Today I went to the ER. My experience was perfect and that's saying alot. Everyone I encountered was kind and courteous. I hardly waited and I even wound up having surgery. I thought I had a cyst that infected, but it turns out it was a hernia. I arrived at 9 am and was out with a surgery by 4pm. That's nothing short of miraculous. The doctors do not treat the symptoms of the patient. I went in for severe vomiting & diarrheal from the rotavirus. The doctor sent me home within two hours and said he couldn't keep me even though I couldn't keep anything down. I also had a previous experience with severe shortness of breath, and because they couldn't find anything they I was climbing over extension cords in the hallway and ended up collapsing by the ambulance area because I couldn't breathe. I went to Hackensack from there where they kept me for a week. The only thing Chilton is good for is to give you a Band-Aid. read more

The nurses n doctors provided quality care at Chilton. However , one of the managers of admissions her name is Kelly was a big nasty bully!! She violated Hippa laws by discussing very loudly in the hallway of the floor , she was carrying on n on about my personal business to the nurses the entire floor heard her. I had other patients who heard her loud n clear all the way down the hall come to my room n ask if I was ok n what is wrong with Kelly!! So it's not me embellishing. I called the state she violated Hippa Laws by discussing my personal issues for a very long time. N loudly so everyone can hear. I also heard her tell the nurses to answer my call bell last!! Also according to the State Department also completely against the law. I'm so sick I'm in the hospital sick as a dog, n she is verbally abused me so badly I had to leave Chilton n go to a different hospital solely bc of her abuse, violated my privacy n Hippa laws etc as explained above. I have reported her to the state n they have opened an investigation n told me they will be coming in for an inspection n have opened up an investigation on her. Kelly in admissions, bully , nasty n thinks state laws do not apply to her!! Let's just say the piper is on his way now n she will pay!!! read more

ER visit. Quickly took me in for my vitals. Nurses were very nice, friendly. Saw a doctor within a 1/2 hour. Tests were done quickly (CT scan and bloodwork) and I was released within 1/2 hour of completing the testing. I had a good experience and would come back to this hospital in the future. read more

