This place is a solid 6.5/10. GREAT service. The kind of warmth and kindness you only get at your grandmas. Very sweet people. Food was nothing special, but still solid. Also, I'm trying to get on the ping pong table they had next time I'm in there!

Can't wait to try their sichuan chicken!! So glad I found this gem. Their hot n sour soup was almost too spicy to eat. It came in a huge container. That was ok though because it offset my not so spicy noodles. The noodles were good, lil dry. The chicken was very thin. Entrance is on 4th street. I parked on south and had to walk around. Huge menu. Got it to go so can't really comment on service or ambiance.

This restaurant has an extensive menu full of dishes that I love. It was hard to decide with so many options. We started with the spicy cucumber salad, the woodear mushrooms crab Rangoon and hot and sour soup. The soup was that perfect mix of pepper and sour. It tasted like it had been cooking down for a while and was perfectly seasoned. I would recommend it for sure. I was glad it didn't have any meat in it. The cucumber salad ordered spicy was exactly that. Cucumbers and a spicy sauce. It was served cold. I really enjoyed the simple yet flavorful combination. The mushroom dish had a similar sauce and similar flavor. I would order them both again. My least favorite dish were the rangoons. They were pretty oily and so bland in comparison with everything else. My entree was ordered extra spicy. It had some heat, but was less than I was expecting. It came with a nice sized bowl of white rice The portion size of all of the food was good for the price. Our service was excellent. Engaging and friendly. I believe he said his name was Jack. One that was sort of off putting was the smell as you walked in. It was like musty standing water. I wonder if it's was from the large water feature. Fin you get past that, you are in for some great food

I went to Sichuan House because Yelp had them listed as 4 stars out of 5, but I beg to differ. For $36 we received 2 entrees and an order of egg rolls. The price wasn't bad, but the ordering/pick up was beyond weird. The cashier took our order in very broken English and I wasn't every sure the order was correct. She took the money and basically shut the order window and walked away. No receipt, not time frame, no "bye". We walked around the block while we waited and when we returned to the pick up area, we sat and waited, and waited, and waited. There was an order waiting for pick up when we arrived the first time that was still there when we left. Urg! The food was good, but not great and the egg rolls were more like spring rolls. I won't be back.

The outside of this restaurant barely gives you a glimpse of what awaits you inside. We are always looking for another great hidden gem in each town we visit, and this is one of those places. They have a large menu to choose from, which can be a bit overwhelming. However, anything you choose, I am sure will be very flavorful. My wife got the chicken fried rice and chicken and broccoli. She said it was the best she had ever had. I had the pork stir-fried Lo Mein, again one of the best I have had. I also ordered the fried wonton, and it was good. Our kids also raved over what they had. One ate Beef fried rice, while the other had crab rangoons and regular stir-fried Lo Mein. I have never seen them eat so much.

They have lots of protein and fresh ingredients to choose from...or you can get a standard bowl composition. I was amazed at the number of sauces they had. The bowl was excellent to taste! We also tried the fried gyoza. I really liked the fried wrapper...it had a slight crisp but not too crispy. The pork was moist and tender. The soy sauce mixture was a perfect bath to the gyoza. My wife ordered a bubble tea. You could smell the aroma for an hour while in the car. She said it was very fresh and outstanding. She was amused at how they made it, put it into the clear container and then applied a top. On the way out we had to get a couple mochido's. These are a very light donut with drizzled flavors. The donut is like a glazed donut hole that comes in a ring. The donut is very light, fresh to taste and airy. Our favorite drizzle was the marshmallow. Not too sweet but enough flavor to connect the taste and satisfy a sweet craving.

The pops of flavor in the Geprek were so awesome and reminded me how fun it is to try new dishes and foods from other cultures. Parking is limited out front but I think there are two additional lots that are close by. I went on a Sunday afternoon and had no issues getting a spot. Service was okay... they were not too busy and we were a table of just 4 people but they forgot my friend's Beef Rendang. Upon asking, they didn't really apologize for forgetting his meal just told us to wait and then they brought it out slightly later. Nobody really came to check on us throughout the meal either. It was not a big deal for me but if you're dining in expecting full service, this may be disappointing for you. Overall the food was delicious and the albiet mediocre service was enough for me to come back and enjoy some more dishes in the near future. Also! There is a fun little market in the restaurant to check out some indonesian snacks and drinks.

We had to order at a kiosk, but we were happy to see that all of our old favorites were still on the menu. For appetizers, we ordered the steamed dumplings and the lettuce wraps. The amount of dumplings we received was perfect for our party of four, and there was more than enough chicken and lettuce for the lettuce wraps. One thing I loved about the wraps was that the lettuce was fresh and crispy, giving each bite a satisfying crunch. We ordered way too much food for dinner, but it was all delicious! I had the chicken fried rice, and since my favorite part is always the fried egg, I appreciated the abundance of fried egg in the dish. The rice was a little too overly-sauced, but it didn't taste sticky or gummy at all. My sister tried the honey sesame chicken for the first time, and she loved it. My mother had the pad Thai (which I forgot to take a picture of--whoops!), and she appreciated that she could choose her spice level and that the noodles were very flavorful. One of my father's favorite dinners is Mongolian Beef, and the Mongolian Beef from Asian Grill did not disappoint. The beef was tender and juicy, and he enjoyed the meal at the "medium" spice level. On the way to the restaurant, my father was raving about the chicken noodle soup, so of course we had to order some! Unfortunately, we were too full to even try the soup, but we got a takeout container that we can reheat at home. Asian Grill offers Pepsi products, and the drinks were very expensive. One cup was over $3, and the bottled sodas from the fridge were around the same price. My reason for rating Asian Grill a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 is because of the atmosphere. The upholstery is ripping off the seats of the booths, we had to use plastic utensils instead of real silverware, and the floors were dirty. We also had to bus the table ourselves. Overall, Asian Grill is not what it used to be, but it is still a good option for Chinese food in Noblesville.
