This place used to be a pretty descent little place to get Chinese food from and I really don't know what happened. The quality of food has dropped significantly. They no longer use green onions in their fried rice even if you request them, SERIOUSLY?? and the food itself now reminds of those $1 Chinese food joints of yesteryear. My Wife has been complaining about the customer service from the guy at the front who takes orders. Unwisely, I down-played her complaints and wrote them off as being petty(she can be at times) but today I went with her and seen it for myself. This dude was very uninterested in helping us and showed no signs of appreciation for our business. Unfortunately, the food matched the lame service we received and from today going forward we will spend our little $50 or $60 dollars at an establishment that at least acknowledges their customers and has better Chinese food. I wanted something Asian inspired. I've seen this place for a while and thought I'd give it a try. I had the General's Chicken L15 with fried rice. Food was ok, not the best but it will do if your hungry. The rice was the best thing on my plate I'm giving this place a 1. Overall for bad service. I'm not sure if I was ignored because I was by myself, but everyone was attended to but myself. I was the only girl sitting in here for a bit. I would normally give this place pretty good reviews, and we order from them all the time. Sometimes pickup sometimes delivery. Ordered 2 large Miso soups and Crab Rangoon for pick up. Husband went and picked up and brought it straight home. Lid on one of the Miso soups was not put on correctly and the soups were bagged together with the Rangoon in the same bag. Soup liquid was all over the bag and had filled the sweet n sour container and the Rangoon container so 3/4 of our meal ruined. Called to let them know that one of the lids must not have been on correctly and they proceeded to tell me the food was fine when they handed it over so must have been my husband bringing it home. Just kept telling me this over and over even though I told them the package was tied up when they handed it over so no way of knowing they had put the lids on. Gave this place another try but sad to say, I will not go back. Chow mein has way too much garlic. The chicken to the teriyaki bowl was weird, and the sauce looked like a big booger. First off, the man at the front is extremely rude. And the food has zero to no flavor. I saw a review where someone said Panda Express was better, and I sadly agree. The food has no flavor, I asked for extra siracha, and the guy at front said "okay" and only gave me 2. This was the first, but definitely the last time I come here. If you love good Chinese food, I wouldn't come here. If you have a basic taste pallet, and don't care about customer service, then you will be okay. And mind you, I did a phone order. You know it's bad when the customer service is bad over the phone. I will say, the portion of the food is pretty decent. They give you a good amount of food. But I don't even want it. Other than that, nothing else was good. The food was hot and fresh but had no flavor and the meat had a weird consistency. I ordered the general chicken lunch special. The lunch specials say they come with soup. One was not with my order and so I asked and they said they no longer provide soup for the lunch specials. Delicious food and the quantity they give is great, you can't go wrong with chowmein, fried rice, orange chicken and some delicious broccoli and beef. They always throw in abit of extra when we order each come individually and it'll feed our household specially when the kids are over on the weekends. We will not be using china one anymore. We ordered food for delivery around 6:15, the arrival time we were told was 7:20. Our food arrived at 7:50...cold.....not fresh.
