Besides this, it has a small salad bar area, Hibachi area, Sushi area, and a very small dessert area with a selection of ice creams as well. The decor of the place is nothing fancy nor modernized and many of the furniture are a bit run down. The "make believe" what looks like a fountain, without water, in the entrance is nothing to brag about and the artwork on the wall look kind of cheap. As one enters the restaurant there is an order and pay counter where a person who seems like the manager gives you a warm greeting with a smile and efficiently takes your order, charges you and has one of the hosts take you to your booth. The price for the buffet is not too expensive and considering the large selection of food items available, this may be what continues to attract many people to eat at this place. We decided to eat here today because other buffets and opened restaurants around had a wait of more than an hour. Once you're seated at your booth, a server is assigned to bring you your drink and refills, and to remove your empty dishes once you finish eating what's on them. We had a very friendly and efficient young man who was always coming around to check on us with a smile and providing exceptional customer service. Now, if we talk about the food, which is the main reason one goes to a restaurant in the first place, leaves much to be desired. The quality of many of the items available is very poor and/or not cooked well. The turkey slices served were dry and not to fresh as well as many of the seafood items were lukewarm and not freshly served. The fried shrimps were crunchy and warm, however they were flat and not plumpy. The Sesame Chicken seemed to have more batter than meat. Even the squid looked and tasted cheap and was not warm. The Sushi Bar had a few variety of Suchi but they lacked craftsmanship. So much so that I didn't even dare to try one, and the employees working that station didn't encourage me either when they saw me there. In the Hibachi area, I noticed that the grill was not too cleanand the cook manding this area did not accommodate me when I asked if I could add two eggs to my items before he served them. If management addresses some of the above issues I mentioned, I think this Buffet restaurant will have a better chance to successfully grow its clientele and not lose many. I invite all of you reading my review to go experience for yourself if they have followed my recommendations, and this can only be done by trying you out.

We decided to try them. We bought 3 entrees: beef lo mein, arroz chino and honey chicken. Total with tax = $47.90 Paid using my credit card ~ But need to put a cash tip into the tip jar! The food is Chinese-Honduran fusion. It was yummy and delicious! Portions were large. The takeout bag with just the three entrees was really heavy!! It was fast, too. Food preferences are very individual in my opinion so keep in mind that this is not your typical Asian food -- but if you are open to trying a good fusion, this is worth trying. We will return to eat from there again. We three adults shared the three entrees in order to taste-test for our first time getting from Chinito Hondurenos -- We had all been hungry and yet still had enough leftovers that we will be able to eat a full second meal for all three of us tomorrow. This is the case with Chinito Hondureno, a woman-owned food truck specializing in unique Chinese-Honduran fusion cuisine. After hearing about this place, I gave them a call to confirm their address and operating hours for today, then I got in my pearl white Lexus and headed over there. Located and permanently stationed next to the Citgo with the Turbo Food Mart on 4101 Plantation Road in the northeastern part of Roanoke, Virginia, the food truck looked new and sparkling clean both in the outside and from what I could see in the inside. All the employees inside were wearing a polo t-shirt uniform with the business logo. Osmar, a friendly and welcoming Honduran gentleman greeted me at the food truck's window counter and took my order. The menu was conveniently posted next to the ordering window. I ordered their famous Arroz Chino, which Osmar explained that besides vegetables and seasonings, it also contained chicken and shrimp. I also ordered an order of their Roast Pork Lo Mein, and two Vegetable Egg Rolls. After ordering I paid with a Tap-to-Pay from my Google Pay, was given my receipt and was asked to wait while they prepared my food inside in the kitchen of the food truck. As I waited, I noticed that next to the food truck there was a very clean roofed-in area that could once have been a car wash, with picnic tables inside, and people talking and drinking. It seemed like a comfortable spot to stay and dine there, protected from the sun, but since I had anticipated that the items I ordered would be generous-size portions, I decided to take the food with me and eat in the comfort of my home and save some in the refrigerator for tomorrow. When my order was ready and I picked it up from the window counter, it was so heavy that suddenly the steep price I paid seemed worth it, considering the generous portions. At home, the food arrived hot, and the clamshell containers were filled tightly over the top. I loved the texture and flavor of both the Chinese Rice and Roast Pork Lo Mein. The food was truly unique and exquisite. One that could easily be from the best of the brick-and-mortar fine-dining fusion restaurants. The experience was like finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Like the discovery of culinary masterpieces in the least expected of places.
