We sat down and waited, assuming someone would eventually take our order. After at least 20 minutes, I finally got up and asked the lady at the bar if someone was going to take our order. That's when we were told that we needed to order at the front and that drinks were ordered at the bar. As a first-time customer, this was frustrating. A quick explanation when we walked in would have saved us a lot of confusion and waiting. We eventually went to the front to order, but the communication continued to be an issue. We ordered sodas, but no one explained where we were supposed to pick them up. When our food finally arrived, we asked about our drinks and were told they were at the bar. Again, something that could have easily been communicated upfront. Unfortunately, the food itself didn't make up for the experience. The hamburger was burned, especially the bun, and the chicken wings were small and dry. We were hoping for a much better first impression. I always try to give new places a fair chance, and I understand that every restaurant can have an off day. But for us, it wasn't just the food--it was the lack of communication, welcoming customer service, and overall experience that really stood out. Hopefully, management takes this feedback constructively because better communication with first-time customers and more attention to food quality could make a big difference.
