Blessings, I'm new to the area and have tried many restaurants. I'm a big fan of Chinese food; enjoying some of the best the United States has to offer. In Michigan, New York, California, Washington State, Illinois, and many other place. But one of my favorite is sea food. Been to some of the best in the world; Key West, Santa Monica, Grand Haven, Costa Rica, Seattle, Manhattan, Bahamas, to name a few. I decided to try there two fish, four large shrimp with rice and shrimp dinner. Between the beautiful energy of the front lady; the service that was soulful and filled with joy. I was singing when I ate the meal and have already been back twice in a few nights. If you have a family; my meal was only $12, plus a large iced tea. They have meal deals too. I went here while visiting family in the area. Let me tell you. This place " ain't it". I should have known better. When we pulled up I noticed a screen door at the entrance . So we walked in to place our to order. No A/C. I ordered shrimp fries rice, wonton soup and egg roll. The egg rolls are the only reason I didn't give them a 1 star. The shrimp were tiny and old. The wonton soup was greasy and bland. There isn't much expectation as far as ambiance for a take out only joint. However!! They need to do better. When you order General Tso's chicken and it has ZERO flavor, it's just not a place you want to try again. Service was fine, we found it weird that there was a residential screen door for a front door, but whatever works for the restaurant. Will not be returning. read more

Find this place online. We ordered Shrimp Fried Rice, Egg Rolls and Wonton soup. Let me break it down by menu item. 1-The egg roll was fried too long, which is code for burnt. The color was dark and the inside of the egg roll seemed non existent. It was a hollow, crunchy mess. 2- Wonton soup is one of my favorite soups. This one was just ok. The broth was yellow. Almost too yellow and had no flavor. The wontons themselves were tender and the filling had some flavor. The crispy wontons that you put in the soup tasted pretty pre-packaged. For this reason, I only ate a few. The taste bothered me. 3- The shrimp fried rive was mid. The shrimp seemed to have been frozen, precooked. There only veggies was peas and carrots. The rice was cooked well, it just literally had no flavor. This is NOT a fried rice dish that Uncle Roger would approve of. read more

This is my go to spot for Chinese food in Evans. They always are friendly and welcoming, it has a couple tables to dine in but I usually just do take out. The lady there always does whatever I ask and it is ready with a quickness. Combo plates are on point, and egg rolls are delicious! read more

The chef in the back is very talented, and cooks delicious food. I think they are being limited by the lack of local demand for authentic Chinese recipes, and are being forced to cater to the "sesame chicken and fried rice" kind of Chinese food. Despite this, the workers are very friendly and are super patient when I am not sure what to order. The inside is nothing crazy. There are places to sit and wait for your order and a few places to eat, but I think most people just order takeout anyways read more

It feels really good to be able to come to a Chinese restaurant after work and don't even have to travel a long distance just to find some good food. Always have many choices but I ultimately chose sesame chicken and fried rice. Wonderful service here and wonderful food I can't complain whatsoever. I was glad when this restaurant reopened, but I was a bit disappointed with the current quality of the my meal. Granted I only had one meal selection so this does not encompass the menu in its entirety. My meal was a simple beef fried rice. I was greeted with a piping hot meal that tasted ok, but it did not have that authentic taste which usually greets me after my third bite. I even gave the meal the benefit of the doubt and performed my day after breakfast test, but to no avail. Same result. read more

Very little broccoli in it and broccoli and tofu did not fill the container as is typical in a Chinese restaurant. I am so glad that THIS China restaurant is open again! We were sad when they closed, and could not find anything else that compared. Therefore, we are so excited to have them back They absolutely have the best fried rice I've had anywhere! And the same goes for the Sesame Chicken. We also love the wings and the teriyaki chicken. Definitely the best in the CSRA and beyond. Also, the staff is very friendly and outgoing. And they have a 100 (A) on the health rating. read more

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Evans / Martinez / Grovetown area. We have tried many others and were always disappointed. Everything here is good, the portion size is usually enough for a leftover. The food is full of flavor, they don't use MSG (I asked since I'm allergic). I was happy they reopened.I have been here before, but you could tell they were getting started in there new business. the wife ran the front while the husband did the cooking. I don't think the husband spoke any english.It didn't matter.It was the best tasting Chinese food I have ever eaten ! The vegetables were crisp,not over cooked.The flavor of the meat dish (Beef with oyster sauce). was outstanding. The House chicken rice dish was loaded with meat and very tasty. The Yong Chow Fried rice dish had a flavor that seemed like it was a home cooked favorite.You can tell the owner/cook knows how to cook great tasting food.
