I had to have a Tuna Footlong and I absolutely had to have it from Subway because the only way to eat tuna is to "Eat Fresh!" Being the tech-savvy person that I am, I love the Subway app and decided to place my order via the app. I logged in, chose my bread, added my fixins, added my peppercorn ranch and placed my order. Of course I had some special instructions so I wrote in the box to have the sub toasted and cut into four. Arriving at the Fairburn location, I was lucky to get parking right in front. Upon walking in, the store was super clean. By clean, I mean clean clean. Like spotless clean. I was super impressed by the cleanliness of the store. The employee greeted me, confirmed I was there for a pickup and provided me with my sandwich. The classic flavor of the Subway tuna was spot on. The fixins were exactly as I had ordered them and very fresh. My special instructions weren't followed so the sub wasn't toasted or cut into four, however, beyond that everything else was spot on. The Tuna from the Fairburn store was very fresh as well. It was perfectly seasoned and had the perfect tuna to Mayo ratio. The making of the tuna was so perfect that I think this will be my go to for my Tuna fix, if they can pay attention to the special instructions. Overall, my visit to this location was one that was promoter worthy. I will be back.

Scrolling through the options, I added all I wanted. I added on my fries, paid and waited to the side for my order to be completed. As I was waiting for my food to be finished one of the employees called me to the counter. To my dismay the location was out of vegan cheese. As the vegan cheese cost extra and there was nothing cheese wise that I could swap it out with I was just out of luck. The employee was very nice even though there was nothing she could really do for me. She broke the news to me gently and was very apologetic. Once my order was ready I was on my way. The presentation was beautiful and the flavor profile of the food was amazing. The fixings were fresh and the burger bun was soft and warm. Though I needed the cheese to really take it to the next level, it was a good meal and I would order it again. However, I will ask if vegan cheese is in stock before placing my order.

I tried the "Lil Sass"- 1/4lb burger on Texas toast with pepper jack cheese and fries. The burger seems to be hand pattied but I'm not 100% sure on that. The fries are the seasoned style and are really good as well. They have a topping station so you can dress up your burger however you like: pickles, lettuce, tomato, onions, jalapeños. It's a basic strip shopping center so it's nothing fancy but the prices are reasonable and you can usually find a coupon in the local ads. Normally when something is hyped up it doesn't turn out to be as good but Hamburger Mikes is as good as advertised! The only thing that I think would make it better is some burger sauce.
