I have been a customer of Asia for 10+ years. I drive about 20 minutes ( 40 minutes round trip ) to pick up our "to go" order. The food is tasty, and very good quality. Unfortunately in the past 8 months when we ordered food "to go " our orders have been incorrect twice. Both times I drove the 40 minute round trip to get my correct order. Today we received the incorrect order once again ! When I returned to get my correct order I asked for an order credit . I was told that the incorrect order that I received 40 minutes earlier cost more than my order and no credit would be issues. I won't be patronizing Asia restaurant in Mashpee any longer. After several incorrect orders and the refusal to take appropriate customer service action , I feel there is a disconnect that I'm not willing to ignore any longer. read more

I wanted rice noodles but not the curry dish they offered with pork beef and chicken, so the server said they could make me one- i asked for a different sauce because i didn't want curry and she said ok but it came out with no sauce just a bit of oil. There were hardly any vegetables in the dish!!! If you ask for water specify how much ice you want and how many you want as my companion asked for water and it came packed with ice bit she did not bring one for me or ask me. The rice noodle dish was large enough to share and she brought it out first and put it in the middle even though i ordered it as my entree. Their menu is mostly Chinese food with some Thai & Korean dishes. They also have Vietnamese spring rolls for an appetizer. We really liked the boneless spareribs. There was nothing more I wanted today than some great Asian food. Boy was I disappointed. As I sat down with my beautiful girlfriend across from me, I rested my elbows on the table and couldn't move! The tables were so sticky I was glued to them. Once they got me unstuck from the table I was finally ready to order. I glanced down at the menu and saw my favorite item ever. Crab Rangoons. My mouth started watering thinking about the creamy crab filling and the crispy wonton. Once they finally arrived I took a bite. Crispy wonton? More like soggy napkin. The creamy crab filling? Sour yucky gross poop filling. I jokingly say to my model of a girlfriend "I'm going to have to poop tonight!" Sure enough we get home and I rush to the bathroom. We stopped here for takeout when in town for a vacation. It was a busy Friday night and our food was ready in about 15 minutes. Because there are so many stores and restaurants in the Mashpee Commons, parking as well as just getting into and out of the complex can be really difficult. The menu is all over the place - it includes Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Korean dishes, among others. The prices were also pretty variable. A side salad was crazy expensive at $9, but a chicken pad thai was more reasonably priced at $14. The dinner portions were a good size, although the dishes were pretty devoid of any flavors. Our takeout did not come with any utensils or napkins which was also a little strange. Honestly I would give it maybe 3.5 stars out of 5. But when you look at it for what it is - a large generic menu restaurant in the middle of a public mall area, the food is exactly the quality and type that you would expect and that fits the bill when all you want is a filling meal. read more

Still working on liquor license, minor issue but be aware. We went last weekend with family and children, they gave us a big table and the waitress was excellent. We were eager to try this new location as we are big fans of the Mashpee location. The food is excellent, you could tell by looking at each plate a lot of care was put into each presentation. Hi We had takeout from Asia last week. We had the sesame chicken which was made with nice white meat and light tasty sauce. Usually sesame chicken has so much batter on it. You need a magnifying glass to find the chicken. Once again this was really excellent. We had it a couple of weeks ago. Then we had half a Peking duck which was really tasty. This place is pretty good. I ordered takeout. I selected 2 egg rolls which were standard & pretty good. I also ordered salt & pepper shrimp which was very good although I wish there were more. The portion was fine but not very generous. The basil chicken fried rice was NOT GOOD. It was covered in soy sauce although it wasn't overly salty. and it had zero flavor. It did NOT taste like it had any basil in it. There was also very little chicken in it. FOR THE RECORD, FRIED RICE IS NEVER PREPARED WITH SOY SAUCE. It's supposed to be rice, scrambled egg, peas, carrots, garlic, scallions or onion. That's it. I will try their sushi bc it looked pretty good & they have sushi bar seating. My kids love this place. Every time we come to Cape Cod, they want to come here. I especially like their teriyaki and Mu Shu. My daughter recommends the wonton soup. However, everything we have tried has been delicious.
