If they had a reservation then why didn't they tell us prior to us walking around? Am I right or is this sketchy? This was never mentioned when we first checked in. If the table was reserved, we should have been told from the beginning instead of being asked to wait n walk around outside. What made the experience even more frustrating was the amount of back-and-forth between the staff and the owner. BLAME GAME! The staff blamed the owner, saying he didn't know there was a reservation, yet we had spoken to both of them. The explanations kept changing, which made the situation feel disorganized and lacking transparency. The issue wasn't that someone had a reservation--it was the poor communication and how the situation was handled. It felt like they were only focused on serving whoever was immediately in front of them rather than honoring what they had already told waiting customers. Our time wasn't respected, and no one took responsibility or offered a sincere apology, nothing meaningful! Especially when we have always been going there we're very loyal to restaurants and adamant about supporting local business. The entire experience left a sour taste. Clear communication and honesty would have made all the difference, but unfortunately, this experience was enough that we won't be returning and no offense, the overpriced dim sum!

The squid was either old or not cleaned properly. Very disappointing. The main course for the wife was fish tacos. It looked like breaded fish sticks in the middle. Not very appealing when I saw it. My main was ribs with waffle fries and coleslaw. When asked how I wanted the pork back ribs I responded, "Cooked." They came and were very dry and tough. The waffle fries were replaced with shoe strings and when I commented on it they offered to replace them but it would take several minutes for they were not ready. Not happy about that. The coleslaw was soaked with dressing. All in all, not a good experience. It seems to be a trend, give the restaurant a fancy name and pretentious decore and serve sub-standard food. I will not be going back. The only saving grace is the staff. They were short-staffed that day but we could not tell for the servers were attentive and personable. It was not a huge spot and no small table left so we settled for bar seats. We tried 2 lbs of wings. As 2 lbs wings only come with 1 flavor, we ordered two 1 lb wings to try 2 diff flavors. We have chosen wings with bone and one with spicy jerk sauce and the other one was spicy Cajun dry rub. Wings came with veg sticks and dib and no fries. Wings are fresh, crunchy on the outside and very tender on the inside. Both flavors we picked gave us some serious spicy pleasurable kicks. Service was also attentive and relaxed.
