However, I have a complicated health history. The radiologists have gotten several reports incomplete and when I call to have the report addended, I can't speak to the radiologist, only a doctor can which further delays the report as I have to get in touch with my Dr to call and speak to the radiologist and delays treatment, or sends me down a rabbit hole to doctors that is unnecessary if the film was read properly. I tried getting in touch with management but am ignored. This happened at least 3 times and now I wonder if past tests were read properly. Thank God my doctors look at the films but some use the reports which omit pertinent information.

My insurance company paid them in full, as per their contracted price, less my deductible, in Sept 2025. Princeton Radiology continued to bill me the full retail price for the services and denied they recieved payment or would they recognize the contracted price. In Feb of 2026, my insurance company notified both of us, of the contract price and payment dates. After numerous phone calls to Princeton, they sent me my portion of the bill in March 2026. I paid this bill in full in march 2026. As of today, I continue to recieve billing invoices (every two weeks) to pay this bill. The office and staff are very professional. The billing dept arm of this company, acts in a sleazy manner. Beware of their misleading practices.

When she explained that she doesn't speak Spanish, the receptionist asked her to wait while she prints the English forms. The MRIs requested were one standard and one with contrast. The technician could not locate an artery to inject contrast. He asked the radiologist to help but he appeared to a have a visual imparement and was unless for the task. They were only able to complete the standard MRI and I will have to go elsewhere for contrast. Lost confidence in this location.

Told to be there at 8am (last 2 times I got there at 6:30am) and I waited in waiting room until 845 before being taken into prep room. Another 45 minutes to start IV and do paperwork. Then I laid waiting in the bed until 945 . They took me in for the epidural injections which took about 25 minutes, 15 minutes in recovery dressed and out door. So 3 hours for something that takes about 1 hour total time. But the place is very clean with a friendly staff.

The front office was extremely crowded and hot, and I had to stand for approximately 30 minutes before I was able to check in. It appeared that there was not enough staff available to handle the volume of patients. While waiting, I witnessed several other patients expressing frustration about the long wait as well. On a positive note, Sharon, the mammography technician, was professional, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. She is truly an asset to this imaging center and deserves recognition for her excellent patient care.

There's 4 chairs and 6 people waiting. Why if you check-in online do you have to arrive 15 minutes early in order check-in again? On a more positive note - the technician both times was amazing. I used to come here back when it was Montclair Radiology and the location is super convenient for me, but this is the last time I'll be coming here after repeated poor experiences. First, online scheduling. I must have uploaded my information 6 times -- they keep asking you to upload your personal documents repeatedly. Arrived there 15 mins ahead of appointment time as requested. Had to register once, they took my personal identification from me, then got called to a desk and STILL had to fill out additional paperwork. No one communicates with you about what's happening -- other patients waiting explained to me, oh, they're taking your ID and then you'll be called up to the desk. Waited 45 mins. after my appointment, so total of an hour from their requested arrival time. This was an appointment early in the morning too. The waiting room was already full of people with few seats by time I was called. Routine mammogram, was fine for what it was. In and out in 10 minutes. The whole process of making you wait foreever, making you give documents repeatedly, and poor communication throughout makes you feel like livestock, not a human. Nevermind them charging you extra for AI-aided exams. It's a personnel savings for them, but because insurance companies don't cover AI exam reading yet, they pass along the cost to the customer. Poor move and no, did not opt for this. Told me results would be posted to my portal in 24-48 hours. Going on day 5 here and no results yet. Tried calling and you cannot reach a human. They make you leave a message to get a call back. Records aren't reflected on my doctor's portal either so I have no way to learn about my results. Lovely way to add stress to my week. I live so close to this location, in fact, that I know they are not good neighbors to the people who live in surrounding properties in a residential neighborhood. Their employees have nowhere to park so they park too close to driveways which creates blindspots pulling into traffic. They extended their hours much later than the former owners and there are delivery trucks, landscaping, snow removal people who literally show up with loud trucks in the middle of the night. Have had several similar experiences in the past with waits, not being able to reach anyone over the phone, etc. Continued to come for the convenience of the location, but never, ever, ever again will I return.
