And the chili oil and chili powder helped me create the perfect kick. Be sure to use the powder sparingly because it's super hot! Skip the appetizers. Gozyas and edamame were nothing special. Temps in the back are pretty chilly. Bring a jacket/sweater. Service was superb the first visit. Our server was a taller gentleman with dark hair. Very personable. Lunch special is the better value. Bowls are the same size but less expensive and include an appetizer and drink. Music is great. Bathrooms are clean... and they have wet wipes! I'll certainly return... their time's a charm, right?

They also have $5 draft Sapporos. The Level 5 Hell Ramen costs almost twice as much because it is part of their Hell Ramen Challenge. If you finish it in under 30 minutes, your bowl is free, you get your picture on the wall (they'll post your picture even if you don't finish it, but they'll mark you as an 'L'), and you get $50 in CASH (no lame gift certificate here).
