    Fresh Sushi and Shrimp Tempura.

Wifey and I have been to Nabe numerous times now and still does not disappoint! Ambiance isn't much. Not bad but nothing to write about. Service: Service is pretty good every-time. Some things you order do get missed, because you're not really sure who is taking care of you. So, at times you have to tell more than 1 person to get what you need. No big deal as it always gets to the table one way or another. I'm guessing it's a pooled house with the teamwork. One thing I will say, if you're gonna use paper napkins, at least put more than 1 on the table lol. Food: Food has always been amazing! From the sushi, the meats, the veggies and noodles, all fresh and tasty! Food gets to the table quick!! So be ready to get down as soon as you sit down haha! THEY DO TIME YOU!! You have 80mins from when you sit down to grub! Other than the time limit, I'd recommend Nabe for sure! And for the price, you can't beat it! Even if you're there for lunch, spend the extra $5 to get the all-day menu!

Came here Sunday 5 pm & no wait! Got seated immediately and service was extremely fast. Whatever we ordered came out almost immediately. Not the biggest fan of the soup bases but the nigiri was yummy & the sashimi dish!

Every time we find a reason to be in Vegas, we make it a point to stop by Nabe! It's always so busy whenever we come by, so make sure to account for at least an hour wait time! The store is pretty clean for how busy it gets. The servers are really good about clearing your table to make more room. The food is pretty good, especially for the price. Unfortunately, the hot pot didn't hit the spot for us because it was so busy (things running out, etc) Nevertheless, it was still so good!

This is a great place for some great food. First of all they have super friendly staff here and very helpful. They are fast in taking orders and bring food out. I love the seating here and the tables have room for two hot pot bowls. First your broth I got sukiyaki and miso both are very tasty. Order your meat selection and then you can go up and pick your vegetables and noodles, they have lots to choose from. When you get back they will have your meats awaiting you. Now get to cooking, we also ordered sushi and appetizers like gyoza, chicken karaage, honey chicken and some vegetable tempura. Try to pace yourself you can fill up fast, the food is hot and fresh all super tasty and the sushi is amazing. This is all you can eat so come hungry and see if you can try everything on the menu, good luck you will have to return multiple times. So give this place a try and happy eating..

A lot of ayce spots have great reviews for average food just because it's all you can eat. Nabe has surprisingly high quality meats, sushi, apps, and hot pot. It's a well priced ayce but they forgot to cut corners The spot is large, clean, great service, and great food. Even parking is not bad for Chinatown. My only complaint is that there are only 2 restrooms so there's usually a line. Go early, it gets busy. We went at 6pm on a Friday and Sunday. We walked right in, but when we were leaving there was a wait out the door Best bites: Pork belly app Yuzu sushi I love that they have quail eggs Braised short rib All the hot pot flavors and meats Avoidable bites: Garlic edamame Deep fried scallops Check it out!

AYCE All Day ($33.95) - Nabe Signature, Tonkatsu

Date: Sunday, December 28th, 2025 Time: around 11:30pm Party of : 4 Meal: Late Dinner AYCE All Day ($33.95) x4 *Nabe Signature, Tonkatsu *Pork Belly x2 *Brisket x2 *Ribeye x2 *Beef Belly x2 *Short Rib x2 *Shoulder Tender x2 *Strawberry Mochi Coke ($2.95) x2 After gong to a concert, it was time for a late dinner. I was craving something soupy, so we decided to check out Nabe. We showed up and waited about 10-15 mins until we were seated. We got a booth along the wall. Ordering from our server was easy. As always, there's never enough room on the table for all the dishes. But we quickly cooked items as they arrived so we could have more space. Veggies and carbs are at the self serve bar which should have been nice. But it wasn't really stocked. Maybe since we came late? But they didn't have much rice, noodles, etc. When we tried to order dessert, they were basically out of everything. Price is right for all you can eat, but they need to stock the self serve bar throughout the day and night. Feels like you are getting half of an AYCE spot. REVIEW #3954

I'm very surprised that Nabe Hotpot received such a high rating on Yelp. My experience here was below average at best. There's 8 of us and they offered us a booth seating. It's cramp and uncomfortable to sit here. It's also in front of the restroom. Not very appetizing. We ordered two pots and my friend found hair in her pot. We did informed the waiter and they apologized and offered to change the pot. All the sushi dishes come out very late. As if they don't want you to eat a lot of it. Or they are just very busy. It was full house for lunch. The broth is fine. You do have to get up and grab a few things from the bar such as noodles, vegetables and dipping sauces. Getting the waiters attention is difficult here. Some of the meat they can slice it thinner. It was thick and hard to chew. The music is also choppy. All we hear is static. We asked them to turn it off because it was getting really annoying to hear this the entire time. They said they will try to fix it but it's still the same. Overall, uncomfortable seating, atmosphere nowhere to be found, service is minimal and food is not worth it for me.

