If you create an account and sign up online, you are sent an autogenerated email saying your appt is not confirmed until you hear from a staff member which I never did. I took the chance and showed up for my requested unconfirmed appt and luckily it was our correct appt time. All this being said, I stayed for my babies appt and I could tell that was awkward for them but if you don't answer the phone I'm not leaving my pet with you ever. They were kind to me regardless. Our groomer did an amazing job and they really do take the time to make your baby a priority. I think hiring a secretary full time would really make a difference in the reviews. One needed to be shaved, the other just needed a bath. Kimberlee and her husband worked on my dogs and I was very pleased. The dog that needed to be shaved needed a few touch ups that I noticed when I arrived to pick them up, but that was NO issue and when I was being too picky, Kim even let me just use the trimmer myself. There were a few spots on the belly that were missed, but it was fine hair, so I wasn't overly worried. I was most pleased at getting the other dog bathed because she also did something to him that almost stopped his shedding! I don't know what magic it was, but it is amazing! She also cut down his nails more at my request. She only accepted cash, which wasn't a huge ordeal, but I did have to walk across the parking lot to the Sunoco to get cash. For a complete shave and baths for both pups, nails trimmed, and whatever else she includes, it was only $60, which was what I paid for a shave only at a place in Goose Creek.