I had the most amazing first birth experience--even with it being a C-section. From intake to bedside care to discharge, everything was incredibly smooth. I genuinely felt like I was the only patient there. Dr. Sbar, who performed the surgery, was fantastic--she kept me informed every step of the way. Dr. Milanesi, the anesthesiologist, was also excellent. My nurses, Andria and Tania, were so kind and reassuring, especially as I came in with contractions. Chrisann, my midwife, was phenomenal too. They all worked so synergistically--it felt like a team completely in sync. Taking something that can be scary for a patient and making it feel calm and comforting? That's a real skill. Even in the OR, the energy was light, organized, and professional--like a well-oiled machine. They respected all my preferences--when I shared I was petrified of the catheter, they said, "No problem, we won't even mention that word!" In recovery, I had more incredible nurses. I was especially thrilled to see Olivia, who had cared for me during my ECV just a week prior. It felt like extra special care having that familiar face. Shoutouts to: * Priscilla and Jess - Jess helped my baby latch pain-free and gently, and I was lucky to see her twice. * Nino K. - She had amazing bedside manner and was incredibly attentive. Talking with her was so easy (she's a fellow boy mom too!). * BethAnn - We remembered her from a baby care class months ago, and she was just as wonderful and helpful on the floor. * Shannon - She gave our birth tour months back and even remembered all my husband's questions! Every nurse was so knowledgeable--they really set the bar high. Not just with clinical care, but with breastfeeding support, communication, and compassion. But it wasn't just the medical staff who made the experience amazing--every single person on that floor made a difference. The team that brought in meals, took our food orders, and handled cleaning were so kind and thoughtful. They always greeted us with a warm "Good morning!" or "Can I get you anything?" You could tell they truly loved what they did, and it showed in the care they brought to even the smallest tasks. Everyone went the extra mile. Any time I pressed the call button, someone was in my room within 15-30 seconds--always with a welcoming attitude. That responsiveness and warmth made me feel incredibly cared for. And even as I prepared to leave, I felt set up for success. From discharge instructions to feeding help, to feeling emotionally ready, the support was still there every step of the way. Choosing Chilton was the best decision I made for my birth. When each nurse's shift ended, I was actually sad to see them go. I'd ask them to say goodbye before they left--it truly felt like I built a bond with each of them. I've been singing praises about this experience to everyone. It was everything I hoped for and more. And honestly? For my next birth, I would choose to have a C-section again just to be able to come back to Chilton. I genuinely hope I get to see all these incredible nurses--and staff--again. I cannot believe I'm writing this while still sitting in the ER--that's how upset I am with my experience here. Chilton ER may be the closest and most convenient hospital to my home, but after today, I will do everything in my power to NEVER return. I would rather make the much longer drive to Morristown for better care. First, the woman who checked me in at the front desk was snarky and completely lacking in warmth or kindness. Regardless of whether patients are here for emergencies or non-emergencies, they're here because they're concerned about their health and deserve to be treated with respect. I came to the ER for severe vomiting and abdominal pain. I encountered dismissive and interruptive behavior from the nurses at the desk. When I called the button to simply ask for water, more than twice I was repeatedly interrupted and not even allowed to finish my sentence. It was as though they assumed what I was going to say before I could get the words out. This was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. I just wanted to be heard. As somebody who also works in the medical field, I would never interrupt a patient while they're talking or expressing concerns. When they came to administer medication and place my IV, they left and didn't check on me for 2.5 hours, even way after my IV ran out. During this time, I was waiting for the doctor to review my CT scan and was extremely nauseous, weak and still had no answers, and like I said, I simply just wanted to ask if I could have water since I wasn't able to eat or drink anything for hours. Thats all. While I understand that the ER has to prioritize more urgent patients, the lack of basic communication from the nurses was inexcusable and disgusting. The doctor and the RN who eventually tended to me were fine, but only after I expressed my frustrations about being dismissed. I guess they aren't used to people standing up for themselves based on their reactions. This is not the first time I've given Chilton ER another chance, and every time, I am left deeply disappointed. You need to do better. Treat your patients with respect and compassion, no matter how busy you are. Imagine if that was your mother or father or a loved one being treated like that. People come to the ER seeking help during vulnerable moments. The lack of basic kindness and attention today was unacceptable and DESPICABLE . ***Shoutout to all of the expecting mothers: this is a review for the maternity dept at Chilton. While every woman experiences a different delivery I want to offer up some misc info about Chilton so you can be better prepared for your time there.*** First of all -- I definitely recommend taking the tour before you deliver.. reading my words may help a bit but seeing the actual room and walking through the hospital will be so valuable. At least for me - it put me at ease a bit knowing exactly what the rooms looked like, meeting some of the nurses and seeing where we'd park on the day we arrived. Speaking of parking -- it's free and there's plenty of it! We visited the hospital 3x leading up to delivery and each time was able to find a parking spot no problem. On delivery day tho there are designated spots up front for partners to park... and then they'd just repark in the actual parking lot once you've moved to recovery. When it comes to labor/delivery -- rooms are not bad at all! No windows in these rooms but hopefully you're only in this room for a short time. Our room was all set up when we arrived with all the machines/monitors, warming bed for our little one, comfy chair for my Hubs. There was even a armoire for storing my bag (so it was out of the way..). Once things started moving along I could not have asked for a better team of nurses! I lost track as to how many were in the room during delivery but I had ladies on either side of me telling me "you got this Momma." Both my Hubs and I remarked afterwards how on point the whole team was. Everyone seemed to have a specific role - whether they were taking care of me or taking care of the baby -- and they spoke constantly to each other which was very reassuring to hear. Once it's time to move to recovery -- rooms are [imo] oversized and very nice. I spent 2.5 days at Chilton after having my son and I was *very* comfortable with my surroundings. Our room had a large window, cabinet for storing my bag/coat/etc, a pull out sofa (twin size) for my Hubs, a rocking/glider chair, small table w/ chairs, and a wall mounted TV (with way more channels than I was expecting). And maybe the best part: rooms are single occupant! No roommate! (If you've delivered in a large city, ie. NYC, then you've probably experienced sharing a recovery room. Having a room to myself during recover was a dream!) The bathroom was also very nice, spacious, and clean. Cannot thank the team of nurses at Chilton the week I delivered enough -- I really don't think I could have dreamt up a nicer team of nurses if I tried for both delivery or recovery. Each lady that came into my room (they change shifts every 12hours) was nicer than the last. And again there was a team of nurses dedicated to my care and another set for my son which was amazing. I felt very very taken care of! And truly -- every nurse we met was soooo nice. More than once had I heard that the majority of nurses were mothers themselves which just put me even more at ease b/c they 'get it.' Someone was always popping in to check on me, making sure I was feeling OK and refilling my water, etc Ok and then the food -- it's not the best you'll ever have, but it's not terrible at all. There's a decent sized menu that you can order from for all three meals of the day and really there didn't seem to be a limit on how much you could order... after delivery I wasn't sure what I was even in the mood for so I ordered a ton of things to try and the cafe staff delivered everything I had requested. I'd recommend staying away from the pasta -- it was too mushy for my taste. And the bacon was not good, at all. But surprisingly the sandwiches/wraps were decent -- chicken ceasar wrap for the win! I also recommend the milkshake if they offer it to you... cute little milkshake delivered mid-afternoon was everything that first day in recovery. And the cookies are low-key delish. After initially trying them I made a point to ask for *multiples* at each meal for remainder of my time. :-P For the babe Chilton uses Enfamil formula as a supplement (at the time of this review!). Good to know ahead of time in case you want to have a little bit at home once you return. I was able to take home a handful of the readymade bottles thanks to one of the nurses, which was very handy for those first couple of days at home. Compared to my first experience (in a different hospital/city) Chilton was a dream and I am sooooo glad my OB office works out of Chilton. Couldn't have had a better experience in welcoming my new babe into the world. read more