All day price $33.95 going on right now. Such a good deal for ayce hotpot and sushi. Drinks not included in price. I have been here a while back. It was good and still good. They offered lots of sushi rolls. However, we didn't order any of the rolls. We got mostly nigiri's...yuzu salmon, truffle salmon, truffle yellowtail, super white tuna, and fresh eels. They limited the carpaccio to one pp. I liked that the nigiri didn't have so much rice. I also liked that the appetizer portions were small. As for the hotpot, we got sukiyaki & tonkotsu. Sukiyaki was more flavorful. I mixed both broth in my bowl. Tasted so good. They have the veggies and sauce bar. They also provided an assortment of noodles. I wanted the pho, but it was all broken. Meat quality was good. Very thin and small slices. Service was very good at the beginning. Foods were brought out so quick. We didn't even finished ordering and they brought out the meats already. Nice!! Service kinda went downhill mid eating. They forgot so many items. Some took long to come out. The waiter checked with us like a few times regarding the carpaccio. I think by the 4th time, he asked us to order it again. That way the kitchen could make it...the waiter also forgot to bring our cup of ice. He disappeared for a bit (maybe on break? I dunno). We had to ask another waiter to get it for us. It also took a while to bring out the baked mussels. We almost didn't want it. Besides those issues, everything was great. With the price, they give you ice cream. They only had mango and prob strawberry at the time. We were too full for ice cream tho. I think the current price won't last long. So don't miss out on it lol Wait time was about an hr...

When the weather turns for the colder Nordic front in Vegas, the soul must turn to hot and steam food to nourish the spirit and keep alive the mind and the body!! Sure enough, we've read so many reviews and heard of this established restaurant in Chinatown and decided to visit tonight. Nabe HotPot was the place and it sure looks to be a good choice. Not too far from the main Spring Mountain Road, the restaurant is tucked into the side street. Plenty of parking along the front end of the establishment where if there isn't, you'll likely find one just around the corner from the place either way. Upon arrival, for a party of 5 at 4pm, the wait was about 30mins wait, which ended up only taking about 20minutes. As we entered the restaurant, the reception is right at the front entrance, with all of the ShabuShabu stations/table spread through the establishment. For the abrupt few minutes upon entry, I counted about 7-8 booths along the side of the window sill seated up to 6, there are 13 standalone tables seating separate parties of up to 6, and there are 2 booths toward the rear of the restaurant, next to the restrooms, with jus a male and female single room use. The AYCE price during the weekends and holidays is $33.99 per person, while the weekdays are about $14.99. The price is definitely merit of Las Vegas high-rolling. Now, if that price does not chimed with your bells, you are more than welcome to venture to other facets of Vegas' Hot Pot experience. The majority of meats are well portioned and just about right, allowing you to cook the meat and enjoy a slice conversion with friends or family while you wait. The selection of soup is just fascinated varied from their signature "Nabe" to the plain and simple Miso. Compared to most Chinese Hot Pot, this is very mild and tasty as great. The sauce and veggie station has a variety to choose from, varied from Bok Chou to limited Seafood selection. This place is definitely a fantastic place to dine for the few of the masses. I'm recommending this place for everyone to try if you're in town for the weekend or holidays.

Super yum AYCE hot pot and sushi! I don't see this combo too often so it was nice to have both options in one restaurant. One notable item for me was the lamb option for hot pot since most places I go to only have beef or pork The nabe signature broth was super good and def the standout of the meal. For sushi, I personally liked the yellowtail more than the salmon Service was great but I will say the tables are a little small. It definitely got overcrowded really quick with a group of 7 but not a huge issue

I come here pretty much every time I'm in Vegas, and it never disappoints. I love the service, the quality of the meat, and all the appetizers they offer (they have sushi and that is already a plus). The soup broth is always good as well. This time I got the Nabe Signature and the beef broth and needless to say the Nabe Signature was definitely my favorite since it had a nice bit of spice that added more flavor. The meat selection is also really good, and I also really liked their sushi options, the fish tasted fresh and the flavor was on point. Overall, everything is consistent and worth it. There's plenty of seating, spacious, and parking is easy, which makes it really convenient. It's a great spot if you're in Vegas and craving AYCE. Highly recommend!

Sooo good one of my new Vegas go-tos! High quality ingredients, all u can eat, hotpot & sushi, and EDM The parking lot has free parking, and the price is very reasonable!! Service was okay; the waiter and I had a lot of miscommunications lol but the food is so delicious. The nigiri has a perfect ratio with such little rice

Nabe Hotpot Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - Nabe Hotpot

    Do they accept reservarions?

    All you can eat?

yes it's all you can eat!

    What time do they close?

    2 am

Do they have late night price? How much for kids 8 years and 11 years?

