Was in Gainesville recently so I made my usual stop in for a lunch of cumin lamb bao and beef in dry wok. Wow! It was fantastic. They'll really spice it up with lots of hot pepper and mouth-numbing Szechuan pepper corns and will not hold back if you request so (see the receipt pic I posted). I've also had the mapo tofu, cumin lamb dinner and dan dan noodles here and it's been a 20/10 every time. I posted pix of those here too. Probably the best dan dan I've ever had.
