We were almost charged $170 again for the service despite my mom insisting that we had already paid. The receptionist found that we did have a gift card and were good to go and even then was not super apologetic. The float experience was wonderful! However, my mom did find chunks of dirt or something else in her tub, although mine was perfectly clean. I showered directly after the float but am still finding salt in my ears, which still has water in it and has become painful. Overall the experience was slightly tainted by the service and the irritation afterward.
