Visited China Express based upon Yelp reviews and their proximity to my hotel and I was mostly happy. I ordered the appetizer variety which was amazing and provides you roughly two of the most common appetizers. I would orders this again. I also ordered two lunch specials which were filling but the rice lacked some flavorful and was just meh. My orange chicken however was really delicious and spicy. The other dish was the honey chicken and it was delicious but the sauce on the side to dip threw me off. Overall I would try them again but think the rice needs to change. When attempting to place an order I asked if it could include the crab Rangoon because I placed an $80 order 3 days earlier but an order of crab rangoon wasn't delivered with the order. He looked my earlier order up on his tablet and said that I did receive it. I explained that it was supposed to be included in the order but it wasn't there. He then insisted that it was included and that the manager said she remembered packing it three days earlier. I then explained that the only three explanations are that it wasn't included, that driver took it, or that I was lying about not receiving it. He refused to acknowledge that there could have been an oversight, or that the driver didn't deliver it which meant that I must be lying about it. You get bueno, bonito, y barato: basically planets aligning as you usually get stuck sacrificing one from the aforementioned saying. I spent an unheard of 22$ for a meal that could've fueled a week's worth of meal prepping. They do not skimp on the portions and cram as much as they possibly can into those containers. It's an upgrade to Panda Express, need I say more? I do have one grievance. I did feel like the costumer service was a little on the rude/aggressive side.
