JG was prompt on getting back to us right away with an estimate. We then spoke to Amanda who helped us figure what we needed and book us a time and day. The owner Jimmy arrived with Oscar to take care of us that day. They gave us a text about a 1/2 hr before that they were in route. Jimmy was very friendly and explained everything as he was working, showing us videos of the inside of the vents as he started cleaning them. They worked promptly to look around the house to start working. They first covered all the vents and brought in their equipment. Each Individual vent was cleaned. Th package included the dryer vent and furnace but we paid extra to get the bathroom fan cleaned inside and thru the outside. They cleaned up and were done in about 1.5 hrs for our 2600'sq ft house. I would definitely recommend them for any duct work you have. They were very prompt, professional and have great customer service!

AJ was my point person from the moment I called to the final invoice. He was polite, professional and did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. He came out the same day I called for an estimate and the estimate he gave me was lower than the number I had in my head (it's a miracle!). We scheduled the work and the team showed up promptly. In all it took four days to complete the job (day 1, tear down old chimney, day 2, construct new chimney, day 3, concrete on the top, day 4, put the cap and the animal barrier in. Each day AJ would text me when the crew was on their way. They communicated each day about what was happening and when they would be at my home. They tolerated my dogs barking at them. And I really want to mention that they did an exceptional job cleaning up after themselves, even hosing down my entire driveway before they left on the final day. Crew was courteous and respectful of us and our property. And the finished product looks great and is a dramatic improvement over what we had. We have had several home issues over the past couple of years (hail damage, flood in the basement), and so we've seen a good number of contractors come and go. They were able to install it anyway, so the fireplace is up and running, but I have to wait until the face panel arrives from the supplier to complete the job.
