We were seated immediately, though it was 12:20 on a Saturday and they had just opened, so there weren't many people in the place. We ordered some drinks and then another server immediately brought out the sides: cheese bread, fried bananas, garlic mashed potatoes, and french fries. We said we didn't want the potatoes and fries, and it would have been nice if they asked what we preferred before bringing everything out. We then got some food from the salad bar and my wife though the lobster bisque was excellent. After we were done, the waiter took our plates away. But then he never came back with plates for the meats. He also didn't ask which meat we wanted to start with. We flipped our discs to green and the gauchos started coming by. The picanha and filet mignon were very good, but the filet mignon wrapped in bacon was a little tough. We asked about it and the gaucho said it's because they have to cook the meat longer to make sure the bacon is fully cooked. We then got some more food from the salad area. About halfway through, the waiter saw that we had stopped eating and asked if we were done. We said yes, thinking that he was asking if we were done with the fruits from the salad bar. He then brought over a dessert tray and asked if we wanted a dessert liquor. I said we're not done eating the meats. Then we had more meat. Then when we were done, he started to come over with the desserts, but my wife saw him and shook her head, so he didn't come to the table. He then brought over a plate with "Happy Birthday" written in icing with a candle for me to blow out. I don't know if I was supposed to get a free dessert because it was my birthday or if that's not offered here. I assume it's not offered here since the waiter didn't mention it. Though to be fair, we were stuffed and probably couldn't fit it.

El salon asignado fue bastante pequeño y las mesas estaban ubicadas en dos líneas completamente separadas, escasamente podían pasar los meseros., por consecuencia terminamos completamente separados dándonos la espalda unos con otros. Para resolver tuvimos que personalmente y con la ayuda de los meseros reubicar las mesas y a un así fue demasiado incomodo. Luego del zip pack experience notamos que la música era como para un salon de yoga o algo similar, no para una reunión de navidad donde la gente está dispuesta a pasar un rato bien agradable y no terminar meditando o llorando algunos! Mas adelante vino la comida, la barrada de ensaladas muy limitada y sin ninguna variedad que debería de presentar este tipo de restaurante. Las carnes empezaron a arrollarnos, pero la mayoría fue pollo y carnes que estaban ya con tiempo pasado de cocción incluyendo los lamb chops., no variedad.... hasta que solicitamos picana y carnes de primera calidad, estas ultimas no estaban en los planes del la cocina y por consecuencia nos toco esperar casi una hora. Pan y bananas de acompañantes y los camarones demasiado secos y si sabor. El bar tampoco se lucio, las caipiriñas se pidieron una sola vez y toco cambiar a otro trago. la sangría tampoco dio la talla! El vino fue el único que saco la cara y como ya se sabe no es de la casa y se pude conseguir en cualquier parte. I had a terrible experience at Chima Steakhouse last night. The restaurant was quiet and barely anyone there and the service was slow . The salad bar was mediocre, with wilted lettuce and bland dressings. The meat was overcooked and dry, and some of the cuts were too fatty or tough. The servers kept bringing the same meat over and over, and ignored our requests for other options. We only got 9/17 cuts. The worst part was the bill, which was outrageous for the quality and quantity of food we received. We felt ripped off and unsatisfied. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you enjoy wasting your money and time on subpar food and service. Go to FOGO They got their A game and consistently nationwide read more

The cuts were perfectly cooked, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. The wait to get a drink was over 40 minutes and the bartender did not provide me with a receipt. I later learned that we were charged $100.00 for 4 cocktails that included an automatic 18% gratuity. The servers would not serve anyone that wasn't at a table and only catered to few that were seated at a table. When I requested a water due to heat exhaustion, I was told "not right now". My experience during the Brazil game was unacceptable and I will never return. Why did we pay $20.00 a person for no air conditioning, terrible service and being overcharged for 4 drinks? NEVER AGAIN!

To start, I ordered the spring rolls and the salmon bites. Both appetizers were delicious and made excellent starters. My only suggestion would be to include a little more sauce with the salmon bites. Even so, they were incredibly flavorful and enjoyable on their own. For my entrée, I had the lamb chops with basmati rice. The lamb chops were absolute perfection--cooked perfectly, tender, and seasoned exceptionally well. The basmati rice, however, was a bit dry, and I think it would have been much better with a gravy or sauce. Looking back, I wish I had ordered the mashed potatoes instead. I also swapped out the roasted potatoes for French fries, which ended up being the better choice for me. Overall, this was a fantastic dining experience with delicious food and a great atmosphere. The lamb chops alone are worth coming back for, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I truly enjoyed the food , the laughs but especially the sunset ! Anyone who knows me knows o love a good sunset anytime ! Service was a bit scattered 3/5 but overall we enjoyed ourselves. Kinda weird too see people I'm swimming attire since theirs a pool close to the restaurant. I'd come back if invited but not something I'd plan .
