i worked a shift today at the mall and just felt like i wanted a soda so i stopped by after my…read moreshift. it was 6pm on a TUESDAY and i waited 10 minutes for a SODA, standing with a group of people waiting for food while the employees walked around at the slowest pace i've ever seen doing absolutely nothing. i literally saw one employee walking around in the back and to the front and to the back again doing nothing. while people were WAITING for their food. to make matters worse, an employee from the Lids store who clearly was friends with the BK employees came by and starting talking with them. and then the employees gave THEM FOOD in front of all of the people who have been waiting. once again, i ordered one drink. but there were people around me that got there before me who were waiting longer than i was. it was pretty unacceptable. i'm 25 and i don't leave reviews like this because i work in retail so i get it sometimes. but this was insanely bad customer service.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return to this location or try one of their other locations in the future.
