Halfway to home I realized that I wanted to grab some dinner for my friend who was fighting the super flu! After looking at Yelp reviews, I decided to give it a try. Ordered some seafood dinner, made sure I get what I wanted for my friend who likes seafood. Cashier explained which order was contained the most fitting meal because I never ordered anything from here. After ordering, paid for the meal and waited about 10 minutes. I received the order packaged to go, in a bag. And I was on my way to drop it off at my friend's place. I was happy to be able to get a fresh cooked meal very fast. We had the food delivered. Everything we ordered was in the bags. The food was prepared well the quantity matched the quality. The sweet and sour sauce was missing but that was okay. Tonight I got Mongolian beef three little tiny pieces of meat no carrots two or three small slivers of bell pepper, all onion and green onion. The restaurant has a few dine in tables but takeout is it's strength. The cashier was attentative and helful. Has a wide selection of Cantonese style Chinese food. I had General Tso chicken with green beans. My friend had Orange chicken. The green beans were not fresh in fact they probably had been sitting there all day and the chicken was slathered in sauce and no flavor at all. The fried rice had flavor, same thing for my friend's chicken. I took one bite of the egg roll and it was warm not hot. I'm going to give this place 5 stars are the food alone because, sadly, too many of these Chinese takeout spots are messy. This one has decided that the front of the restaurant should serve as a storage space for various to-go boxes and supplies. It's a disaster. But...back to the food. Amazing! Without a doubt, this location has the best soup I've ever had from.a Chinese fast food establishment. I came in here recently and ordered the beef noodle soup. This soup is very hearty and the broth has an amazingly sweet and spicy flavor, with a lingering aroma. The beef bites were tender and succulent, while the noodles were a perfect diameter. Lastly, the soup was garnished well with greens, onions and red chili peppers. In addition to the soup, the customer service was excellent. I was greeted right away and made to feel welcome. Everyone told me to take my time ordering and I didn't feel rushed at all. I got the general Tso's chicken and shrimp fired rice. The rice had 7 pieces of shrimp! I was so happy. I have never had general tso's chicken but I love it! Although our job supplied a meals, nothing beats freshly made Chinese food with all the garlic, peppers, and msg almost putting us in the most full comatose state. Came here on a whim last night and the service was so good! It's a very small indoor area and it seems like most orders are to go. They have daily specials for around $10 which I love--especially since I feel like it's been harder to find places that do specials! We got the honey walnut shrimp dinner special which came with pork fried rice, soup, and a spring roll, beef and broccoli dinner special which came with chow mien noodles, and soup, Thai tea with boba, a fried shrimp appetizer, and a few other dishes. This spot doesn't look the best from the outside but the food was good quality! We ordered two dinner specials and an order of vegetable chow Mein. The chow mein was probably the best part! The dinner specials came with egg drop soup and an egg roll. All of these portions were massive and the dinner specials were filled to the brim. My spouse felt that their beef dinner special lacked a lot of flavor and I would agree with the lack of flavor on my vegetarian dinner special. I would eat here again but it wasn't my favorite. Those dishes I'd probably skip in the future. Decent portion size especially for the low price. The quality of the beef is better than that if most take out Chinese in town.