9 years old below $19.99 on week days, on a weekend same price for the adult

With AYCE, do they charge extra for 1 order of ice cream or for fountain drinks? Or does it include?

One ice cream per person and that's included with the meal, but you have to pay for the fountain drink

It says will charge for leftovers, does that include leftover broth?

They won't charge for leftover broth. It's on the other food items that you get for the broth. A lot of people don't drink the broth, they mainly use it to boil the meats, veges, etc. Enjoy!

    Do they have a lunch?

Yes, it's a hotpot and sushi buffet (fixed pricing) with 90 minute limit.

Does everyone have their own pot? We have 3 people & one is a vegetarian friend. I don't like to share broth with others either. Thank you

No, you share. However, this is a special case...just let them know when you check in.

    How can I make reservation?

    No reservations

Can a single person order hotpot?

Nope!!!!! Not sure when their policy changed but I went last week and they denied me service.

How much for kids 9 yrs old and above?

    $30

    How much is the buffet?

    $25-$30

Can we check in waiting list?

At the restaurant, you can get on the list.

    Can I make a reservation?

Yes, do it through the Yelp waitlist.

    Can you make reservations?

i don't believe so. you have to arrive with your whole party to get seated

    Is there a vegetable bar?

    yes

Can you make reservation a few days in advance?

They don't take reservations, nor can you sign up on yelp anymore. Now you just gotta go there and physically sign in.

Are you open on thanksgiving day or day after?

Can I order a la carte for my kid?

I don't think so. The way it works is that your entire table has to order the same plan (either hot pot with limited appetizers or all), and it comes out to about $30 per head. Or at least this is how it's been in the past when I've gone this year.…

Is it all you can eat?

    Yes

During that visit, the manager, Karen, stopped by our table to check on us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, and I told her I'd definitely come back to try the restaurant myself. About a month later, a friend came to visit from California, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to return. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku's famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! (For anyone wondering, it's only available during dinner service, and it's worth ordering.) Every visit I've had here has been a positive experience. The food has been great, the atmosphere is fun, and the hospitality has been what keeps bringing me back. Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression. If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I'd say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It's a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I'd prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Karen is a true asset to the restaurant, and she's a big reason I'll definitely be returning.

It's located in a small strip mall on W Warm Springs Road, about 8 miles southwest from the W Hotel where I was staying. The décor is simple, with about six tables inside and tables outside for al fresco dining. You go there for the food, not the décor. They offer a tasting menu for two for $190, that is amazing. What's more amazing is the deluxe version for $370. As a solo diner on this occasion, I couldn't avail myself of either so I made my own, three Shigoku oysters ($12), three Oyster / Uni / Foie Gras ($30), U3 Prawn with truffle butter ($40), Truffle Bone Marrow Filet with Foie Gras ($76), two glasses of wine ($14 and $16), and Illy coffee to finish ($4). The three Shigoku oysters were great; the ones with uni and foie gras were sublime! I had a glass of 2024 Touraine Sauvignon Blanc with the oysters. The Truffle Prawn was out of this world! The large prawn was split and grilled with truffle butter. The meat was perfect, and I scooped all of the goodness from the shells and savored each bit. I wanted another order! The Truffle Bone Marrow included two bone halves, topped with sliced medium rare filet and seared foie gras. I can never have too much foie gras! The marrow was so unctuous and combined with the filet and a slice of foie gras, I was in food heaven! It's so decadent and insanely good. I had a glass of District 7 Pinot Noir with the meat. Alas, no room for dessert. If I did, I would have ordered another Truffle Prawn. I ended my meal with a cup of Illy coffee, then headed back to my hotel. Ah, what a meal! Superb from start to finish! Let's start with the highlights of this place- This restaurant has what I'd call "sexy food"- dishes that look like they came straight out of a fine dining restaurant, BUT here, at a MUCH more affordable price! ESPECIALLY DURING HAPPY HOUR!! ( 11 PM - 3 AM). Here are the MUST TRY's: The Gyoza- AMAZING flavor and texture. (Happy Hour Dish) The Sashimis- All come with a citrusy yuzu soy sauce. I love the Yellowtail and Salmon one especially! (Salmon Sashimi is a Happy Hour Dish) Black Cod Lettuce Wraps- Umami, crunchy, satisfying! Chicken/Beef Kushi- the sauces for these- just WOW! (Happy Hour Dish) The New York Strip- Look at the presentation! Amazing! The side seasoning, the greens and chili threads- they all pair with this beautifully cooked steak very well! They do have pricier dishes- even a full Chef's Tasting Menu! But since I usually just come for a quick bite late at night, I don't really get those. Ambience- it is a small restaurant, but not too busy. I find that a lot of late night workers come here for a nice fancy, but affordable dinner. This place is great for groups of friends. What needs work- I do love the food of this restaurant, but there are some things that hurt it. I'd love to see them overcome these obstacles and turn out even more popular on the other side! The Outside- I'm not sure if it's the sewage or something, but around the corner spot where this restaurant is located, there's just this awful, stinky smell. I feel like that issue hurts the restaurant, especially for people who would want to dine outside. The hospitality- the staff is fast- hard working- efficient and good at their job. I don't have to wait much for my food to come out. But I feel like there is a lack of hospitality- I get the feeling that they're disinterested in you being their guest- I don't exactly feel welcome and it just comes across as they're just trying to get the job done. Closing Time- Happy Hour and Online Apple/Google Maps says this restaurant closes at 3am- however, there have been times where this restaurant stops seating or taking in orders before 2am. So just be aware that you may not be able to eat there if you go past 2. Fried Rice/Yakisoba- The rice and the noodles are great, but there's something funky about the protein. When I've ordered beef yakisoba before, the beef tastes funky- not fresh. I feel like these are strong side dishes, but I do question the freshness/flavor of the protein added to these dishes.

