You'll be happy to know that my evaluation of this place hasn't changed. The staff is extremely friendly. They've got plenty of cooks so even though they're busy, the weight is not very long, and the food is still outstanding for strip mall Chinese. Crisp, fresh vegetables, great flavor, and everything cooked just right. The lo mein noodles were al dente and the chicken and garlic sauce. I had had crispy, broccoli and carrots and just the right amount of spice. Unlike some other reviews have stated I was not charged extra for sauces or anything else, fortune cookies included, and were free, and the egg rolls and main dish was not greasy and had lots of flavor. I can only imagine that these poor reviews must be coming from competition that knows this is a good place to eat . Don't pay any attention to them and come on by.

I had the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and the hot and sour soup. I've had better. The chicken was heavily breaded. The rice was good but didn't have any egg in it. It did have small chunks of pork in it. The hot and sour soup was good but missing the long Chinese mushrooms that I love. The restaurant is very tiny inside a shopping plaza. We asked to eat there. Gave a good tip. She said she'd bring it out but forgot to mark it eat in. We had to get up and get the drinks and the food ourselves and open everything like take out. Wouldn't tip again. We were never asked how it was or even checked on. If you're looking for an actual sit down restaurant, don't go here. There were lots of people waiting on takeout while we were there, so it must be a local favorite. The price wasn't bad. $25.00 for two people. But not for me.

I live here, and stop by at least once or twice a month, and have never gotten anything dry, cold, burnt, or anything except good. My favorite dish is the Walnut Shrimp, and if I had to complain about anything, it's only that they tend to run out before they close. That is probably one of the best Chinese dishes I've ever had, so they probably sell out of it the earliest. The "noodles" that are mentioned is their version of Chow Mein. Most of the plates will contain both it and the rice. It's not as good as some, but still tasty. The fried rice has always been good to me. The rangoon is great. Sadly the egg roll is not. But I don't usually care. Spring rolls are better, anyway. They do need to start over on the egg rolls, though. The orange chicken is good. I usually get the large plate with both that and the shrimp dish. The leftovers freeze surprisingly well, too. This place centers around the drive through, and not inside seating. I've never been inside, so can't address that. There's Chinese on every block, so if you want to eat inside, I'd suggest going to one of the others. I think it's great to have the drive-through, myself. Overall, I'd rate it 4.5 stars because of the egg rolls, but you won't find a tastier dish than the Walnut Shrimp. Well worth the trade off!