Absolutely Disgusting Experience - I Would Never Return to Chilton Hospital My visit to Chilton Hospital was one of the most appalling and frustrating healthcare experiences I have ever had. From start to finish, I was treated with a complete lack of compassion, care, or professionalism. I arrived at the ER around 11:00 AM and was placed in an absolutely freezing room. I complained several times to staff, asking if something could be done about the temperature. I was told that this was "the coldest room" and that they would try to adjust the thermostat. No one ever did. I repeatedly asked for socks to warm my feet again, no one ever brought me any despite asking multiple staff members over and over again. When I first arrived, I asked for a glass of water and was told I couldn't have anything to eat or drink. I was kept there for hours, with no IV fluids started until well after 2:00 PM. It took three different nurses and five failed attempts to start the IV...leaving my arms sore, bruised, and swollen. One tech even told me it wasn't working and wanted to redo the IV, only for another tech to come and say it was fine. That alone made me feel like no one had a clear idea what was happening with my care. To make matters worse, I was only given one bag of IV fluids the entire time I was there, and it was stopped at 3:24 PM without even finishing. The bag was still halfway full. By the time my husband returned to the hospital at 8:00 PM, I was still feeling dehydrated and weak. After a CAT scan, the doctor finally came in the room probably two hours later and told me I had inflammation in my stomach, which was likely causing my nausea and vomiting. She said she would send me home with medication and antibiotic and anti-nausea meds that dissolve under the tongue. I gave my pharmacy information (Walgreens in West Milford) three times. Before discharge, my husband confirmed with the nurse that meds were being called in. The nurse said she hadn't seen the order but would follow up. After yet another long wait, she came back and told us the doctor was calling in the prescriptions. We left trusting that everything was taken care of. The next morning, we called the pharmacy nothing had been called in. My husband contacted the hospital, and they denied ever saying I would be discharged with medication. I was left in the same miserable condition I came in with dehydrated, nauseous, and in pain and now told to wait nearly a week to see my primary doctor and follow up with GI on my own. In summary: * I was ignored when I said I was freezing * I was denied even a sip of water or an ice chip even after the CT-scan was completed * I was stuck multiple times unnecessarily leaving both arms blue and black sore and swollen. * I was misled about receiving medication upon discharge * My condition was not treated or improved in any meaningful way This was a horrifying, humiliating experience. I left Chilton Hospital feeling worse than when I arrived. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone and will never return. "- A deeply disappointed patient" read more

I had the experience of being a patient and had a rough start , and I was deeply upset about the experience that occurred. Once this problem was reviewed and the administration on the third floor, they got these situations and heard what I was saying and I have to say, they were in touch with these departments and I got alot of positive results and more forth coming. on 8/6/25 I was admitted to Chilton Hospital for same day surgery and from the moment I entered the front door until I was wheeled out to the car, I received nothing less than top notch support and service. I was 1st greeted by a senior volunteer who sat across from the reception desk who then signed me in. From that point on I was taken to have blood work done, then to the surgery area, to surgery, 1st recovery, 2nd recovery, and out to my car. EVERY step of the way I was greeted with comforting words, kindness and patience, from every single person I came in contact with, which was genuine, and greatly appreciated. read more

