They put to rest any fears we had because they expertly cut his hair and he looks wonderful and we don't have any scratches from long nails. They even called us during the trim to explain why they cut him lower because of some matting and we really appreciate the transparency so everyone stays comfy and in the know. When I went to pick it up, it still had some of her food in it. They weren't sure why and apologized. Then I recently boarded her again and once again not all of her food was given to her. When I spoke to the general manager, she gave me all kinds of excuses (none of which made any sense). At NO POINT in the conversation was there one apology. It was one of the worst experiences I've had and would never recommend leaving your dog at this facility. I was appalled at the lack of professionalism she provided.
