We are still on the hunt for good Chinese.... We didn't even take pics as we weren't impressed. The orange chicken was a lot of just breading and not as much flavor. The garlic strong beans lacked garlic flavor. And the moo goo chicken was swimming in sauce with barely any chicken. The noodles were good and the fried rice. It's a Friday night dinner and usually I take the crew out for a good sit down dinner, but 3 of the guys wanted to go out to a casino and try their luck and maybe get free drinks. I told them, you know, those drinks are never actually free when you're gambling. One guys says, yeah, but I might win! OK, good luck with that, so I drop them off at a nearby casino and told then to call me when they run outta money! Me and the other girl on the crew decide just to do some take out Chinese food and eat at the hotel. The hotel has a good set up for using their plates and utensils. I found this China Wan Wan on the Yelp and GPS, they looked like they had good food to go. I call in our order, just 2 items, we don't eat a lot like the big guys do. I ordered the Singapore Noodles and the fried Chicken Wings. They said they come spicy with lots of onions and peppers. OK, sounds good to me. We get there and the order is ready, just outta the kitchen. I can feel the heat coming from the bag. Back at the hotel I plate the food on the hotel plates. No reason to be uncivilized and eat outta the boxes! The noodles were hot and had lots of onions in it. I asked for lots of onions. The wings were nice and hot as well, so crispy and nice! Yelp! review #5 of 2026 Dropped in for a quick lunch on January 8 around 1 PM. This spot was highly recommended by some people at the VA, so I decided to check it out. Unfortunately, while the service was top-notch and the staff were incredibly friendly, the food just didn't impress me at all, it completely missed the mark. I went with the shrimp pad Thai, but the shrimp had a strong ammonia taste that was off-putting. The hot and sour soup with seafood had the same problem; the seafood seemed like it had been soaked in ammonia. My wife ordered the Buddha's delight, a vegetarian dish loaded with tofu and assorted veggies, which was okay but nothing special. They clearly have a loyal crowd of regulars, which is great to see, but given the high prices and the subpar food quality, I won't be returning anytime soon. Decent amount of sitting space. Clean tables. Restroom, is handicap accessible, but they use it as a storage for cleaning supplies. Single front door. With the winds today, it was a bit heavy to open. Handicap stalls directly in front of the restaurant and across the parking lot as well. TVs on both sides of the dining area, on multiple channels, so the audio overlaps. This was a late night quick eats as I just got off of work and was craving some Chinese food. I had driven by this place hundreds of times and decided it was time to stop and give it a go as opposed to going up the street to another Chinese restaurant. Overall they were very friendly and greeted you when you walked in, and we're fast to take your order. We had an order delivered. First, as a scheduled delivery, it arrived 1/2 hour after the scheduled time. We had three dishes and the combo appetizers. Not sure if it was pork or chicken in the appetizer as it was unrecognizable. The orange beef, which I absolutely usually love, was not crispy, but soggy and stuck together. The chicken and vegetables dish was bland and tasted exactly like the shrimp dish. The broccoli in all three dishes had a burnt taste and was inedible....$100+ dollars wasted, in my opinion. I like this place because it has good food and great lunch prices. It's small but clean and the staff is always nice. I've enjoyed their chow mein, chicken broccoli, war wonton soup and Kung pao chicken. You must try the delicious crab Rangoon. So crispy and flavorful. The spring rolls were a little mushy inside both times I tried them so won't be ordering them again. The lunch special is the best value. You get to choose from any of the pictured items, plus fried rice or chow mein and soup if you eat in. Today i had the Kung pao combo with rice. Really bad. They didn't even read the special instructions. Things I ordered were missing. When I called, the person couldn't help me. I asked the delivery driver if my mustard was in there and he said yeah and I gave him a big tip. So, I have been a customer and I have picked up food here to deliver on Grubhub too. When I come in as a customer I am given smiles and kind words. However, when I come in to pick up food to deliver the woman in the picture acts as if I am a thief. I find myself reminding her that I have been here as a customer multiple times and she is still rude and demanding. Not sure if it's cultural but I don't think so as the men seem chill. This lady should be let go. There is another lady, much younger, that has a bruised lip and she is the reason I return to order food here. My favorites from here are the hunan beef , ( I know everyone raves about China mama and their crispy beef ) but to be honest their hunan beef is WAYYYY better . I felt that I was eating fried batter drenched in sugar and oil when I did try China mamas crispy beef . Did not care for it at all and for the price comparison you get way more here . Another favorite is any of the string bean dishes in black bean sauce . The only thing i didn't care for from here was the beef noodle soup (no flavor and chow fun (was way too salty ). But otherwise everything else I tried here was really good and reasonably priced. I grew up eating a lot of Chinese food and I am pretty picky. I just moved to Henderson and was looking at the options around me and thought I'd give this one a try. It was awesome!!! Orange chicken is hit or miss at a lot of places that aren't Panda, and this was really good. The sweet and sour chicken, Mongolian beef, and shrimp stir fry were also great. What I liked was the meat to veggie ratio was perfect, I didn't only get veggies. I am a huge leftover fan and it all reheated well too, which also doesn't always happen with breaded Chinese items. I also got a coupon ordering online for free pot stickers and it looks like there's coupons quite often. I will definitely order from here again! read more

Since I live very close to their Horizon location we frequently get takeout from them. The food is above average, portion size is large and the service and cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. "But" today I ordered something new, "hot and spicy chicken " It was described as having a chili sauce but when I brought it home I found out it was dry, no sauce of any kind!! Being able to order directly from Yelp has really been a life saver for me in times and days that I do not want to cook! It is so easy to select the items you want, select a delivery time, pay and then just wait! That's exactly what we did for Sunday dinner. We opted to try the family meal with combination chow mein, pork fried rice, and egg drop soup. It came with egg rolls and cream cheese rangoons. We added another order of egg rolls, and a side of their sesame chicken. We didn't think that we'd have enough food honestly, but when we got the delivery and we started to unpack everything we realized we over ordered. The food came a lot earlier than Grubhub told us we'd get it at, so it was a nice surprise. We had napkins, soy sauce, spicy mustard, and chop sticks that they included with our order. Our delivery driver was friendly and smiled when we opened the door. I tried the egg drop soup and it did not disappoint. It was so hearty, thick, tasty, and was just warming! The rest of the food was fresh, tasty, and was so filling we had enough food for 2 days! The flavors of each of the dishes were spot on, not overwhelming or underwhelming either. The price we paid was worth what we got. Our food was also packaged perfectly where nothing spilled or fell out during transit. This place used to be awesome. They were open tonight, so I stopped in and waited behind one gentleman who was ordering. He ordered and paid. I stepped up to order and the young man behind the counter told me "we're not taking any orders at this time." They have 5 hours until they close and they just took an order right before me. Can't say much about the location as I ordered to go but in my opinion it is the epitome of a "dive" buried into a strip mall. That being said the location was welcoming, clean and had a very heavy door haha. The only reason my review is four stars instead of five...the prices were a little high compared to the portion sizes in my opinion.
