This used to be my favorite place for Chinese food in Brandon but I feel like it's really gone downhill over the past year. The barbecue ribs tasted rancid a week ago when we had dinner delivered and the sauce was terrible. I threw away most of the pork fried rice and the moo goo gai pan. I usually go to my other place but I remembered this place having really good egg fu young, so I got the managers special and a order of honey chicken for my husband. The food was ready in 15min on the dot which I took to go. The flavor was so good it had chicken, pork and shrimp inside the egg fu young it was served with a white rice and a gravy to go on top, let's say there was leftover but those too were eatin! read more

I was EXTREMELY upset when I received my order but because it was delivered there wasn't much I could do about it. I ordered s C3, Sweet & Sour chicken combo.. Normally, if you get it as ordered, you get roast pork fried.rice. However, I don't eat pork due to religious and health reasons, so I asked for veggie fried.rice. You see what's coming, right? I got my order (Amanda from Uber Eats was AMAZING) and the first thing I notice was there was no extra sauce or hot mustard like I asked for. Then I saw the fried.rice. Immediately picked out all the pork and gave it to my dogs, and I didn't eat any of the rice. It would really be nice if they would read the order before throwing it together. I thought we would give it another try. The fried rice specifically didn't have any taste at all, completely tasteless. The rest of the food was just ok. I had wonton soup, pan fried dumplings, fried rice, moo shoo pork and egg foo young. Yes, there were plenty of leftovers, but my hunny can eat them! The other problem I experienced on the two occasions I ordered from here was sleepless nights. The problem is the additional charges Food Price Tax Delivery Fee $3.99 Tip Fee that they automatically add to any delivery $2.17 That is over $6 after food and tax. That is outrageous. It is nearly as bad as Door Dash or Uber eats. There are too many places that do not stick to delivery customers this badly. Goodbye China One. read more

I love Chinese food, I used to go to China town with my mom. China one used to be a good place to get a great meal. The last visit, I ordered bourbon chicken and Hunan beef. I don't know what happened to this place. I took one bite of the bourbon chicken and pushed it away. I never had hard bourbon chicken. I said nothing to my husband. He did the same. The oil that they fried the egg rolls was rancid. (My mother is a chef and I know what rancid oil smells like). We threw away all of the food...even the rice dish. They have been avoiding deliveries lately by telling me lunch specials ended at 3pm when they dont until 3:30pm. Really bad experience. I ordered egg rolls, the crab rangoon, the wonton soup, the beef lo mein. The egg rolls were stale. The crab rangoon was very chewy and tough to eat, also with a stale taste. The beef lo mein was horrible. The beef itself tasted as if it was spoiled or undercooked. Then there's the wonton soup. I don't know if the pot they cooked it in had a cleaner or soap left in it, but it tasted off and had a chemical smell and taste to it. read more

Their online ordering is a sinch, and they arrive in the allotted time (45-60) min with piping hot food that (wait for it) didn't have that usual hard/stringy and weird meat makes you seriously wonder (is this cat? We just moved to the area and are enamored by this restaurant. There is absolutely nothing special about the restaurant itself...it is the food that is the star. Touting a NY style kitchen, the flavors are simply marvelous. I had the Singapore noodles. A thin noodled dish chock full of shrimp, chicken, pork, beef and veggies tossed in a light but flavorful curry sauce. Delish! Egg rolls are typical but delicious.
