Absolutely Incredible Experience at Sierra Noodle House! If you're looking for one of the best hidden gems in the Inland Empire, Sierra Noodle House deserves a spot at the top of your list. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the atmosphere. The restaurant is spotless, beautifully designed, and unlike any noodle house we've visited. The massive Hollywood murals featuring legends like Marilyn Monroe, Charlie Chaplin, Elvis Presley, Humphrey Bogart, Captain Jack Sparrow, Audrey Hepburn, Bruce Lee, The Beatles, and many more create an unforgettable dining experience. Combined with elegant crystal chandeliers, colorful LED lighting, and comfortable booths, it feels both modern and welcoming. The food was just as impressive. We ordered the Beef Bánh Mì, and it was absolutely delicious. The bread was perfectly crisp on the outside while staying soft inside, and the fresh cilantro, pickled vegetables, and tender beef created an incredible balance of flavors. At only $10, it's one of the best values you'll find. We also enjoyed both the Large House Sake and Small House Sake, served hot in beautiful ceramic bottles with adorable paper umbrellas. It's a fun presentation that adds to the experience. The menu has an amazing variety, including authentic pho, bánh mì, pad thai, garlic noodles, fried rice, chow mein, chow fun, Vietnamese rice plates, spring rolls, smoothies, desserts, and much more. There truly is something for everyone. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, organized, and clearly well cared for. I did asked our waiter for the Mimi spring rolls and I did clarify I wanted exactly how she had it on her IG. The waiter did mentioned he didn't see the video and that they do have spring rolls . "Perfect! Let me have the Mimi spring rolls ". My heart sank ;( it's not the same . Uugghhh!! The reason why I was here for that specific Mimi spring rolls with the mam nem dipping sauce ..our waiter , he was apologetic , he said he can replace the sauce from peanut to sweet / sour sauce ? I decline the offer . I wanted the mam nem dipping sauce. Unfortunately it's not available for the public. ;( Our waiter mentioned he can replace the spring rolls with a different dish . After debating a few minutes in my head , I settled with BBQ pork noodle salad . In all honesty I didn't like the BBQ pork noodle salad , it's sweet , the dipping sauce didn't enhance much flavor , the pork didn't taste good at all. The vegetables fried egg rolls that came with the noodles salad was mushy . I too left that untouched after sampling one piece between my husband and I. What I did like was that it had lots of vegetables of carrots, lettuce and beansprouts . I left the food pretty much untouched with only taking 3 bites. My husband did try the BBQ noodles salad and he too didn't like the taste either . My husband didn't mind his pho beef ribs , says " it's all right". Left feeling hungry and disappointed . I was craving spring rolls so I looked on yelp for spring rolls near where I was in Fontana and came across this place. We came about 2:30pm wasn't too crowded and was seated right away. We ordered spring rolls. I ordered an orange chicken lunch plate and my daughter ordered the beef and broccoli. Our spring rolls came out first, our server forgot to give us our drinks which we asked her for after she didn't seem to be having a great day she seemed a little out of it, which I can understand not every day is perfect so we finally got our drink and then our food came. I asked for soy sauce and some chili sauce, and our waitress seemed to forget again and just grabbed a broom and started sweeping completely forgot that I asked for soy sauce so then I realize OK. She's not having a good day. We'll just move on from that. The food was good. Both of our plates seemed a little on the cold side. Maybe it was sitting on the countertop and not brought to us when it was first done, other than that it taste too good it was just on the cold side. Orange Chicken 6.5/10 but it definitely needed to be more temperature hot the spring rolls were amazing those I would give a 9/10. I hadn't been back in a couple of years because my previous visit also wasn't great, but I decided to give them another chance since our usual spot, Cloud 9, is closed on Tuesdays. I really wish I had just waited. While eating my meal, I found a hair in my food. I let the server know, and she did offer to remake the dish, which I appreciated, but at that point I had already lost my appetite. I had barely eaten any of it before noticing the issue. What really disappointed me was that I was still charged for the dish, even though almost the entire meal was left untouched. That was honestly the biggest issue for me. If they had simply taken care of the situation and removed it from the bill, I probably wouldn't even be writing this review. Solid meal. It was a super windy night and cold. We looked for a spot to warm us up and decided to give SNH a try. Was greeted immediately and given a booth seat. Great place for big groups. Totally underrated, hidden gem. Menu is diverse, service is quick. Plenty of booth seating! Seafood boil was so good. They give you so many crab legs that are big and juicy. The sauce was on point. We tried the Beef Special Pho, the Garlic Noodles with Scallops, and the Sautéed Char Siu sandwich, along with a side of garlic parmesan fries. Not a single miss at the table. I personally had the Beef Special Pho, and it was a winner. The beef rib was incredibly flavorful and tender, and the broth was rich, aromatic, and deeply satisfying--exactly what you want in a great bowl of pho. You can tell real care goes into it. The garlic parmesan fries came out hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, and the rest of the table was just as happy with their dishes. Everyone agreed the food delivered across the board. The ambiance is very chill and casual, making it an easy place to relax and enjoy your meal. It's not a formal spot at all, which works well with the overall vibe. The celebrity murals on the walls are a fun touch and give you something interesting to look at while you're there, adding to the pleasant, laid-back atmosphere. FOOD I usually order the Jumbo Shrimp Garlic Noodles or the Vegetarian Fried Rice. They are my favorite dishes and you can adjust the spice level. The garlic noodles come with a side of garlic bread. The special combo beef pho was just okay. I wouldn't order their pho again but I do enjoy the Shrimp & Pork Wonton w/ Egg Noodles. The Spicy Miso Ramen is definitely spicy. They do warn you about that but it was literally just spicy. There was no flavor at all. I like their Grilled Pork Banh Mi and Pork Gyoza. As for their dessert I've had the fried banana cheesecake and mochi. Both are really good. The Thai Tea, Milk Tea, & strawberry lemonade are good as well. I have been driving past this place for years and decided to stop in today because I wanted some fried oysters. The fried oysters here are briny enough and certainly hit the spot as for cravings. The panko coating could be less thick so the oyster flavor can shine through. It came with a Thai chili sauce for dipping that really wasn't needed. Otherwise, they were fried to order and tasted fresh. I also ordered the Beef Special Combo Pho. This was absolutely delicious! The broth was so flavorful with all the rich herbal tones that come with extended simmering. One of the best tasting broths I have had in a long time. The vegetable toppings are optional but order them anyways to add the bean sprouts for crunch. The broth has so much flavor, it really didn't need the addition of basil or lime. It comes with tender slices of beef brisket and lean beef. One beef rib comes with the soup. This rib was well seasoned and fall off the bone tender with a good beefy flavor. Next visit, I plan on ordering the pho with just the beef ribs. It is that good! The service was excellent. The waitress was welcoming and prompt. The decor in the restaurant is modern and spacious. I placed an order to go-10:55 am for SOUP (3) first customer there - at 11:00 am 7 customers followed sat at 3 different tables I watched as their orders were brought out piping hot -I'm still waiting- reported to Management "John Pork" ?? name he gave- appearance not professional and grungy with dirty Panda Backpack when he arrived. -he explained they were "longtime customers SHOCKED!! at that answer - there had been some mishap with my orders in past years of which was quickly rectified and I was shown great customer care-NOTHING like what I experienced -Had Words with management and was Brushed off" He did have time for this I received my to-go order 30 minutes later - rating for Customer care.
