I don't give negative reviews. I've been in the service industry. But we arrived to nobody at the door to greet us. Finally someone walked up and finished her conversation and we were told 5-7 mins. There were 5 or so tables open and We waited and then 10 different people were sat before us. They weren't given any wait time. When asked when we could expect our table to be ready we were brushed off. 15 mins after arrival we left for a different location. Not saying all chilis are this way but this particular location needs some help in their management department. read more

Stopped quickly for late night meal after driving about 13 hours and the restaurant was super dirty , no hostess was at the front to sit us down we had to look for someone. my salad was horrible super soggy lettuce. it was just a very bad experience bad food bad service. read more

Absolutely hands down, one of my worst experiences at a Chili's. My server was Tiffany. I ordered off the lunch menu, bowl of chili and a half sandwich - California Club. I waited 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then another 10 minutes before I got my water and placed my order, I was getting ready to walk. My server was more interested in rolling up her windows of her vehicle before it rained and visiting with the patrons of the table next to me. I waited 10 minutes to get my bowl of chili and over 20 minutes to get my 1/2 of a sandwich. I NEVER got a refill of my water. Unreal. I heard about her last job that she was let go from her previous job as I was in ear shot range. Not surprised. Horrible service. I spent almost an hour at this restaurant when I planned on spending 30 minutes. Come on!!! read more

I was very disappointed with my trip here today. They didn't bring my salad until AFTER my entrée. The burgers were dry. This is only the second time I've been to this location. The waitress didn't seem to totally know her job duties. read more

If you want to get something to eat here, definitely avoid the light menu! Not a place for diet-ers... The more calories, the better the food, which is every diet-er's worst nightmare. The wait for a table was about 30 minutes which I didn't mind. The waitress was horrible and took forever to do anything. We had to ask for everything twice before we actually got it. By the time we finally got our food we sat for 15 minutes without anything to drink. The waitress was not visible the majority of the time we were there. I ordered burger bites which was a small regular burger cut into four pieces and I never got the ranch dip that was supposed to go with it. My 8 year old child also got the burger bite kids meal which was about 1/3 of a small burger cut in half. It was not even enough food for a toddler. read more

Ok so I eat at chili's more than I care to admit. My husband has been here working at the plant. We have attempted to eat at the sulphur location three times over the last 2 years. Twice in the month of July. We decided to do the curbside pickup today. After waiting for about 5 minutes and watching two other pickup orders come and go. I decided to walk in. Waited another several minutes for a very rude man to walk around the corner. I simply explained I was here to pickup a curbside order for Jessica. He immediately started saying I was late and no one new I was on location. I explained to him in detail the two that had left after I had gotten here. He still states I am Lying and cannot expect them to know I'm here if I am so late. I became angry at this point and told him regardless the service has been horrendous at this location. ZERO STARS!! -- wish we could rate negative. This was hands down the worst Chili's I have experienced and probably in the country. We had a large party so I called ahead as recommended. Once we arrived, no one was at the front. After approximately 5 minutes I went to look for someone. The hostess I found didn't know we were coming so went to get a manager. The manager explanation was she forgot to tell her. Fine, how long is the wait? 30 minutes....OK. While our party waited our side, me and a couple more husbands went to the bar to get drinks. Behind the bar were 2 employees working on the computer, apparently splitting checks by the sound of it. They looked up at us no less than 3 times and never acknowledged us. We were literally right in front of them! After almost 10 minutes of "watching" them, we were able to order. Recieved our drinks and went outside. After almost an hour, I went back to speak to the hostess (this was a 30 min wait). She told me that the area just needed to be cleaned. Myself and a few other guests literally helped bus and push tables together. FINALLY we sit. Here we go again...NO ONE COMES. We tried stopping staff walking by to no avail. Now one of our guests walk towards the back near the kitchen and is able to be followed back to the table by a staff member. She goes around taking drink, appetizer and even food orders(small children do finally hit a breaking point). 5 minutes nothing, 10 minutes nothing, almost 15 minutes later that guest again heads towards the kitchen area. Followed back by a different staff person who informs us he's here to get our drink order!!! What happened to the first person??? He says he doesn't know where she is and is just trying to get us drinks. Now we are extremely irritated and ask for a manager. A gentleman comes and says he's "Johnny". He tells us that the first server "lost" our order and can't remember so he assigned a new person to our party. At this point half of the table gets up to leave. We stay and allow the 3rd server to take our order. Guess what, WAIT, WAIT WAIT and nothing. The rest of the party gets up, we are all done! Upon leaving, we ask for "Johnny" to formally complain. He apologizes very condescendingly. Now my wife asks for the corporate number. "Johnny" writes down s number on a post it note and we leave. My wife calls the number as we drive off and it was a SEX LINE!!! Confused she tried again thinking maybe she dialed wrong. Again, SEX LINE! We return to sky for an explanation and are greeted by the last server we had. She informs us his name is not "Johnny" and the restaurant management is not going to do anything. She also says that the only way to have our voices heard would be to contact corporate as many guests complain about this location. Up walks "Johnny" and another "manager". We inform this new manager of the situation and let her know that "Johnny" gave out a SEX LINE number trying to pass off as corporates number. She of course says she wasn't aware of any issues and not sure about the number. We asked her if she didn't notice the party of 30 guests get up and leave?!? Her explanation; "well I saw something". This manager and "Johnny" are informed that this conversation is being recorded and immediately leave us. Severe minutes later that 3rd server returns to let us know that the management team will not be communicating with us any further and authorized her to give us a $10 gift card!!! Almost 2 hours of this abuse is worth $10 to Chili's! We declined their offer and left. Most horrific restaurant experience of my time. read more