Do not ever send your loved ones here. First, the nurses are rude have absolutely no experience in compassion or taking a simple vital sign! She couldn't even do a simple blood pressure. This is how bad it is that a nurse had no idea how to spell Tylenol or remove an NG Tube! The head nurse is equally unprofessional...she should save the gossip so other patients can rest and not hear her gossiping about the morning nurses. You will not get a qualified or skilled nurse to help you. I complained to the medical director of how they were unskilled nurses and he just didn't even care. All he did was yell and never listened. Honestly, I'm not sure if these nurses are even ready to work in a fast paced environment. Take your loved ones to Morristown Hospital. We transferred my father there and what a huge difference. They are more qualified doctors and nurses there. They have more specialists who are willing to help navigate and take the best approach for their health. read more

I recently had a nightmarish experience at Chilton Hospital. My mom who is 102 was taken to emergency and put on a bed with no pillow and no sheet to cover the vinyl on the bed. I requested a pillow and an hour later there wasn't one. I requested again and was told they are out of pillows. Then two nurses proceeded to draw blood and had difficulty finding a vein, so they kept poking, and poking, and poking. They used my mom like a pin cushion and did not have any sympathy. I think they need to learn bed-side manner. My mom who never complains, with tears in her eyes said to the nurses, I think you're doing this just to make me mad. It was a horrible experience for my mom and myself. I hope I never have to set foot in Chilton Hospital ever again! read more

I had a hospital visit for a sickness to get tested. I had waited in the waiting room to get checked by health care professionals to get diagnosed but instead of being immediately diagnosed I had to wait exactly almost 5 hours from 2 pm to 8 pm. I went to Chilton on the weekend, I can't swallow, it's like burning sensation and it goes to my right ear.I can not drink or eat anything. I had this April 9th! I am weak and lost so much weight. Can't swallow pills or any other medicine.. My doctor checked me 3 times , just antibiotics. Which it didn't work. I never been this scared of my life. Anyway I waited 4 hrs with 5 people ahead of me. They were on their phones laughing. My voice is not perfect, it really burns. The nurse that's checks your Temp, blood pressure said too knock on the windows if I get worse and women beh8nd the desk said , sit back down, you will be called. I keep getting calls from 973-831-5000 ( which is the Radiology Department at Chilton) from a barely English speaking person to try to get me to have genetic testing done, they say it was approved by Dr. ****** who is a doctor I haven't seen in 3 years and is not affiliated with Atlantic Health. When I say I'm not interested and hang up, they continue to call several times and when I don't answer, they continue to call from St. Claire's Hospital or St. Mary's Hospital. These calls are very persistent and annoying. read more

