Ordered on the app to takeout. Was told 6:05 pick up and was still standing there at 6:35! When I took my food home, they gave me very limited fries on one of the burgers (10 total) and the crispy chicken sandwich was EXTRA CRISPY (almost burnt). However, other than than decent experience, I'd still go back again. Man in front desk was very friendly and apologetic. However, drinks were wrong. Overall, this was one of the best Chili's experiences I've had in a WHILE. The server had a phenomenal presence, was incredibly accommodating, and let us take our time without any rush. We came during lunch before church got out, so it was pretty quiet. However, it was still a great feel sitting by the window. Just be sure to sit away from the AC (It blows down on some tables pretty hard). The food was sooooo good. Of course, I love me some Chilis 24/7, but this was definitely a standout. We got two 3forMe meals. My dads QB burger was huge and perfect paired with some nicely seasoned fries. The potato soup did lack though. My moms chips and salsa were fresh and just what she needed (She basically made that her entree and saved her quesadilla for later). I ordered the Margarita Grilled Chicken because I was SO HUNGRY. And lemme tell you, it did its job. Presentation was beautiful and tasted just as good as it looked. I would add some more tortilla chips, either on the side or mixed in. Regardless, it was great! Called ahead of time to make a reservation and was directed to join the waitlist here on Yelp. My family and I waited in our car for 30 minutes. Once we were 2nd in line we headed on in, just to be told that we had to come in for it to count because of "Ai". I explained that I was directed to use Yelp waitlist to avoid waiting inside. They responded with "oh no yeah that must of been to go, and to go and host are two different things, not the same thing". Anyways in the three years since I have last stepped foot in here I have noticed a positive change in the place. Menu is different with more selections. Didn't see my go to breakfast burger but that didn't stop me from ordering the brisket bbq burger. Ordered it rare and was told because it's ground beef they have to cook it pink/well but bartender apparently went in back and the cooks made it a little more on the bloody side. We've been sitting here for well over an hour, starving, while the staff keeps feeding us the same tired excuse: "It'll be out in a few minutes." They've been saying that every few minutes for the past 60+ minutes like a broken record of disappointment. Yes, they apologized, but who cares? An apology doesn't magically put food in front of us. I've visited this location several times and each time I've sat at the bar. I have seen nastiest things from all employees at the bar/kitchen and the wait staff. Starting with the staff at the bar. The staff person took forever to take our order. Once we received our order she didn't even bother to check if our food was good or if we needed anything else. Besides this, the bar area was nasty and dirty. The fruit for the drinks was uncovered and the staff weren't using the proper utensils to handle it. The bar staff used the same rag she used to wipe down the bar to wipe drink glasses. At one point she dropped the rag on the floor and picked it right back up. She would wipe her hands on her pants. The kitchen staff weren't using gloves to handle the food. The wait staff were eating while coming out of the kitchen with customers food in their hands. The manager was in the back with the cooks and just swung around her sweater and put it on. No hairnets. The cooks with long beards and cooking. Just over all unsanitary and gross. Especially if you are not white or are with someone who's not white. If you want older women to stare at you for absolutely no reason while you sit at the bar this place is for you. I ordered DoorDash and the food was horrible. I ordered $65 work of food. I ordered the steak and shrimp fajita trio. My son and husband ordered the 10 ounce steak, baked potato and broccoli. This was really a waste of money. I know, with the Coronavirus floating, we still ordered to help the local restaurants. But sad part, my son has the virus, and this is the first time in two weeks he's been really feeling well and wanted steak. The flour tortilla was stale, I asked for corn on the cob and they sent sweet corn. They sent fries instead of baked potatoes and the broccoli wasn't fresh. I understand that things do occur, but if you don't have everything, just cancel the entire order. The steak wasn't even great. I just ordered two full size racks of ribs for curbside pick up. It was truly awful. I feel like I was served last night's trash. It was dried out and old, truly nasty tasting and cold. Think gray and that was the flavor. I really couldn't eat it. The loaded mashed potatoes were cold and the cheese was sprinkled on and completely unmelted and the bacon was dried and rubbery with no flavor. I would go back just for them! I had the 3 for $10 meal, comes w/ a drink, an "app" (mostly salads or soups), and a few select meals. My wife and I decided to use a gift card and give Chili's a try. We hadn't been in years so it was like going for the first time. We didn't have high or low hopes. Just hoping a decent bite. When we arrived, we were told we were going to wait. There were a ton of empty tables but it appears that the place was short staffed. After being seated, we were greeted by our server. I wish I remembered her name but she was very friendly and helped us make some menu decisions. She turned our drink order around quickly and put in our food order. Our server recommended a Stay-Cay margarita which my wife really enjoyed. She is not a drinker but found this to be very flavorful and delicious. I just had a lite beer which tasted like... lite beer. After a wait, our meals came out. We skipped the appetizers and just had entree's. I ordered a mushroom and swiss burger. There were plenty of mushrooms but the cheese wasn't really melted. Overall, it was just all right. The texture of the burger was kind of pebbly and a bit dry. While the mushrooms were good, the overall flavor was just so-so. Not bad but not good. The fries that came with it were ok too. My wife ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Salad with Chicken. She thought it was ok. The salad itself she enjoyed. She doesn't like raw onion but that didn't deter her from eating it. The "quesadilla" portion was a little weird though. It looked like a cracker with cheese melted on it. It was "ok" but not quite wha you expect a quesadilla to look like. She found the dressing to be lackluster. For the atmosphere, the bathrooms were dirty and some repairs were needed to stall doors and urinals. The place was dusty in places that could be easily seen. There were splatters of something on some of the colored glass signs they have separating dining areas. The floors were also a little sticky and grimy looking. It took a bit to get our server's attention to get the check. The payment kiosk on the table wasn't working and she had to find another. It appears that someone had put out the kiosks with no battery pack in them. For service, it was good. The server was great but over extended. The food was "ok". The cleanliness however left a lot to be desired. While we won't rule Chili's out in the future, we will probably not find our way back here for a while. read more

On my first night in Holyoke, MA, we decided on Chili's. It was about 8pm at night and had to wait 5 minutes for a table. The people who work here are friendly and answered my questions with a smile. Our section was busy, so it took our server about 5 minutes to come by and take our drink orders. I asked a question about their 2 for $20 deal. After our server came back with our drinks, we ordered. We decided to share a house salad ($3.99) with citrus balsamic dressing and a full rack of baby back ribs ($17.99) original style (three styles available) with two sides (we ordered corn and french fries). Our food came out fairly quickly (salad first) and everything was great. Our server came back several times to make sure our food tasted good and to see if we needed anything else. Thanks Chili's.
