Normally this would be my go to place if I didn't feel like getting out because they deliver. Well today, they forgot part of my order and would not bring it back out to me. I was told that a refund could not be issued because the food was already delivered. She said the driver was too busy to bring it back out to me and she wanted to know if I could come in to get it. Well first of all, no. If I wanted to get out then I would not have paid a delivery fee to have someone bring the food to me. She then offered a credit for next time but I told her there would not be a next time because I'm moving. Long story short she finally agreed to a refund for the portion of my meal that I did not receive which by the way will take 4-7 days. #neveragain read more

It used to be good. I haven't eaten there in over a year because the food started tasting like it wasn't fresh. Very friendly service though. Used to be my favorite place. Used to love the braised wings and egg fu young. Don't order shrimp with vegetable they give you like 3 shrimp. read more

They used to have really good customer service, but it's completely gone down hill. I made an order today that was supposed to have taken 45 minutes, an hour and a half later, i'm still looking for my food. I had to call up there twice, only to be told they were really busy but the food was on it's way. Then, the driver gets to the gate and wants the gate number. I'm like, just scroll for my name and hit call. He's like "no, i need the number." I'm going, no, just scroll and hit call. He's like "I don't do that, i i need the number." As I couldn't remember the number, I kept telling him to scroll for me, but he refused to do it so i told him to take the food back and i was calling for a refund. I get the proprietor on the phone and she tells me they need the number. I'm like, your drivers have been here before and didn't have a problem scrolling for my name, what's the issue. She says they don't do that, they need the number. I say, "how hard is it to scroll for my name?" and she says, "it's hard, really hard." I'm like fine, just give me a refund, she starts screaming something i can't understand and hangs up on me. So i call back for a confirmation number of a refund and was told they would send it to my phone. We called China City from my 470 number and they confirmed they had it. We then gave them the cell number that's associated with my address because my friend didn't know the address by heart. We placed our order. Their menu promises "Fast Delivery" but the wait time was 45 minutes!! We placed our order at 8:20. While I'm waiting patiently at home I keep checking out the window for the driver. Around 9pm I realized my cell number had died. So I immediately placed it on the charger. We then called China City back from the 470 number and inquired about the delivery. They stated that he was on the way. Then they changed the story and said someone came but no one was here! Now we have 2 trucks and a decommissioned police car in the driveway, loud music playing from inside the house and three people and three dogs here and not one person knocked on the door or rang any doorbells. I have a light pole and motion detection lights in front of my house. I pleaded with them to deliver the food. After 10 minutes of intense debate they finally agreed as we told them that we would wait outside in the street visible at the driveway so they could see us. They said they called us many times. We stated that our cell number had died and they never called our 470 number! I then power on my phone and see no missed calls. So I proceed to put my phone on a charger attached to an extension cord in the garage so I can hear it. After 15 minutes of waiting outside I return to my cell and find it dead charging at 5%. I see three missed call ( 2 from the driver and one from store - yet again they did not call the 470 number as instructed), the earliest being within 5 minutes. They then stated he came a second time and nobody was here and no one answered the phone when called. I stated and reminded them that that phone was dead and that I was outside and no one came. The lady then put me on the never ending "hold." I called the driver and pleaded with him and shortly thereafter he started yelling at me! I asked him why he was yelling at me, the customer, and he calmed down. After asking him about my house to see if he went to the wrong address he hung up in my face. I have ordered from them previously but was so shock and disgusted on how they treated me and their exceptionally poor customer service! I will not be ordering from them anymore and would advise my loved ones to do the same and hold these small business owners/operators accountable to good customer service and treatment. If they care so little about me and how they interact with me, who knows what their doing to our food? read more

I would not give any stars to this restaurant!!!!!! When I placed my order it came and something was missing I called back to explain to them that I was missing something then the little girl that answered the phone got defensive and I raised my voice then she proceeded to start yelling at me this was the most horrible experience I have ever had with any delivery service will never order from here again and I encourage others to find another Chinese restaurant to order from as well read more
