Please people, do not waste your time here please. The worst fast food experience anyone could ever imagine. They never have things available, whether that's drinks, mccafé, shakes, SAUCES. To put it into perspective for you guys, we one time ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no modifications and got home and realized that they gave us everything except the meat. I mean there was a time they said they don't have ANY side sauces available. This place is full of lazy workers, awful management, and most likely a terrible owner. Please people stay away from this disgrace of a fast food place, THEY WILL let you down. Management please be ashamed of yourselves and the people you hire, if you don't like your job then please quit. NO ONE is forcing you to be there. and for the owner, get a grip please you are doing an awful job at OWNING a restaurant. WORST McDonald's drive thru. Stuck waiting for over 45 minutes and no way to just leave. Food was cold.

Ordered two large meals, only got one large Fri. Went in and complained, rude manager or whoever he is said didn't pay for two fries! Sure did, was charged for two large meals. Refused to give them! Not the first time this happened, oh yeah and waited in drive thru 20 minutes, at the window! Wanted me to pull around and wait more! I NEVER write reviews-- but for this occasion, I felt like I had to. I really dislike coming to this McDonald's because I every time I come to this location my experience is never a good one. Either you get an attitude from the employees for absolutely no reason, your order will completely wrong, and it always takes FOREVER to get your food! Anyway, so I decided to come to this particular location because the one closest to my house wasn't open yet and I didn't feel like waiting an extra 30 mins for it to open. So, I order a very simple order. Two egg and cheese biscuits and two hash browns. The girl working rang me up and said pull around to the second window. After waiting in the drive thru for 15 mins for them to leisurely get peoples orders out...mind you, it was 5:45 am and not busy. There were 3 people ahead of me! So, I finally pay for my order-- but something told me to check my order before I leave. I look in the bag and there's only ONE egg and cheese biscuit. I told the girl working that I ordered two. She hems and haws, rolls her eyes, then rang me up for the second one I ordered. After getting my second egg and cheese biscuit I pulled away not thinking, looked in the bag to check my order to see if it was correct and both my egg and cheese biscuits had sausage on them! I am a vegetarian, so I will not eat anything with meat on it. I was not about to drive around or go in because I knew it was going to be another 15-20 min wait and I had to be to work. So I drove to the McDonalds closest to my work for them to fix my order, only for them to tell me I would have to go back to the this specific location for them to fix it. Who does the hiring here? Everyone needs to be fired. As a matter of fact, this place needs to be SHUT DOWN with the kind of service (or lack there of) that this establishment provides! How many bad reviews does this location need to get in order for McDonald's to step in and change something? Absolutely ridiculous! read more

I wouldn't even give one star if I had the option. I do not eat fast food normally. Am usually a very patient person too. Literally STUCK in the drive through for 30 minutes with no way to exit if we wanted to cancel our order. And when we finally got our order it was wrong. Nice place even if its in side a truck stop vary clean crew leader is vary professional

The girl who was running the drive through was very rude. I ordered 2 large fries and 2 large cokes and wanted to get the #9 cheese burger option without the meal and she very rudely yelled and said I Dont care if you have drinks and fries on your order already you have to purchase another meal in order to get cheeseburgers. So i just got one big mac instead. When i approached the 2nd window to pay she was complaining to another associate about how "as soon as the other associates leave the drive thru gets so busy". For a new fast food place that just opened in August with service like this I can see why you would lose business. read more

MOST GHETTO MCDONALD'S EVER! If I could give this McDonald's zero stars, I would. I was genuinely afraid I wouldn't make it out of this place alive. I walked into the attached Pilot truck stop at midnight, and the first thing I smelled was cigarettes. Not just any cigarette smell... smoke pit cigarette smell. As I walked through the truck stop to the McDonald's entrance (which was inside the store), I noticed nothing but dirt and grime all over everything. So disgusting. Not to mention the entire place looks like it was built in the 70s. Even the McDonald's looked nothing like a McDonald's from this day and age. As I was standing in line to place my order, there was a homeless man sleeping with paper bags on his feet in the corner. The customer service I got was very rude, and the person taking my order wouldn't even let me finish. It was at this point that, as I was waiting for my hamburger, I noticed that the entire place smelled like armpits. Not even joking. And as I was standing there, a guy was talking about beating someone up. Well, I ended up losing my appetite and giving the hamburger to my mom. She said it tasted fine. So I guess the food is okay here... but even though I live here, I never want to go to this McDonald's ever again. read more

I been working at McDonald on this street for a few years now this place is a very bad place to work Jeffrey the new guy is great with the costumers but from what I see he is not good with his employees the turn over rate has -doubled in the past 6 moths iv been working their as he threaten people saying that he's going to fire them I quit because of this reason if Mr. Crawford took a little more time not petting Jeffery head and telling him he a good boy I just plan out wrong Jeffrey is not fit run a store it would end up closing in 6 moths to a year because he would not have any grill people that would want to put up with him hey work their if you are pretty because he wont send ]you home and wont say shit about you .
