However, nothing we've organized this far holds a candle to the laser tag party we threw recently, thanks to Laser Tag Source. Laser Tag Source makes it so easy: go online, choose your package, select the amount of gear you need, input the date of your party, and check out. The shipment arrives a couple of days prior to your party, which gives you some time to test out the gear to make sure it works (though operation was surprisingly simple). We chose the Ubisoft battle tag package, which included the laser guns, vests, laptop with software to keep score, and ample batteries. We made our own bunkers our of old cardboard boxes, but you can rent inflatable bunkers from them as well. Pick your teams, strap on your vests, set the game to start on the computer - and that's it, your ready to play! The kids had an absolute blast, and since there was no time limit and/or no other people waiting in line after us to play, the kids were able to spend hours playing laser tag. They have a pretty decent range - the kids were running all around the front and back yard, and they never stepped out of range. The gear was all in good working condition - not one technical difficulty occurred, which I thought was amazing. And when we were done, we simply removed the batteries, re-packed everything into the box, stuck on the provided return label, and took it to the UPS station. Easy peasy. Reasonably priced, too. Best of all, our kids raved about it for days. I heard a few kids telling their parents that they wanted to have laser tag parties for their birthday. I could easily see renting these for a grown up party, too (team building activity for work, perhaps?). Highly recommend!

When I called to get the tracking number for my shipment - they told me that the payment from my organization didn't come through, and therefore did not mail my shipment. While I understand their policy to not mail the equipment, they did not call me to alert me of the problem (which could have been easily solved). So less than 24 hours, I had an event planned with no equipment. Instead of fixing the problem, they wanted to charge me overnight shipping for an additional $1200. I was desperate for their equipment, but not THAT desperate. I ended up finding a local company who rented and delivered the equipment for half the cost.

When we opened the door we were pleasantly surprised - the arcade area was very modern and all of the games worked as they should (often not the case with arcades). We started with my grandson riding the go-kart for his age. He loved it. Then we did a ride with me driving and him next to me and that was fun as well - the karts were all in good shape. After playing in the arcade and getting a lot of 'tickets' he cashed in on a bunch of times. After that, we played laser tag. It was a legit laser tag place. We wondered how this building could possibly have a legit laser tag facility in it but it's actually upstairs on the whole floor. The laser equipment all was in good repair and worked as it should. We had a great time. The staff were all very friendly and also patient as my grandson pondered all of his choices with the 'tickets' he won. They apparently do birthday parties as well. We had to wait about 30 minutes to go-kart because it was prime time on a Saturday afternoon, but the time spent on the track for the cost (only $7) felt worth it. The employees were way more patient, attentive, and kind than I usually see at kids' amusement places, and I appreciated that they gave my daughter a chance to try the junior kart before moving her to the kiddie cart when she couldn't quite grasp it. A+ customer service, and we will visit again!

The center was clean and it wasn't too loud like other centers I've been to in the past. They offer Monday specials and other special events. Good music. Affordable skate rental and laser tag, arcade and play zone equipment for younger children. The snack bar is affordable. We will definitely be back for the next homeschool skate and are so grateful they are willing to sponsor such a great event for homeschooled children in the valley.

The only reason I gave this four stars is because one time I went me and my friends waited for so long in the Go-Kart line that most of them had to leave before we even got to go, and the mini-golf lawn looks kind of torn up. Very dangerous, I wouldn't want to skate there.