We have ate dinner here 3 different times. Every time the service was horrible. This last time our waiter was trying his best he was working our tables and the other waitresses tables, that were to busy gossiping and playing on there phones. But the absolute worst part of the whole experience was when we walked in the hostess didnt say a word she was to busy on Facebook, twitter, plenty of fish who knows, my wife had to say something to get her attention. Then she acted like it was an inconvenience for her to put her phone down and sit us at a table ( and did I mention ever table that didn't have anyone sitting at it was filthy). Its really a shame, but we will no longer waste our money there and i strong advise everyone else to pick somewhere else to eat read more

The service was mediocre and the kitchen timing was non existent. If the kitchen is slow its one thing but don't take ten minutes to send out an appetizer salad the send out the entree two minutes later. I can't give it one star since the food was pretty good and I went in with tempered expectations. read more

Stopped in at 11 am as they were opening the doors. Ordered a burger for me and chicken strips for her. Not like it was a hard order. 35 minutes later they brought out the burger that had obviously been under the hot lamp for 15 minutes and the chicken strip plate that was swimming in a sea of ranch dressing that had been spilled, soaking the french fries and corn on the cob. While the bartender was nice and it was not her fault, the manager was more concerned talking about how "hot" the waitresses were instead of attending to a wholly inadequate kitchen staff. After the extraordinary long wait for the food and it's disgusting presentation, we just walked out. I will never go to a Chili's again if this is how they allow their businesses to operate. read more

I have eaten here twice in 2 months. The wait staff is HORRIBLE, salad was worse I have ever eaten, and it takes forever to get seated because they claim they don't have enough wait staff. I just tried calling 4 times to order by phone and let it ring for 12-15 times and guess what, right NO ANSWER. Again probably not enough wait staff. This is by far the worst Chili's I have been in and dealt with. Do people take pride in there work anymore? read more

My children and I went to eat here Saturday during the day hardly anyone was there so there was no excuse for the waitress who was terrible to have taken forever to even come get our drink orders then finally when we get our drinks the sweet tea was so disgusting it tasted old I asked for them to make some more and give me a water until then (needless to say I never received that sweet tea) when we finally got our food we waited an hour and a half for (No Joke) it was cold and my steak was hard couldn't pull it apart and they had no silverware because they said it had to be washed! So we waited 2hrs got nothing to eat our cold hard food with and had terrible service when I kept telling the waitress when she would actually come about all the things that were wrong she never once apologized so after 2 hours we finally left and my children that ate there cold food all got sick . They need all new people there and obviously new management because if they know how that place is being ran than shame on them! read more

1) I started off with a dirty seat (had chips & salt on it), 2) server was attentive but had another large party to attend to- she did a pretty good job taking our order, refilling drinks, & bringing our soup at the beginning & check at the end, 3) thankfully we both got soup because it took OVER 30 MINUTES for our entrees to be cooked & delivered! and the restaurant was NOT that busy at the time we were there (8pm on a Tuesday, only 2 of us). 4) After she seated us- the whole time we were there- I saw the hostess hanging out & texting on her phone by the back door near the register & I thought that was very strange. 5) In general: poor time management seems to be a trend at this particular location per my experiences here (~8 visits) and either the server or kitchen is very slow at every visit....it's got great food, but the service speed needs a kick in the pants!