12/9/24 around 6pm 62 year old patient was brought to Chilton Memorial Hospital emergency room for severe pneumonia including very limited breathing. The patient is widowed and their only family member is experiencing a high risk pregnancy thus was not able to be a support or advocate during this unnecessarily despicable experience created primarily by a nurse who should have their license stripped due to negligence and patient abuse. After 3 hours of waiting in the ER, Patient received IV hydration and antibiotics. At some point during the night of 12/9/24-12/10/24 patient's antibiotic drip clogged and IV site became very painful, possibly infected. Patient asked attending young blonde Caucasian emergency room nurse for assistance. Patient was very weak and could not see nurses name for identification. This young blonde Caucasian emergency room nurse refused to share her name. This nurse stated "I'll get there when I get there." Patient could visibly see this young blonde abusive Caucasian emergency room nurse sitting behind glass on computer. Patient overheard this same young blonde abusive Caucasian emergency room nurse speaking about personal weekend plans which were not work related with other staff instead of attending to emergency room patients in dire need of medical care. Young blonde abusive Caucasian emergency room nurse left patient in visible pain and possible infection due to hospital's poor IV insertion which caused the antibiotic IV to bend and clog, preventing the patient from receiving this necessary treatment. Transport came to bring Patient for CT Scan. Transport asked this young blonde abusive Caucasian emergency room nurse to fix IV for transport. This nurse told transport "No.". Transport acknowledged to Patient "I don't know what this nurse's problem is." Transport fixed IV in their limited capacity as they are not nurses and brought patient to CT scan. CT tech acknowledged IV was bent and clogged and attempted to fix in their capacity and acknowledged the young blonde abusive Caucasian emergency room nurse should replace the IV and clean the wound as it was painful, bent, and clogged the majority of the night due to lack of nurse's remedy or medical intervention despite Patient's multiple requests. Patient was transported back from CT scan and was standing in room while waiting for nurse to remedy bent, clogged IV with no antibiotic flowing. Patient went to their doorway and asked young blonde abusive Caucasian emergency room nurse if they would be coming to fix IV. Nurse stated: "get in your bed or I'm not coming". Patient stated they are just waiting for bent, clogged, possibly infected IV to be remedied and was not speaking rudely. Young blonde abusive Caucasian emergency room nurse then stated: "if you don't get in your bed, I'm calling security." The physician did not indicate bed rest was necessary so there was no medical reason for this nurse's demand. The young blonde Caucasian emergency room nurse wanted to shame, control, and abuse the patient and neglected their medical duty as an emergency room nurse. Patient then gathered personal items and went to emergency room front desk and reported young blonde abusive Caucasian emergency room nurse's unprofessional behavior, unnecessary threats to call security for patient simply standing in their room, and hours of patient negligence and asked for emergency room's front desk nurse for assistance. Two EMTs witnessed and verbally acknowledged this patient's medical need for assistance asap to the front desk nurse while patient waited at front desk. Front desk ER nurse then provided assistance. While front desk ER nurse attempted to fix bent, clogged, potentially infected IV site, Patient received a phone call from Chilton Memorial Hospital Security stating: "you need to return to the hospital and return the hospital IV equipment." Patient was confused and stated they are in the ER and the front desk emergency room nurse is working on their IV. Security asked to speak with nurse who was assisting the patient who then took the Patient's phone and explained to security that the young blonde abusive Caucasian emergency room nurse had lied and falsely reported to security when she stated patient left against medical advice and stole Hospital property, all of which were obvious lies as the front desk emergency room nurse was literally tending to the patient when Chilton Memorial Hospital security called the patient's cell phone. This young blonde abusive Caucasian emergency room nurse needs to be investigated for patient neglect and abuse and should have her license taken away with the potential for this to rise to criminal neglect. This nurse's level of disdain and negligence for human patients who are in need of emergency care at a hospital emergency room is criminal. Took great care of my son when he was admitted to the ER. He was immediately seen and given a room with an upper respiratory issue. The only negatives was they rushed in to take our $100 copay before he was even provided treatment (while he was wheezing and had a fever) and the doctors could have spent more time with him. There was times during our stay where I thought the doctors could have came in and checked on him more. The nurses were amazing. read more

HORRIBLE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT!!!! I don't care how busy the dept was but common human decency should NEVER be ignored. 96 year old bleeding head wound cast aside! Wanted to send her back to the horrible JDC Villa's and not admit her. Refused to accept her secondary insurance, would not give names, displayed very annoyed behavior when we asked questions, she re-broke her shoulder and they delayed treatment, RUDE to worried family members. Will take 45 days to straighten out her insurance - maybe longer, could not reach staff nor higher ups for answers. They actually talked to an executive and then said that person was not there, they discussed mom's case in the hallway - where I could hear - PRIVACY???? And the worst...had her son, a non medical person, hold her head while she bled on the floor and up his arm while they stitched her...no gloves! I could go on. Cardiac Rehab Nurses does not know how to be respectful or give effective patient/family education, period. They are condescending and so rude you will be asked as to where you work or what kind of work you do "What kind of nurse are you and where do you work?" I have been practicing nursing {professional registered nurse} for over 30 years, I was shocked to have been treated this way and disrespected. HORRIBLE. GO ELSE WHERE. It's owned or operated (not sure) by Atlantic Health Systems (search the amount of lawsuits they have lost including by the Federal Government). AHS or AMG (Atlantic Medical Group, one of several DBA's) also manages Wedgewood Primary Care which is nearby and where Doctors like Crabtree have privileges there (see my review on them....they don't believe in HIPAA I think....) This hospital has a complete lack of concern, their emergency department is more like a urgent care walk in clinic and the security thinks just because they have some letters after their name (it's an easy weekend class to take to get it) that they are some buff hot shots. If you say so Paul Blart. They also hate when you don't praise them and send legal letters trying to scare people. A lot of their "rep" is all PR. I see right through it. I got spontaneous pneumothorax and was rushed to the ER from urgent care. I was there for 3 days, 2 nights. The nurses were excellent, all of them were so friendly and made this experience very bearable for me (I was so happy every time I saw them). The procedure obviously wasn't fun, but all of the doctors around me were there to support me and help me feel better. I'm very impressed and grateful for the care Chilton gave me during this scary experience! read more

