First and foremost the one star is for the 30+ minutes it took to deliver food that was suppose to be 45-60 minutes. I could deal with the 60 minutes but I have a schedule to hold with having kiddos. By far the best Chinese food I've ever had. We always order for delivery or take out, but when going into the restaurant it is clean and tidy. Delivery is quick and they always remember to include sauces. We have never had an order that was messed up or items missing, so great job for that! The food is phenomenal! Everything is made fresh to order. I think you get a good portion size and they include rice or chow mien with any main dish you order. And when I say they have the BEST fried rice....and I know, what is exciting about fried rice....but it is soft, fresh, and so moist and flavorful. The chicken and green beans is great. We also typically get the orange chicken or the sesame chicken. I love that the chicken is never dry, and they actually give you a good amount of meat with the veggies. Like the beef and broccoli, at most places you get mostly broccoli, but here they don't skimp on the meat. The chow mien is some of the best I've tried and the veggies are a great touch. We also get the Kung Pao quite frequently. It's so full of flavor and not too spicy. Honestly, there's not a thing on the menu that we haven't like. This place is amazing! At first walk in, I, like everyone else was properly greeted and immediately asked whether it was takeout or stay in. Within 3 minutes of ordering, my food was ready. For a chinese place I've never been to the food was not like gas food at all! The crab rangoons actually had crab in it and the lo mein noodles weren't covered in cabbage to hide how little they'd give. The noodles were perfect! So me and my boyfriend came in after they stopped serving lunch specials. Our server was very helpful and patient with us. So we ordered dinner A, which came with a soup, egg rolls and 2 entrees with rice . We got orange chicken and Kung pao for our entrees. Honestly so good the flavors just hit so wonderfully. Placed a phone order today while I was working. Gentleman told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. Dining room was clean but small. I ordered a bbq pork chow mein and an order of pot stickers. When I arrived the food was already ready so I paid and went on my way. I'm a truck driver so I picked up my lunch before I went to sketchers for a freight pickup. Sketchers takes about 2-2.5 hours to get loaded so I was looking forward to enjoying my lunch in my truck while I waited. I get to sketchers and check in and park my truck at the dock door they assigned me. I opened my bag of food from China one only to discover that there's NO GOD DAMN UTENSILS. We were on our way to Palm Springs and decided to stop by here on our drive due to the 4 star-rating we saw on Yelp. Coming from LA, there are a bunch of good Chinese spots, especially in the 626 area. We thought the food would already be pre-made, sitting under heat lamps and such, but it wasn't like that at all. It's more of a traditional sit-down restaurant. With that said, the service is pretty slow. I'm not sure if it was because we were stuck in the corner or the restaurant but I had to physically get up myself to get water, utensils, etc... As soon as we sat down, we got a complimentary plate of wonton chips, which I thought was pretty nice. For our entrees, we got orders of wonton soup, honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken and beef chow fun. For the price, I thought all of the dishes were pretty generous in terms of portion size. It's interesting how everything comes in Styrofoam plates. I guess that cuts out water expenses so they don't have to wash dishes??? The wonton soup was ok. The soup was lukewarm but came packed with different ingredients. There were a good amount of wontons. The honey walnut shrimp was a complete let down. The shrimps were tiny....honey was super thick and there was too much starch breading around the shrimp. You couldn't even taste the shrimp!! The orange chicken was alright. I was pretty happy with the portion size! The best dish of the night was the beef chow fun. Our plate was overflowing with noodles!! The noodles were firm and there was a good amount of beef in there. It's not a terrible place in Moreno Valley for Chinese food. I assume it's probably the best in the area.
