for a refund, because a person wants what they want. The manager Jonathan got snarky with me on the phone like I was inconveniencing him. He took my info then told me my refund would hit my account in 3-5 days. On day 5 of not getting my refund I call back and get the same manager, Jonathan. He lied and said it would be 7-10 business days and thats what he originally told me. When I called hime on it he got rude again as before and hung up on me. Idiots like Jonathan are what ruin places like Chilis. My advice, dont go until Jonathan is fired. UPDATE: It has now been 10 days since original incident and still no refund. Chilis/Brinker is a sorry business model. Will never go again. Poor business practices!!!!! read more

To start there was the 45 minute wait, when we were told 15 and there were a of open table. Which didn't really matter as we would have just sat there waiting at the table anyway.