Zero stars. Chilton is a hit or miss which is sad to say the least. When they get it right they save a life but when they get it wrong, they're downright cruel and neglectful to patients. Someone on the nursing staff didn't know there was a dr and family of the roommate to the patient she was berating. The dr stopped mid sentence as she spoke to us about my relative's care to listen to that nurse making the kind elderly man feel horrible while he lay helpless in bed. I've been neglected as an ER patient myself to the point I had to physically put my injured and very swollen finger directly in the dr's face for him to realize it was sprained and needed splinting not just some bandaids for the abrasions. He never looked at me, only my X-ray and STILL didn't look at my face as he was reading the notes and telling me that I could leave. I had to firmly say LOOK AT MY FINGER! He did apologize and say there was no excuse and immediately got flustered and rushed me to another area with the right supplies to fix me up but honestly that was completely unacceptable. Don't risk going here. Insist on going to Morristown. They are far superior and give kind, compassionate, and highly skilled care! read more

The medical staff was wonderful and the hospital immaculate! I brought my son in who was passing a kidney stone.. they took him in quickly and gave him some medication to help with the pain and passing of the stone.. it was an excellent experience. He was also admitted into the hospital overnight to make sure the stone passed. The nurses taking care of him were kind and attentive. read more

This review is for the Pain Management department. Everything from the scheduling of appointments to the check in process, right on through to the procedures were top notch, very professional, efficient and smooth. The team is well trained and the process is efficient. No waiting to be checked in or treated. I felt very comfortable with the staff and Doctor Uzodinma. They took the time to listen and understand my pain and how to treat it. They explained everything well and addressed all my concerns and gave me all my options. They handled the insurance company and all their requirements. First we tried medication and steroid injections but it did not give me any relief. Next were two nerve blocks to see if a possible nerve ablation would help. Both were successful and I just had my second procedure. Will find out soon if it will help. I appreciated their level of thoroughness and completeness. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needed their services. read more

Nothing but positive experiences here. It was the award winning stroke center that treated my mother and saved her life. Spouse had surgery here, received outstanding care by surgeon and nursing staff. One of my children treated for dehydration from an illness; after arriving at the ER, seen quickly and treated respectfully. My recent trip there for a procedure: admitted quickly, short wait, staff was kind, compassionate and calming. This is an excellent community hospital, in our humble opinion. read more

Go somewhere for emergency care if at all possible. I received a copy of my report from the Emergency Department and it sounded like the PA Kimberly Tankasali (never even saw a doctor!) was describing someone else. My height was off by 2", my weight was off by more than 50 pounds, and the injuries described didn't match what I'd endured. When I submitted a written request to have my medical records corrected, I was told no, that the PA said she was right. I mean, cool--I have a driver's license with my height on it and x-rays and MRIs that show my injuries, but yeah. No need for accuracy, I suppose. I'll be avoiding Atlantic Health System as a whole since they refuse to correct my records. read more

If I could give no stars I would! There was empty rooms lined up and they sat my husband in a bed in a random hallway telling him "this is your room" while rolling their eyes. He was a faint risk patient & was treated as nothing was wrong with him. I had to help him move around & hold him up to walk to this "room" as the triage working man ran down the hallway aggravated that we couldn't keep up with him. My husband is twice my size! He needed a wheel chair & there was plenty available! We waited for 2 hours & was never even spoken to! I ended up driving him to Valley hospital where he got the medical assistance he so much needed! read more

I have been sitting in the waiting room for over 2 hours. People who got here after I did got seen first. This emergency does not care. A nurse told me people wait close to 6 hours. Why is this something you pride yourself on? Many people sick and injured walked out after hearing that people have been waiting 2-3 hours. A nurse came out and was talking to friend in the waiting room for 25-30 minutes. Don't you have patients to help? I was seen in the pediatric ER and was very happy with the way they took care of my child. Dr. Devadan explained to me and diagnosed my child and made a fearful situation into a calming experience. His bedside manner was excellent. I would definitely bring my child back again! read more
