This place is amazing! At first walk in, I, like everyone else was properly greeted and immediately asked whether it was takeout or stay in. Within 3 minutes of ordering, my food was ready. For a chinese place I've never been to the food was not like gas food at all! The crab rangoons actually had crab in it and the lo mein noodles weren't covered in cabbage to hide how little they'd give. The noodles were perfect! By far the best Chinese food I've ever had. We always order for delivery or take out, but when going into the restaurant it is clean and tidy. Delivery is quick and they always remember to include sauces. We have never had an order that was messed up or items missing, so great job for that! The food is phenomenal! Everything is made fresh to order. I think you get a good portion size and they include rice or chow mien with any main dish you order. And when I say they have the BEST fried rice....and I know, what is exciting about fried rice....but it is soft, fresh, and so moist and flavorful. The chicken and green beans is great. We also typically get the orange chicken or the sesame chicken. I love that the chicken is never dry, and they actually give you a good amount of meat with the veggies. Like the beef and broccoli, at most places you get mostly broccoli, but here they don't skimp on the meat. The chow mien is some of the best I've tried and the veggies are a great touch. We also get the Kung Pao quite frequently. It's so full of flavor and not too spicy. Honestly, there's not a thing on the menu that we haven't like. Food was good, but there was confusion at the register when I tried to order a bowl with Chicken Mushroom over white rice like my son wanted. The guy at the register was rude and gave the business a loss of business due to his lack of kindness and courtesy. He needs to take a class on customer service. I was struggling because I didn't have my glasses on, but instead of taking time to explain that they didn't offer Chicken Mushroom, even though it was on the menu, he acted inpatient and rude. Best Chinese food in Moreno Valley. It's a little pricey when you buy the entrees but it's fresh. Portions are fair and flavor is bold. I've never sat and ate at their location because I've always ordered delivery; they always deliver on time, have a reasonable delivery fee, and it's always hot and fresh! A BIG plus is that in the 3 years I've ordered from here they've never gotten it wrong. My usual includes; Beef broccoli- Fresh and crunchy broccoli. House chow main- fresh and great flavor. So me and my boyfriend came in after they stopped serving lunch specials. Our server was very helpful and patient with us. So we ordered dinner A, which came with a soup, egg rolls and 2 entrees with rice . We got orange chicken and Kung pao for our entrees. Honestly so good the flavors just hit so wonderfully. Our favorite spot since it opened. We love their general chicken (most like Panda Expresses orange chicken). Fried rice and chow mien is delicious. Egg drop Soup is perfect, sometimes I add some sriracha sauce in it to spice it up. Try their dry rubbed wings! So good. Owners are so nice and their kids are so well behaved and always polite. We were on our way to Palm Springs and decided to stop by here on our drive due to the 4 star-rating we saw on Yelp. Coming from LA, there are a bunch of good Chinese spots, especially in the 626 area. In my mind, I was picturing something of a Panda Express or an old mom & pop Chinese place but the interior of the restaurant is really clean and the place looks pretty new. We thought the food would already be pre-made, sitting under heat lamps and such, but it wasn't like that at all. It's more of a traditional sit-down restaurant. With that said, the service is pretty slow. I'm not sure if it was because we were stuck in the corner or the restaurant but I had to physically get up myself to get water, utensils, etc... As soon as we sat down, we got a complimentary plate of wonton chips, which I thought was pretty nice. For our entrees, we got orders of wonton soup, honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken and beef chow fun. For the price, I thought all of the dishes were pretty generous in terms of portion size. It's interesting how everything comes in Styrofoam plates. I guess that cuts out water expenses so they don't have to wash dishes??? The wonton soup was ok. The soup was lukewarm but came packed with different ingredients. There were a good amount of wontons. The honey walnut shrimp was a complete let down. The shrimps were tiny....honey was super thick and there was too much starch breading around the shrimp. You couldn't even taste the shrimp!! The orange chicken was alright. I was pretty happy with the portion size! The best dish of the night was the beef chow fun. Our plate was overflowing with noodles!! The noodles were firm and there was a good amount of beef in there. It's not a terrible place in Moreno Valley for Chinese food. I assume it's probably the best in the area. However, coming from LA, I feel like I have a higher standard for Chinese food. At the end of the day, this place is a good bang for your buck if you're starving. read more

Food was ok, not the best but it will do if your hungry. The rice was the best thing on my plate I'm giving this place a 1. Overall for bad service. I'm not sure if I was ignored because I was by myself, but everyone was attended to but myself. I was the only girl sitting in here for a bit. The other men that were here had their water refilled but I was just passed over. I didn't even get any of those crunchy noodles at my table. Not sure if I'm just being petty. I would normally give this place pretty good reviews, and we order from them all the time. Sometimes pickup sometimes delivery. Ordered 2 large Miso soups and Crab Rangoon for pick up. Husband went and picked up and brought it straight home. Lid on one of the Miso soups was not put on correctly and the soups were bagged together with the Rangoon in the same bag. Soup liquid was all over the bag and had filled the sweet n sour container and the Rangoon container so 3/4 of our meal ruined. Called to let them know that one of the lids must not have been on correctly and they proceeded to tell me the food was fine when they handed it over so must have been my husband bringing it home. Just kept telling me this over and over even though I told them the package was tied up when they handed it over so no way of knowing they had put the lids on. Placed a phone order today while I was working. Gentleman told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. Dining room was clean but small. I ordered a bbq pork chow mein and an order of pot stickers. When I arrived the food was already ready so I paid and went on my way. I'm a truck driver so I picked up my lunch before I went to sketchers for a freight pickup. Sketchers takes about 2-2.5 hours to get loaded so I was looking forward to enjoying my lunch in my truck while I waited. I get to sketchers and check in and park my truck at the dock door they assigned me. I opened my bag of food from China one only to discover that there's NO GOD DAMN UTENSILS. This place used to be a pretty descent little place to get Chinese food from and I really don't know what happened. The quality of food has dropped significantly. They no longer use green onions in their fried rice even if you request them, SERIOUSLY?? and the food itself now reminds of those $1 Chinese food joints of yesteryear. My Wife has been complaining about the customer service from the guy at the front who takes orders. Unwisely, I down-played her complaints and wrote them off as being petty(she can be at times) but today I went with her and seen it for myself. This dude was very uninterested in helping us and showed no signs of appreciation for our business. Unfortunately, the food matched the lame service we received and from today going forward we will spend our little $50 or $60 dollars at an establishment that at least acknowledges their customers and has better Chinese food. Gave this place another try but sad to say, I will not go back. Chow mein has way too much garlic. The chicken to the teriyaki bowl was weird, and the sauce looked like a big booger.
