I go to China King about one a week. I love it. The portions are large and the food is good. I love the Hot & Sour soup.

I can say 2 positive things about this place: 1) The food was almost edible and we didn't die. 2) We have now found the worst Chinese food on earth. The food was not good, not tasty, not quality ingredients. We ate less than 1/4 of everything we ordered and threw the rest in the garbage. $55.00 for 2 people, wasted The people were not friendly or helpful at all. read more

Stopped in for lunch with my four year old. She's a fried rice/egg roll kind of girl. We got egg rolls, General Tso, Pork with mixed vegetables and both white and fried rice. We planned to eat in, and were lucky there was a table. They only have three tables. Tables are nice, though. There is no table service, so expect to eat a to-go meal on site - plastic utensils, no plates, etc. Food took maybe 15 minutes during lunch rush. Not bad. Start with the good - egg rolls came hot and were pretty good. 4/5 on that item. The mixed vegetables in the pork dish were firm, but cooked. I enjoyed those. The pork and the sauce in that dish was pretty bad. Pork was all red like at some Chinese places. I don't know why, and it was so so so sweet. Crazy sweet. If I ordered "Honey Pork" I would expect super sweet. I ordered "Pork w/ mixed veg". Not great. General Tso was very bready. Sometimes it's like that. Also very very sweet. No spice at all. Bummer. I don't like sweet Tso. Not a ton of broccoli with it either. Fried rice was pretty weird. It was very yellow rice with a few onions and peas mixed in. Not what I expect when I get fried rice. It tasted ok - a little plain. But just not what I wanted. On the whole, the service was good, interior was very clean for a Chinese takeout, egg rolls pretty good, everything else meh. If you're not too picky about Chinese places, you may like this one, so don't let my review sway you to not try it. Just didn't work for me. read more

It's a clean place for sure, but the service is very minimal. My cashier was a young girl who looked more interested in her phone than my business. I remember smiling and apologizing for taking awhile to place an order, but she looked at me for a few seconds before turning away. I hoped the food would make up for the lack of personality in this restaurant. Sadly, the beef and broccoli lacked a depth of flavor and was overall bland and unimpressive. The orange chicken was a little better if you were looking to eat ridiculously sweet orange peel slices disguised as pieces of chicken. As for the egg roll - dry and inedible. One plus was the cashier's younger sister (I'm assuming). She handed us our food and had a nice bubbly personality. read more

The restaurant was very clean and up to covid standards. The staff was very nice. My appetizers were good (spring roll and crab Rangoon). But my chicken fried rice was absolutely horrible. Probably the worst I've ever had. The rice was yellow, which I had never seen before. There wasn't any egg, carrot or peas in the fried rice like most Chinese places offer. The chicken used was completely white and unseasoned, as if it had been boiled in plain water? The only vegetables in the dish were onions, both green and white. I was seriously shocked by how bad it was. I will never come here again. Unfortunately, I would recommend Panda Express over this place. It's about the same price anyway. read more

Very good food. The general tao chicken is delicious, the wonton soup is tasty, the crab rangoon is not only very good but also priced right...I could go on. I called in a week ago to order some carry out and the young lady on the phone was extremely rude to me. After screaming "what you want?" and "what size?" I was put off and explained I had never been there before and could she please explain what sizes the food came in, she screamed "extra large or combo!" We have been getting carry out from China King since they opened over a year ago. The food is always fresh, burn your mouth hot. It is always ready within 10 - 15 minutes. The fried wonton are the best in town! This is definitely an "American Chinese" restaurant which has all of the standard dishes - General Tso's, lo mein, ect... The place is clean, you can see the entire kitchen. The cashier is usually busy as there are many phone orders coming in but they are always polite. read more

Yum! Exactly what I was looking for. Fast, fresh, cooked to order! I played it safe and just got vegetable lo mein the first time, but I can't wait to go back and be more adventurous. Ordered last week; have ordered many times & been pleased, but that time the soup wonton noodles and pork ball dough were not cooked through and the fried rice hard. I had to put it in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. I called, said how the food was. to a young man. He evidently didn't note it or let management know, but asked how to make it right. He offered free food next time. I called this week to order, woman didn't understand, could hear management/cooks yelling & rapidly in Chinese back & forth with her and the young man for 5 minutes through my phone. Said "you only mentioned the soup wasn't hot." No, the soup was hot and I said so, but pork batter and noodles were doughy and rice hard." They wanted to just give me soup, so I said forget it, I'll order elsewhere from now on." More yelling for another 5 minutes. I hung up. She called back, offered to replace it & I said I'd pay delivery & tax. Food was right, but after the 10 minute yelling fest in my ear, I still am going to take my business elsewhere. It's obvious when the young man mentioned my call to them, they should've made it right and not made me listen to them all fighting. read more
