She told me that she's not going to serve specifically me and that they're out of business specifically for me without any further detail other than me asking for shrimp fried rice. This place is just so disappointing. From the minute you walk in to order to when you open up your food container and see what they made. It's just gross. The restaurant is so disgusting that I should've went with my gut and turned around and left but I was so looking forward to Kung Pao chicken that I went against my better judgement. The food was awful. I ate part of it and chunked the rest. The place hasn't been mopped or cleaned in years. I will never go back and I wouldn't give this place another dollar. It's just disgusting. Had a need for shrimp and lobster sauce. This place was close so I gave it a try. NEVER again. The shrimp were old and rubbery, and half still had their tails on. Also ordered 2 egg rolls and they were about the size of my thumb. They cost $1.75 each and should have been about $.50 each. You walk in and it looks like a dump. When I called the first time they were out of sweet and sour shrimp, which has happened more than once but we've always been loyal, until tonight I told her I would call her back we needed to regroup and when called back, I gave my number and she barked at me "WHAT YOUR ORDER" I said " oh I need to order." Still gross. Fried rice tasted burnt, was way too oily and was very under-seasoned. General Tso's didn't taste like it. Not sure what the sauce was, but it wasn't very good either. I got to give this place 5 stars because we always have our food delivered since 2013 and we have never had an issue with it. Our order is always correct and on time and we deal with friendly people over the phone. I love places that deliver food locally and this place is our go to when we have a Chinese food craving. The family dinner is what we order and we get tons of food for great prices. If you live in Moore and dont feel like going out or cooking. Why not just order in. The egg drop soup is my absolute favorite from this place and they got some great egg rolls and steamed dumplings too! I always get the spicy sauce and shrimp is a favorite too. It turns out to be strictly take-out Chinese food as there are no tables for eating in. Yelper reviews are mixed and once inside it was apparent to me why the delivery reviewers rating were higher than the reviews from takeout customers. I found the inside in desperate need of a very long overdue through cleaning. It is apparent the owners have no clue or just a total disregard of true cleanliness. This is my favorite Chinese takeout. I've been ordering from here several times. They've never gotten the order wrong and it's always been super hot and tastes fresh. It's not the most aesthetically appealing store front but the food and the fast delivery make up for all of that. So not only did he charge me for the additional wontons they haven't before but I was ok with paying the additional 54 cents he threw them at me. This place used to be great a few years ago. After a hiatus, I decided to order delivery again. After more than an hour, I called to ask if they were having issues finding my house. They said they were, "on their way." 10 minutes later the food arrived. It was barely warm, very little sauce on the sesame chicken. I was pleasantly surprised! People told me Chinese food in Oklahoma was not up to par. The food was actually very good by my standards. The packaging was also impressive. The food was neatly packed in clear plastic containers. I got the lemon chicken. It was packaged nicely with slices of lemon on top with the sauce separate. Overall, very impressed! Normally China House's are a pretty safe place to order your mediocre take-out, but sadly the Moore location isn't worth your time. I spent $14 on lunch for a Shrimp Egg Foo Young combo and an order of Fried Dumplings. Menu says 8 dumplings, I received 6. They charged me $.50 for a side of hot chili oil that all of the other one's up North are complimentary. The sauces for both the dumplings AND the shrimp egg foo young were both SO salty it was barely palatable. They always say that chinese food is high in sodium on a normal day, but WOW, this salty is ridiculous. The wife/owner was pretty dismissive and rude, but I can normally deal with that in these types of places. I wouldn't be leaving a comment at all if it wasn't for them ripping me off and the unbearable saltiness. read more

Itsy bitsy place but the best Chinese food in Moore. They only have two tables so it's best to pick up your meal or better yet, have them deliver. They'll actually be able to find your address! Please do not eat here. I was getting a smoothie from tropical smoothie cafe today 5-4-19 around 220pm and I saw a mother and 3 children grabbing the ducks or geese or whatever the birds are called. It appeared the mother was showing the kids a the baby bird (in a weird aggressive way). Finally I got my shake and was pulling out of tropical smoothie and asked the lady what she was doing with the baby birds. She just looked at me and walked into the back of this restaurant.