The staff will make you feel at home, great customer service. *This place is better at sashimi and simple fish cuts (not carpaccio, suacey more westernized stuff), appetizers, grilled proteins, fish protein bowls, some soups.* Their yakitori is not for us. If want to see if our standards/levels match your tastebuds? I explained where we are on that spectrum. They increased their prices on some items but not all of them. $6 Sapporo Draft nos vs was $4 drafts. Salmon and eggs is our #1 favorite dish was $12. It's now $15 and called Salmon bowl. Whole grilled squid $12 now. Hibachi Kama (Collar) was delicious and hefty. Suggested by the manager/owner. Now $20. Grilled Freshwater Eel was $13, now $15. Small Sashimi Set $35. Shisamo $8. Oden (fish cake) soup now $15. Still a favorite dish when feeling sick, unwell. Tako Wasabi $4. Grilled Flounder with delicious pepper sauce. Ika Natto $5 Our standards: Coastal big city non-Japanese descent ppl privileged to be around enough typical Japanese food, a city with a decent size Japanese communit(ities) within the it. Our expectations usually is by price, we're not elevated foodie type for fancier dining experiences unless it's for the entertainment of it, etc. We like city versions of hole in the wall, ghetto fab, semi-purist, daily casual and sometimes clearner types of food. So this place fits the daily casual place to eat at. If you're looking for more perfection in dishes, there's tons of other places to line up and pay higher prices for in Vegas. For those coastal city ppl even coming from NY NY, where the norm for casual/mid tier least westernized sushi places costing easily $100ish per person (less than $100 per person), this place could be an alternative for you. Ppl coming from big city super suburbs, towns/no where towns (local vegas is more of a town, not city) then of course this place will be awesome no matter what due to lack of resources and exposure in one's area. Shoutout to the team who makes it worth it to constantly visit, make us feel at ease and special with take outs to welcoming tourist friends/family...Noelle, Dillon, Natalia, Sophia!! Thank you!!

From the moment I walked in, I could see why it's such a popular destination. The atmosphere was vibrant, the service was excellent, and every dish was beautifully presented. The Whole Branzino is an absolute must-try--it was hands down the best grilled fish I've ever had. Perfectly cooked with crispy skin, tender, flaky meat, and incredible flavor. The Wagyu Fried Rice was another standout, packed with rich, savory flavors that paired perfectly with the fish. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience in Las Vegas, Catch definitely lives up to the hype. I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu.

It was jamming on a Monday night. All the Vegas is dead talk had not made it here for sure. Service was slow, we waited about 10 mins before a server came by to welcome us and take outlet drink order. Was a while before we got the drinks and were able to put some food in. We ordered the premium nigiri flight (110) that comes with all the special nigiri on the menu. Also got the catch roll (25) and the MRC roll (24). We added sea urchin sashimi (25) salmon sashimi (17) and hamachi sashimi (16). All were amazing, really fresh and the premium options were delicious. Unique presentation for each one, including Wagyu with caviar. Yumm. We added a half dozen east coast oysters (29) and the rice cake appetizer (31) along with the king salmon entree (45) to round out the meal. Everything was spiced perfectly until the end, then we got the oysters, rice cakes and salmon pretty much at the same time. Sucked down the oysters so I could get to my hot entree. Salmon was very good, came with green beans and an edamame purée. Cooked perfectly and very tasty We waited a while before anyone came by to clear the dishes and offer dessert. We decided to pass, took so long we just wanted to get up, too old to sit for so long lol. They sent us some cookies for our anniversary which was really nice. Cookies were delicious and I ate the whole thing Took a while after that to get the check, we paid and were out Server was friendly and nice, helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Service was just uneven, long stretches where we didn't see them. Really nice inside but super loud, really loud. Food was amazing would definitely try it again
