The waitress was warm friendly and attentative to nearly empty drinks. The Duck fried rice was out of this world, the ribs were just okay but the samples of every other appetizer including the shrimp teriyaki chicken and crab Rangoon were phenomenal. And the coolest part. They have a Droid that rolls through the dining room delivering take out orders from the kitchen to out front to be paid for and picked up. We made our order quickly at the counter and asked for dine-in option. AMBIANCE We sat down in one of the booths as the line got longer behind us. FOOD Our food came quickly and exactly as ordered in spite of the nightly rush and scramble. We ordered the classics C1 with egg roll, boneless spare ribs, and chicken fingers and pork fried rice and D5 with chicken and mixed vegetables. The food came out hot and tasted exactly as we expected and when we asked for chopsticks and extra condiments, it was provided as soon as possible despite the long customer line. I see ratings here complaining about quality and speed... and I say this... comparing a lower-priced, casual spot to a higher-priced restaurant on quality and expectations isn't fair, as their resources, ingredients, and service models are just fundamentally different. Casual spots are designed to offer quick, accessible meals and a relaxed atmosphere and this local spot has never disappointed in our 4-5 visits here so far! Let me say the service was nice and the ambience of the restaurant is beautiful but.... The "chicken chow mein" was nothing but a huge plate of crispy noodles topped with a small amount of chicken, some onions and peppers. Very little gravy. 3x the amount of noodles as actual chow mein. My combo plate had chicken tenders (see pic) that were nothing but breading with a tiny piece of chicken inside. Breading was at least 1" thick. My combo plate also came with a small piece of egg foo young. Now, Egg Foo Young is one of my favorites!! I'm not sure what "meat" was inside but it was not edible. The egg rolls were the only saving grace for the meal. I have truly never had Chinese food so horrific. Good luck if you give them a try.

The Pad Thai was white and loaded with thick slices of onions. It smelled like a mixture of vinegar and dog poop. It was inedible. The sesame chicken had a vinegar taste. It was edible but not good. The pineapple fried rice was ok (there were green beans mixed in the rice). The crab rangoon was ok. It had a very pasty texture. They did give a side of sauces and fortune cookies!
